      I have asked on several occasions to have my email removed for their marketing emails I no longer wish to have them sent to me. As this is the poorest company to do business with. It's a company that steals money from their customers I had renters insurance back in 2013 for the property I was renting from them and it burned up I. A house fire and I was still sued for it

      On 11/10/2022 I call ***** at the Aaron's store in ******** to lease a Xbox because I had been pre-approved and he said that he did not feel comfortable leasing to me because I was behind on a stove payment that they are going to replace and because of a incident at another store that had already been settled.

      Agreement #***** Agreement date 01/13/2021 Domino reclining loveseat Item # ********** Reported broken loveseat to Aaron's. On October 20. 2022 item was inspected by Aaron's representatives and broken part was identified. According to manager, part was ordered on October 20, 2022 and should be received in two weeks. I asked if part is not received within that period would they replace loveseat with another. I was told by manager,"No. You would have to start all over again".Part has not been received and there has been no communication with store manager to date.I called headquarters and sent certified letter to store and have not received answers from either.

      I recently was told if I pay ****** it would be paid off that they would have the gm fix it in the computer. Now ******** in finance who everyone I know has a problem with wants to tell me it isn't paid off after **** the sales manager told me it would be taken care of. She calls and harrasses me and my fiance before the bill was ever due and is now saying it's not paid off after I was just on there with my mother and told other wise. She is one of Aaron's biggest problems as I should know I used to work there and constantly was apologizing for her rudeness and treatment . Now after I left Im dealing with the same thing . I will not be paying any more money to this joke of a company , how can I be told it's paid off and will be taken care of and now I owe 200 more dollars . The ****** store is a f****** joke. Your first thing needs to be to get rid of ********

      My name is ******************* I am a customer of ********************** out of the **********, ** store on **********. Up until now I was a satisfied customer. I had been renting a 50 inch **, an adjustable bed, queen ******** and an HP Laptop. For awhile it was ok however and I will be the first to tell you, I began to struggle with the substantial payments. I began by being late then unfortunately and not intentionally, unable to pay. I made arrangements for them to take back the ** in order to lighten the payments a bit. I did become very behind even though I did try to pay at least something every month. Here's my dilemma..On Tuesday, November 1 I was taken to the hospital by ambulance from my Dr's ********************** for an upper respiratory infection, Asthma exacerbation and Congestive Heart Failure, ( hence the reason why I need an adjustable bed). While in the hospital, which was for a week, I made arrangements to have the ** returned on 11/2. I asked my son to be at my apartment so it could be picked up. I asked if they could wait just a week more as I should be paid and I would work on catching up. This was agreed on or so I thought. When they came for the ** they also took my bed. I was lied too! Again, I was in the hospital at the time this occurred. What was I suppose to sleep on when I was discharged? On the floor? That was just so wrong and deceitful. Is this what your company stands for? Do you sit in your plush ********************** and try to figure how to deceive your customers? Now they are trying to take my laptop which I have made the most payments and am close to payoff. Losing this will inhibit my ability to get a part time job at home in order to help stay a little above water. I am currently on Social security and widowed. It is my only income and with the economy the way right I can't decide whether to get my media or food. This is very real!!! So, though I doubt you will help all I can do is ask. So, I am asking....Please can you help?******************* ************************

      Consumer currently rents a washer and dryer from the business. The washer needs to be repaired or replaced. He had an appointment with the business today to fix the machine, but the business did not show up. Didn&#**;t call.

      Aarons took my money and wont deliver a washer and dryer I signed a contract to rent. They are saying because of inconsistencies and wont tell me what they are. They also never asked for verification of anything to be able to say they found any inconsistencies. The only inconsistancy here is that they took ***** from my card and didnt deliver like they said they would after the contract was signed and transaction completed.

      On October 18th 2022, Aaron's on *******************************************************************************, sent an employee to my apartment due to me being 15 days late and not having an udated phone number on my account. The problem is the Aaron's Employee disclosed to my friend who answered the door information on to why he was looking for me. THAT'S A VIOLATION! Further more, I and my lady friend are diagnosed with Monkey Pox and this Aaron's Employee had no mask on at my door speaking loudly in my apartment complex. I went to the door and we made an arrangement for me to pay on the 31st. Two days later I get a harassment call from Aaron's as if I did not already have an arrangement set for 12 days from the date of the Aaron's visit. These people need training. If they show up to my door again speaking to someone who's not on my Aaron's lease contract or my apartment lease, I will *** them!

      Before I leased with arrons the store was aware that I was on disability and I don't get my check till the 3rd of every month. They required me to have a bank card on file. There are times when I get my disability check 3 days early. And I would make my monthly payments early. my payments where arranged to be paid on the 3rd of every month It came to my attention by another employee that when I've paid my bill early I would go get charged a late free It's because the way there system is set up. If I choose to pay with another form of payment Instead of the card I have on file with them It *** going on for a while now paying late fees when I was never late

      Roughly three years ago we relocated from ** to **. We scheduled for the local Aarons *************************** to pick up items we rented but would not be retaining/taking with us. For three weeks we tried to get someone out to pick up said items. The last cancelled pickup was the day before (after delaying leaving by almost a week to accommodate the business) we HAD to leave for the cross-country trip due to employment obligations. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP WHEN SCHEDULED MULTIPLE TIMES TO COLLECT THEIR MERCHANDISE. After our move we spoke with the local store manager multiple times and were assured no problem, they will still go and collect the items. Our former landlord, whom lives on the same property, has confirmed that no one from Aarons in the three years passed has attempted to access the property for pick up. This is insanity and I want the emails/calls/harassment to stop before I bring my attorney into the mix.
