      The manager will call and call after youve made arrangements. Have contacted corporate and issue was acknowledged. When payment declined on autopay for wrong card information payment was still submitted a few hours after declined and next day I had someone knocking heavily on the door for failure of payment after confirming with their supervisor about payment representative just left didnt apologize about the mix up. Very horrible company to work with.

      Hi. I was working on my credit. I ask Aaron's if they reported my payments on time to the ************** I was told. If you don't make your payments they do.Once the contract was paid in full they do.So after two years of paying on some furniture and fulfilling my contract I call and tell them I haven't seen it appear. They told me they DONT report it ONLY if your delinquent. So a paying customer that works hard for payments on time just doesn't matter but if I tried to skip out on payments they would report it. This makes ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE to me and I will NEVER rent anything from them again! Poor business for the person who was trying so hard to build my credit score up.

      This people bills 3 times more than the actual price of their merchandise, and if you are late 1 day the begin to harrass you and blow your phone number The worst business ever! Please do your self a favor and don't get anything from them, you'll regret it later on.

      Rude, awful customer service and they used my credit card with out permission. Now I have an overdraft fee and they refuse to reimburse me saying I should have deleted my credit card number???? Seriously? I want my money back! If I could leave zero stars, I would!

      I've been making payments on a washer for a year now. January I had a payment "refunded" out of the blue, I Never got the money back and have bank statements to prove it. But I'm told I need to make the payment anyways so I do, yesterday on the 30th. Now a day later I'm told it was "refunded" again and once again I don't have the money. I've been ripped out of two payments when I'm so close to being paid off. I've gotten hardly any help getting my money back and had to file a dispute with my bank over the last payment. Now I'm being told I owe 151 dollars when it's just one payment late because Aaron's lost my money. I don't want to lose my washer when I've paid it all the way off due to mistakes of Aaron's computers. Nor should I have to overpay for one month due especially when I've payed it twice and have the receipts for it.

      I made my last payment and $163 was added, I call the store and they didn't know what was going on, they said I owe .56 cents, I went on line and it still has 100 percent pd off but pay $163 by march, I called customer service and they said I owe nothing so why my account says I owe $163, no one seems to know, I pd all payments on time, never late, talk about a rip off, and the store just no help, I want that $163 dollars to come off since no one knows where it comes from

      I attempted to order furniture online 2 months later I get harassing calls and drive by for payment when furniture was never delivered I asked to speak to a manager was put on hold than refused to pass me on said they refunded it but don't see it returned on my bank statement than they knock on my door at nearly 9pm scaring the kids they have very poor business practices and management don't trust them or anything they say you have to repeat yourself and call alot to get through and most of them don't do their job properly

      being rudely yelled at and berated I have a severe seizure disorder and currently was behind in my payments I had been back and forth to the hospital and even told that to the general manager ****, he continued to yell at me as if I were a disobedient child even went as far as to say if I die during a seizure they would be able to pick their stuff up then ...I tried to explain my situation and wanted to work it out but he continued to yell at me until I hung up the phone..I would never recommend anyone to do business with the ******,******** store

      I don't like the fact that I have to give a star. They don't deserve a start. I purchased a washer and dryer set almost a year ago. I have always been on what they call easy pay other words it is taken straight out of my bank account every Friday. I have never been late with my payment. All of a sudden they got a new manager name *******. I all of a sudden wasn't on easy pay anymore. Then when I asked about it I was told because I didn't have the money in my account. That is ********. Then ******* took and charged my account more than what he was supposed to. When I asked him about it he said my contract was not done right. I told him that's not my fault. His reply was well it's not much its only $2 . What the fuck!!!! Ok well if it's not much and only $2 well you eat that $2 because it's not my fault that the contract is not done right. I have been paying this amount the whole time. Keep in mind I have been injured in a car wreck at work and I haven't worked in almost 2 years. I'm drawing workers comp. So yes that $2 makes a big difference in my financial situation. I told ******* that if I was going to have to pay the extra $2 difference that they could have the product back. I was getting ready to just pay it off in full. But because I refused to pay the $2 difference he asked me when did I want them to pick the product up. I'm sorry but isn't that called breaching my contract since my contract says 1 thing and he takes it upon himself and charge me more just because his employer ****** up. I will be contacting the news channel and a attorney because of this and the corporate office won't even contact me back either. So if you don't want to be lied to and taken advantage of and your contract to be tampered with you might want to stay away from Aaron's I will make it a point to let everyone know what they do.

      Do not do business with them. They will call you 15 times a day when your payment isnt even due yet. They will show up at your house because you didnt answer the phone because you know you were at work. Avoid them at all costs
