      I have complained to this company for the past three months. The product that I purchased from them was unstable in the beginning and its broke. I have been asking and asking for them to come look at it and pick it up but they refuse to do so.

      Dealing with this company is horrific! Bad from day one! First the delivery driver shows up and both were intoxicated and acting belligerent to property staff, the police were called and Aarons employee s were removed from the property! Thats a fact and a police report supports that allegation. After the product was delivered I noticed a pull in on of the cushions and I tugged in the string and it produced a hole the size of a dime! This is still day one. I reported the issue. I was told not to worry I had signed up for product protection (I never did, rip off) but have been charged an additional $12 a month. So never the less, I pay for it fine. But the replacements never materialized. Its now been going on 5 months!Today I noticed several debits that were unauthorized. When I was on the phone with my bank Aarons called. The manager asked if I was ***, I said I was and proceeded to explain the situation. He wouldnt let me get one word in before he repeatedly kept interrupting. I asked him to please stop interrupting, Im home sick with colon cancer and dont have the capability to converse in the phone. If he didnt stop interrupting I would hang up. So I did. He then repeatedly called me 14 additional times. I flipped out! So now hes going to ruin my credit he threatened. Repossess furniture and so forth.This bank is absolutely the worst!

      i have been a loyal custom of aarons for many years i paid them a ton of money and when the fridge i got from them was not working properly they lied to me for almost 3 months telling me it was on back order or it was this n that and so i was getting very upset so they finally told me they couldnt get one that they were no longer caring this fridge i asked them if they could help me out with knocking off the rest of the 6 payments then and ill fix the problem ****** agreed with it but then turned around and lied agian and broke the contract now they wont even let me pay on my tv with out them adding it to my fridge this is now stressing me out and are now harressing me i neeed help from you guys please help me!!!!! i been nothing but loyal for the last 15 years and this is how they treat me?????

      I been renting since Feb 2021 I have a total of 6 payments for the items I'm renting. I just found out that Aaron's no longer send out the on-time payment to the 3 Credit Bureau's. They will only send out the information if you ae late and or miss a payment. How does a Consumer get a good credit rating if the companies refuse to send out the on-time payments to establish good credit. The real questions is how many other companies are doing the very same thing. I was under the impression that they still send out this information to the credit bureau's. Then Aaron's needs to stop advertising this information. this is fraud. I was instructed by Aaron's to collect all of the data in which are all the payments and call myself to the credit bureau to have this information inputted within the 3 credit bureau's. Is this what these companies are doing today to the Customer's.

      8/11 I purchased a desktop bundle for my husband, it was scheduled for delivery 8/16 the woman I spoke to told me all he needed was to sign the paperwork to receive it, so I had a doctors appointment 8/16 while he was home I provided him the information to check up on the status of his gift. They started treating him as if he was a scammer, they stated that his phone number didnt belong to him which I dont know why they were peering into his personal life, though the number is his and he pays OUR bill. So after going back and forth with the manager its gets delivered, 2 minutes later a banging at the door and its taken back. When I contact the store . They tell me very rudely and talking over me that they will not do business with me because to many people called and that they were closing my account and refusing to give me my product . When I called customer service they said thats not what was supposed to be done at all. If anything I couldve transferred to a different store. I just want my product . The lease is still showing in the app and All. I just want my to gift my husband for his birthday and they are making this very hard

      1.) Ive been waiting days 

      2.) I tried to make amends with the store manager and he still has the same sarcastic , rude , talk over you tone in his voice .

      my product hasnt been delivered and they refuse to switch me stores so I can get a new delivery date.  I WANT TO RECEIVE THE COMPUTER BUNDLE ITS NEEDED FOR WORK. If I was a scammer I wouldnt be going to this extent to pay 178$ a month, thats money I could keep in my pocket but I am willing to dish it out because I need the item.. please use common sense . I just want my items that was leased

      I was leasing a TV through Aaron's. However my circumstances changed which forced me to abruptly end the lease and return the tv. However, they keep charging me and my bank account has been overdrawn twice behind it. I tried to go online to cancel the autopay and couldn't. The rude person in store said that because this or that person was on vacation that nothing could be done. I wouldn't even get my money back.

      I asked ***** the employee to please pick up my washer He said H*** have some one out on 8/10 I called on 8/8. He told Me between 12- to 7 they never showed up or made a phone call I called a lot and even showed up at 7:30pm to which they was closed. I called the Manager ***** the next day and He copied a attitude and said H*** have someone Friday 8/12 between **** around 1 I call ***** answers again and tells me I was never on the schedule and complained that the truck broke down as if it was my fault no apology. I asked for His boss ***** and He said he'll have Him call me back at 11am it's now 4pm and no call. All I want is my money back and for them to take this washer back. I was told no one until the 17th can come my Sister is doing Surgery this day I already cleared a day and 1/2 for them this is ridiculous I can't believe You people treat Your customers like this and I want my money back from 8/8 the day I was told You please come get it. This is what I want my money back from 8/8.

      I was renting a ps5 from Aarons and put $1000 into the product. This month, I ordered a gaming computer from the priced at over $2000. Upon delivery, the computer was unboxed and looked used. The delivery person stated it was new but they just took it out of the box. The same day I realized serious issues with the computer, the mouse stopped working and the front of the tower was literally falling off. I reached out to the store and they stated that it was considered new but it was a floor model for some time. I was treated very badly and got no apology. They just kept trying to scam me. I told them that this is fraud and I did not feel comfortable doing business with them because of them trying to defraud me. They said ok we can pick your items up today. They had no remorse or apologies. Because of their fraudulent behavior, I am now out of $1000 for a ps5 that had to be returned. The manager at the location was very flat and had a matter of fact attitude. This business tried to scam me on top of them charging $2000 for products priced at *******, they tried to sell me a used $700 product to me for $2200.

      12 years as a customer. Ordered a new living room while I had a sectional and they took the sectional a week before the new delivery, then proceeds to state we damaged it but refuse to show us pictures. I call corporate and ask for a manager to call me, 5 calls later and still no call. Call today to check on my delivery for tomorrow, meanwhile a family of 8 have been sitting on the floor with no couch, was told we would not be getting the new set. I have paid off numerous items with this location, and Im 75 percent almost paid off with 2 different appliances. I feel as if my thousands of dollars and my loyalty mean nothing to Aarons. If they damaged a product I was not called. No proof of damage. And not advised no delivery had to call the company myself.

      2 years ago we purchased a refrigerator fr Aaron's furniture in red bank SC. While making payments on it the refrigerator freezer froze up and stopped working twice. They fixed it the first time by coming to the house the second time they shipped it off. Not once was another fridge offered to us. 2 months before we paid the fridge off we noticed the floor under the fridge was rotting. There was a leak in the fridge where is was freezing up and we had to replace the floor. Well 3 months after it was paid off the floor was trying to sink in under the fridge again, the fridge stopped working. Bc the rotted out floor we ended up with a ***** issue. Well we contacted Aaron's about the fridge going out again and ****** told us he wasn't responsible to replace it. Well after calling corporate several times we finally got a call to replace the fridge with supposedly a floor model. They refused to replace the floor where the fridge ruined our floor multiple times. Well it's been almost 3 months and we still don't have our fridge. We paid over **** for our old refrigerator that was stainless steel smudge proof ECT.. the only fridge they offered was a plain white double door fridge that you can buy for about 700. Come to find out the sent the fridge off to be serviced which of it was a floor model why would it have to be serviced. And we still have not received a fridge. I want a replacement of equal value of the original refrigerator we purchased
