      I have complaint with harassment. I'm called multiple times a day sometimes there are voice-mails sometimes it's just constant calls. *** visits to house unfortunately I have not had my phone but I'm also dealing with a death in the family and currently out of state. Today I was told by a person caring for my young children that they answered the phone call from aarons this rep proceeded to tell someone other than me that they we're going to take legal action against me and that I was behind on payments. I personally know you can not discuss that with anyone other than the account owner. I am appalled that my personal situation was discussed with my child care giver. I know I'm late I will pay but dealing with an illness that resulted in death is very difficult.i have not had conversation with aarons however that does not give them the right to discuss my account with anyone other than me. I'm dealing with getting things in order with my family in ******* after our lose of a loved one and I get told by someone that is not me or even related that aarons is going to take action on me and that my account is past due they should not know that. I at one point work at an aarons in ******* as an account representative and I know u can not discuss account with anyone. If a a actual manager can reach out to me via email to discuss account and getting it brought to current I would appreciate that but I do not want to speak with the store reps that feel it's OK to discuss my personal situation with whoever answers my phone. This is a shame that threats would be brought up and not to mention brought up to someone other than myself disgusting and wrong.

      I ordered a bed that was listed as in stock and its been a over a month already and the order is still processing it hasnt even shipped to my local store yet which doesnt make sense bc I was told it was in stock at my local store its been a month already an no can tell me anything other then the prefer is delayed well no s*** I need answers asap bc its been a month and it hasnt even processed

      I sent my lawnmower off to Aarons to get fix it been 3 months I been calling they told me they would go to lake city and get me a new one I havent received anything yet And m very upset every time I call them they tell the same I need my mower or I wont all my money back this doesnt make snice

      I leased a washer and dryer from Aarons on *************** in ********** ********. My payment is 34 dollars a week. I got laid off from my job for a week for shutdown, so I went to the store to set up to have my payment skipped and doubled the following week. This would have kept everything going smoothly, was told the manager was in the bathroom and hed call me when he got I out. So he called and we got everything set up, he informed me that they had made an error and I had been paying 2 dollars less than I should have and that he needed to fix it and the store would cover the balance of what I was short because it was there mistake. Fast forward 4 weeks later I have a debit of 279 dollars taken out of my account from Aarons. so I call them immediately, the same person who set everything ** in the previous incident answered the phone and when I explained what had just happened and requested my money back I was told that I had not made a payment in 40 days and the only way I could get a refund was if I returned the merchandise. To my knowledge at the time I had not missed any payment and my payment was 34 dollars a week, nowhere near 279 and if I was that far behind I should of been contacted before it was 279 dollars. The manager couldnt explain how they could just debit my account for ************************************************************************************* hes gonna call the police, which he did. So I left and called there corporate office and was told I have to wait at least 72 hours because the regional manager has that long to respond back to the complaint. And refund my money, this is the most unprofessional experience Ive had with a business in my 34 year life.

      So I called in to Aarons in which I did a rental agreement for my childrens bunkbed set. I just had my baby and also complications and new that I would not be able to make payment until later. I was denied payment plan by ************************* the general manager then he told me that he sent his Aarons team member to see what was going on because I was late on payment. I explained that I can pay on a certain day and i was rudely told that I dont make my payments on time and that he is sending his guys to pick up the items. The he hung ** in my face. I then called again and the representative ******** picked and I asked him who is over ****** and he told me no one and then when o asked for corporate phone number I was told by ****** and ******** to go get it off the website. Their customer services was very rude and offensive and made it to a point where I just asked them to come and pick up the bunk beds.

      I have issues with my billing. The local office is extremely rude and does not fix the issue. The corporate office sends me to voice mail and never returns the call. Their is a spanish number, which only takes messages. That line also never returns telephone calls.

      Aaron's has never responded to us. Their spanish line continues to be an answering machine that never returns the telephone call. The issue with the Local ******* store has never been resolved.

      Also, I forwarded your respond to the local store and was told by the store's management that they have attempted to reach put to you and speak over them, yell and abruptly hang up the call while they are speaking with you.       I am rejecting this response because:
      Who is I? The person does not state who they are, the date and time they allegedly call nor their title. The complaint is about the rudeness and immature attitude of the store manager. The response is that of the store manager. Once again the response is that of the store manager pouting and being rude rather than resolving the issue. This is very obviousely not a corporate response but the response of the store manager. If the BBB calls the Store location at Mesa you and talks to the store manager you will see the response is word for word that of the store manager. We do not accept the response. Corporate did not bother responding. The Hispanic line does not work and they did not fix it. The only reason Aaron even responded is because they have this complaint and we took this complaint on a media blast to get them to respond to this complaint.

      8/11 I purchased a desktop bundle for my husband, it was scheduled for delivery 8/16 the woman I spoke to told me all he needed was to sign the paperwork to receive it, so I had a doctors appointment 8/16 while he was home I provided him the information to check up on the status of his gift. They started treating him as if he was a scammer, they stated that his phone number didnt belong to him which I dont know why they were peering into his personal life, though the number is his and he pays OUR bill. So after going back and forth with the manager its gets delivered, 2 minutes later a banging at the door and its taken back. When I contact the store . They tell me very rudely and talking over me that they will not do business with me because to many people called and that they were closing my account and refusing to give me my product . When I called customer service they said thats not what was supposed to be done at all. If anything I couldve transferred to a different store. I just want my product . The lease is still showing in the app and All. I just want my to gift my husband for his birthday and they are making this very hard Now on 8/22 ** being told that the store managers / delivery driver stated that I tried to pay the delivery driver and that is the reason they wont contact me or talk to me, but that is a lie. My lease is still open with them , I want my items Im not closing the lease!!!!!! Give me my items before I get a lawyer

      I started a TV leas 65 inch in November, I also recently had a Washer/Dryer lease and a Soundbar lease that Aaron's removed from my online payment. I have paid approximately ******** on my Aaron's leases over the last few months. I had an entertainment Center and also and Xbox that I returned. I paid my 65-inch TV Payment for **** and July. The Washer/Dryer, and Soundbar I told Aaron's to come get on **** 3rd, 2022. Since then, they have shown up at my house twice and refused to get out of the truck to get the items because of the neighbors' dogs. They then told me it is my responsibility to get all the dogs in our house so they can come in. The landlord lives next door what a wonderful idea and the fact that we have a couple dogs outside that were here when they delivered the items. But I cannot put someone else's dogs in my home for them. I have 7 phone calls from Corporate were all the guy does is put us on a 3-way call, schedules a date and time only for Aaron's to not show up. So, it's nothing but constant harassment over the phone, and following me to the grocery store honking their horns and yelling at us going down the road. They are demanding payments now because they haven't shown up anymore to get their stuff. I have had to cancel a few Dr ************ for my son that needs autism testing due to the inconvenience. This is just so tiresome, and the fact their employees can't do their jobs is baffling.
