      I wouldnt even give this company one star! I have been looking at this one particular home for over a month. I called and I had my realtor call the number listed. We both got hung up on and no one ever returned our call. Finally, I was able to view this home in person. First, I had to pay 99 cents to look at the home, then I paid $50 to apply and the online application told me I was the first in line to apply. The next day I called them and was told I needed to upload my last 3 months of bank statements to verify my income, so I took unpaid time to do so. I spoke with 3 different people (with out of state numbers) telling me thats all they needed. I did what they asked. I called back within an hour to verify they received my bank statements and then was told, that the property I applied to was already rented. Why didnt they tell me that earlier? But they were so happy to let me know I qualified and could help me find another property they have for rent. No! I applied for one particular home and why werent they honest an hour earlier making me thing I was the only and first person to apply, they said that was in underwriting. I will NEVER rent a home from Firstkey homes. They are just out for your money, you dont speak with anyone from your zip code, just not trust worthy. I hope this helps others who are looking for a place to calm home.

      This company is a joke, save your money and use other property management companies. For a company that is supposed to allow more people to rent, they make you go through so many hoops when applying, if you look on multiple websites you see most of their houses have been on the market for at least 2 months and from I can conclude their application process is way too tedious and require more than most property management companies.

      I would not recommend renting or dealing with this company ever!!!!! There has been a broken water pipe at this property for over a year resulting in $500 month water ****. Air conditioner not working had to buy window air conditioner. Wood fence is falling down. These issues have been addressed to this company many times and no one has ever been out to fix them. Just lies about fixing the problems when they know Noone has been out. STAY AWAY FROM FIRST KEY!!!!!

      FirstKeys renewal department was fantastic for me. *************************** was my renewal agent today. First Key trained him to do a wonderful job, an that he did. I would recommend FirstKey to anyone.
