  My husband and I applied for a home in Georgia on *****. I did not hear anything back from them for a few days so I called their number. The first time, I was told the application was in progress. The second time I called I was told they needed more income docs. I asked them why this is not being communicated to me, and I was told somebody would email or phone me with this request. Nobody ever did. A week later, I called the third time to find out whats going on because they took my money for the application and I heard from nobody. I was told that I had to call Raphe at a different number. I got his voice message and left my concerns and his voice message said hed call me back within 24 hours. He never did. The fourth time I called, the agent said I was preapproved. But they did not consider my husbands income who was also on the application, so I asked why, to which they directed me again to Raphe - the agent said she would send him an alert email to him to contact me right away. That was yesterday. He has not contacted me. Nobody has emailed me nor called me. To make things even more confusing the agent on the fourth call told me they had a different email for me which is not mine, even though I can clearly see my correct email in my application online. Theres definitely something wrong with this outfit and I would definitely not recommend them if you are looking for your next rental.

  ***** did an outstanding job. Located the issue right away and fixed it. Poor job done by the person before him. The dishwasher is directly wired which is against code.

  Thank you for ***************************** helping me in my situation that I am in because of her we are able to get our Ac fixed today unfortunately Maintance was unresponsive for a week they kept giving me the run around and left my family and I without Ac for a week and one day so I emailed her and other service coordinators keep in mind she doesnt even manage ****** area within a short period of time she managed to take it into her own hands and got it fixed as soon as possible I really appreciate her assistance and great customer service and how patient she was with me my family thank you because of you we will get our issues resolved keep up the great work!!!

  Someone needs to give *************************** a raise!! Now a days you get automated systems no matter how hard you try or no one answers. ******* was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and an ************ with getting me into my first home. I will Be highly ***et if no one *** her pay!! It only allows me 5 stars but she deserves 20

  First Key was fantastic!! The leasing agent, ***************************** were very responsive and informative. She guided me through what steps would take place after my application and was very helpful. The leasing coordinator, ***************************** was very responsive and helpful as well. Would definetly recommend.

  Ive been looking at houses for the last month. First Key supposedly has a local office. Whenever I call I ask for the local agent, they give me a phone number, I call, I never ever get a call back. They just want to take your money anonymously. These developers came into my city and bought up houses, drove up prices and are using cheap labor to answer phone calls. Thank god I was smart enough not to give them a dime. What a racket. Maybe just maybe if enough people complain theyll change the way they do business. I met a local realtor and got my house applied for and approved in a day and I know where to go if there are any issues.

  Leasing Coordinator ********************* with FirstKey Homes, LLC made the application process very simple for us. He remained in contact with us throughout the entire process and was very helpful. We were able to get approved for our number 1 pick and a few more home. The entire application and approval process took us only 2 days.I would highly recommend using this company to anyone!
