      All of the harassment about one item and coming out to my house then charge me a fee for coming out. Im very tired of renting with this company. I only have five payments left before it is paid off, I just explained to them that I had to pay rent today which I did through my bank account, it takes three to five days to clear. They said they get that but if no payment is made they will be back at 4:30. I take this has a threat to myself and my family

      So..i still paying for a washer and drier form this ********* ** store and recently my washer machine stop draining the water so i called the store to get it fix and they told me the tech will be there on 01/02 from 3 to 7 pm to fix it but nobody came . I called the store again on 01/03 they told me the same thing a tech will arrive any time from 3-7 pm. Guess what .... no one came to fix it.. I called again yesterday 01/04 this time a lady answer the phone and told me that she was going to call me back in 30 min to set a repair date and guess what ? nobody called me. My washer machine still down .where do i go from here...

      very slow on delivery and gave me a washer with a big dent on the front panel that nobody could have missed. ha e not heard back from customer service in almost two weeks to come get this one and bring me a different one. Almost impossible to get someone on the phone for help and the chat line is worst

      I have had numerous problems with the staff at the ***** ** location since the beginning of my first lease over two years ago. I have bit my tounge long enough over their disrespect, incompetent errors, and their extremely aggressive delivery drivers. On two separate occasions they have showed ** in an EXTREMLY threatening and demanding manner over payments that weren't even due yet. At this point, I WILL NOT continue another lease when this one is paid off.

      Rude manager taking advantage of customers by taking more than their required payments, invasion of privacy by searching through customers personal lives without consent. My wife and i have done business with the ******* ******* store for over 15 years, have never been late on any payments and have even paid several items in full (paid off). My wife is currently making payments on 2 items and of course, has not been late once but as of december 5th 2023 the manager, **** decides to secretly take her off autopay and never told her about his actions but me being over both mine and her accounts, noticed the money didnt come out of her account so we called the decatur store to ask what happened. that is when he decided to tell us that she was removed from autopay and that she would now have to call in her payments. she authorized him to make what was supposed to be a total of $105.23. he never told her about the late payment he secretly took out of her account with her 2 payments. it wasnt till i checked her account after we got off the phone and found that he took $119.98 so i called him back and told him he took too much that is when he told us that he took a "late payment" she never owed. i called corporate but we are currently involved in an attempted "Brush Off". This is the first time in years that we have dealt with a corrupt and crooked manager. I have even run across a review with another company that his delivery driver tried to make sexual advances by phone to a mans wife after hours. true or not you dont do your customers that way. and this involves the same manager. Disgusting business practices. If he worked for me he would have already been fired for this repeated treatment of customers and employees.

      Aaron's does not understand what good business is you've been warned, the great thing about this is most won't listen then when it happens to you please don't complain, and why can't I just leave without the star's that's not right they need something with a coffin on it because you're gonna be going if you shop with this company in ****** **** *********************

      I purchased a mattress 2 years ago through Aarons. Everything went fine throughout the entire lease, and it was paid off. I asked to be removed from Aaron's call list as I don't need to lease any more furniture and for over 6 months and I have still been receiving calls. The location I purchased from did stop calling me after the 2nd time I requested to be removed from their list. Now I'm receiving calls and voicemails from out of state numbers from Aarons reps. I know it can take up to 30 days to be removed from a list but as I mentioned before it's been over 6 months. Every time I've asked to be removed the person is polite and says they will remove me but clearly there is something wrong at the corporate level. PLEASE STOP CALLING ME. I keep blocking your numbers and you keep calling from new ones. If this was a debt collection that would make sense, but I PAID IN FULL. If I'm ever in the situation where I need to lease a mattress again, I'll just sleep on the floor rather than have to deal with months of sales calls.

      A Cautionary Tale of False Promises and ****************** If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. From deceptive advertising to abysmal customer service, every aspect of their operation is deeply flawed.Firstly, their marketing is a complete fabrication. The promises made in their ads are not followed ****. This deceit extends to their customer interactions, where they make commitments they have no intention of keeping.The customer service is a study in frustration. Reaching out to them is an exercise in patience, as they are unresponsive and evasive. When they do respond, their answers are unhelpful and dismissive. Getting any information or action out of them is a Herculean task.The delivery of products and services is a disaster. Despite their assurances, it took an inordinate amount of time and numerous follow-*** to receive what I was promised. The process was so delayed and chaotic that it defied belief.Their contract is another area of concern. It's designed solely to protect the company, with little regard for the customer. It's clear that their focus is on shielding themselves from accountability rather than providing a fair and transparent service.I regret ever engaging with this company and strongly advise others to steer clear. Their business practices are not only unethical but also deeply disrespectful to their clientele. I'm committed to sharing my experience on my podcast and through every available channel to warn potential customers.I'm not alone in my dissatisfaction. A review of other customer feedback reveals a pattern of similar experiences. This company's disregard for its customers is systemic and deeply ingrained in their culture.They may think they can take advantage of younger customers, but they've severely underestimated my resolve. I'm exploring legal options to address this gross misconduct. This is, without a doubt, the worst company I've ever dealt with.

      I have a sofa sectional, that was delivered with several damage, smelly in different areas, asked if the would come to inspect, I was asked to send photos, sent to store mgmt DID RECEIVE PHOTOS, spoke with the so-called district manager ****/********, all he did was LIE, LIE, LIE & LIE SOME-MORE!!!!! He told me the Monroe store would clean it because it was closer, then he claims that he would take 12 months off, promised to send paperwork showing that change (NEVER) received. 2nd issue I paid off my ******* fridge, a repair person came and said ice maker needed repair or replacement (never heard back from ANYONE at Aarons, then the handle for freezer broke off, ******* says its out of warranty, WOW, WOW, WOW, that all things occur after I paid it off, but they took my November payment out of my account, if I didnt make my pymts Aarons would be kicking my front door down. I REFUSE TO DEAL WITH A DISTRICT MANAGER TITLE THAT CARES ABOUT ITS CUSTOMER, I NEED TO DEAL WITH HIS BOSS!!!!!

      So disappointed I moved in my new place in sep I have yet to finally stop living out of bags and get settled every new dresser and nightstand has been damaged since I ordered. I'm outraged
