I am writing to share my recent experience with your company's customer service department, which regrettably has been rather **************** my interactions with your customer service team, I have encountered several issues that have left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I have found that the representatives lack the necessary communication skills to effectively engage with customers. Furthermore, they struggle to provide clear explanations regarding billing inquiries, often leaving me with unanswered ************* of the most frustrating aspects of my experience has been the extensive wait times when contacting customer service. Being put on hold for extended periods without any indication of when my call will be attended to is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company's commitment to customer satisfaction.Moreover, I have noticed a lack of empathy and willingness to understand the customer's perspective during interactions. It is essential for customer service representatives to demonstrate empathy and actively listen to customer concerns in order to build rapport and address issues effectively.Additionally, I have encountered instances where promised services were not delivered as agreed upon. Pre-charging for services that have not been rendered is concerning and undermines trust in the company's integrity and reliability.Based on my experiences, I am hesitant to recommend your company to others due to the subpar customer service standards I have encountered. They took my mother's money. They found that the mice were coming in around the radiator pipes. They only fixed 2/4 radiators. The technician was rude to my elderly mother. I called but the manager did not call back and when I called again was unavaible. They would not answer her questions about safety for her pet. They refused to send a different technician.Rollins, Inc.

where do I start . I was on an easy payment plan for ***** a month so I had to get a new card and didn't add it but I made payment with another card . Because I removed the first card they charge me ****** so I called and after holding for 25 min someone got in the phone then agreed they took to much and refunded me about 60$ and told me that you won't be charge for oct and the next payment will come out on November 22 fro ***** how about on November 22 they took ****** from my account so I called on 11/22/24 ****** who answered the phone check and said I would get a refund and its been in the nikes to only charge ***** and she don't know why that happen I told her this is the second time I was over charge . so today 11/25/24 I called to see when the next payment is do ****** answede the phone once I told her who I was she put me on hold then gave the phone to Jenn who told me that the next pay is 12/6/24 less then 30days after the 11/.22/ payment when I ask why she said that's what the computer says and she said im not getting a refund even after ****** and ***** or **** who ever they are told me that I would get a refund . I feel as tho there is nothing I can do until my contract is over in feb 2025 they are the worst DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY and check your account because they will over charge you . mind you they have not been to my house since sept 2024 its now 11/25/24 . even time I have to deal with them or call them I have anxiety and I get a headache. one time I had a schedule for 2pm like on a Tuesday how about the exterminator sent me a text the day before like 7pm and said he was on his way just sod he wouldn't have to come the next day .I emailed the branch manager but I have not heard back . that office needs to be closed down the service is horrible .Rollins, Inc.

I called orkin to discuss my service and a lady named ***** answered and was very rude and unprofessional. She was not very helpful when I asked if she could explain why my account has not been updated in terms of monthly payments. I was told prior my monthly payments would be much lower then ***** tells me otherwise. When discussing my concerns, she seemed aggravated and annoyed. Then she proceeded to hang up on me, I called back she hung up again. I could not get through to any representative that could help me because of this behavior.Rollins, Inc.

Absolutely awful from start to finish. I called due to my kids having some bites on them. (2 and 5). I figured Id call Orkin, a massive company, they promised they would be out between 4-6. I got a call from the sales *** that he wasnt coming tonight, I advised that was unacceptable and I needed someone to come. I asked to speak to manager- said managers are gone at 5, it wasnt 5 yet. I called the office advised if my problem They had a great guy come over and help us. ***** was great built back the trust and said it would be a few days before they could do the service. Friday rolls around and they no show me and dont come. I call and they said the management didnt put it on the calendar and their fault, offered 10% discount to do it Monday at 8 am sharp- due to me already missing work for the 2 previous appointments. I wasnt happy but agreed to it- I said I would like an email confirming it. The manager never sent the email and Monday rolls around and no show again. I call and the manager states that he forgot to put it in the schedule AGAIN. Full of apologies but I am now missing work again due to their incompetence. I will never use call or recommend this company. If I could out negative stars I would. They just completed the service- technician is friendly and helpful. Sales *** was helpful and friendly. I have been a customer of F&W Pest ********************** for several years, paying $145 quarterly for exterior checks to prevent mice. Last month, my tenant reported hearing noises in the attic, so I called F&W to investigate potential animal intrusion. An initial inspection was scheduled for Friday between 1-3 PM, and I confirmed with the office that the technician would need access to the attic.On the day of the appointment, I waited in my car outside the house until 3 PM, but I received no phone call or update. When I contacted F&W, the office informed me that the technician had already visited, inspected only the exterior, and left. I requested communication with the technician to understand what was observed, but no follow-up call came. I waited three days without any contact but was still charged $145.When I called the office again on Tuesday, I was told that the $145 fee was for routine service. The representative, who was quite rude, stated that I would need to schedule a separate appointment for an attic inspection. The earliest available slot was the following Friday, and despite my concerns, the technician never called me.Frustrated by the poor communication and unprofessionalism, I decided to switch to a different company and terminate all services with F&W.The new company came the next day and, without entering the house, discovered a hole in the roof and photographed animal footprints, clearly indicating an issue. This confirmed that F&Ws technician had not properly checked the exterior, despite charging $145 for an inspection that was supposed to include assessing the attic. This experience was deeply disappointing, as F&W failed to deliver the service they promised and treated a long-term customer poorly.Rollins, Inc.

I have cancelled my service with this business @ ********************************* ***********, ***, they have missed scheduled appointments to come to my home on multiple occasions, each time I am told someone is required to show, they do not and and then I receive notification that the job was completed which is completely false.Rollins, Inc.

The Orkin Pro completed the *********** portion on Wednesday November 6th., but unfortunately the A 5' section of Gutter Dome was not installed due to limited accessibility and needing to bring another technician with smaller hands to complete the service. On November 11th the Orkin Pro came to your home to finish the last section and you refused the service. One of the worst pest control companies that exists. On two several occasions I have had technicians scheduled to come out to my home to perform a treatment, and on the date of the scheduled service, the technician failed to show up. There was no communication received in any form from the branch office or from ***** customer service. The only appointment that was honored is the buy in [inspection] where the inspector even stayed past the allotted time frame just to get my service. This company should be abolished from performing any ongoing pest control services. There are so many complaints about no call no show services and no further communication received from ***** for their lack of communication. Once I receive the follow-up treatment, I will never use Orkin again or recommend their services to my family or friend. Good luck to anyone that continues to use their service!Rollins, Inc.

During the inspection the Orkin Pro conducted a chemical treatment to control bed bugs, evaluated for live bed bug activity and upon inspection found no live activity. The above review is simply an expression of frustration with the process I encountered in attempting to reschedule my appointment, not with the "quality of service that was performed." Despite multiple attempts on my end, it took an unnecessarily long time to secure a new appointment ******* a customer, I believe a more streamlined and efficient communication process would be beneficial, particularly when it comes to managing schedule changes.Thank you!
