  I am providing my version of the issue on behalf of my sister - who is mentally and physically challenged. As power of attorney I recently discovered the documentation a 5/2023 rental agreement with Aaron's Appliance on ******* Street, ***************. for a washer and dryer. Also determined a debit card down payment on my sister's bank account. As I was not present at the time of the sale - this was a concern as I was certain that my sister never received the merchandise. Moreover, I have disputed the delivery of the washer and dryer to a customer service at ********************** and requested a refund. At first my request was authorized, but did not appear after 2 weeks. I just had a conversation with the supervisor and she seems to believe that company gets the benefit of the doubt on whether or not the appliances were delivered and that they deserves to keep the $155.00. Unfortunately, my sister was not advised on the reputation of this rental agreement company and was taken advantage of at the time of the sale. Although i was not present at the retail end I know for certain that the product was never delivered. Aaron's thought they were going to get another $3,000.00 on this deal but would never had materialized as the land lord would not authorized this this type of appliances. Aaron's claims that they have a signed delivery, but refused to provide a copy. DO NOT DO BUSIESS WITH THIS RIP OFF. kfl

  I stopped in Aarons today on ***** , as i walked in they all spoke(delivery guys loading truck) , ****** who assisted was great customer service, he was polite and helpful , they did not have a living room suit on floor that i liked , he pulled their site up and help to find one i did like , was speedy getting paper work ( lease agreements) signed and took care of , i asked for it to be delivered as soon as possible and he made it happen getting me down for a Thursday delivery ...

  Failed delivery of sofa that I paid up a month in advance and setup automatic payments.Waited a week for expected delivery,this was for a used sofa,on the scheduled date the ***********,**.store contacted me saying delivery would have to wait another week because it would leave a empty space on sales floor.Not the way to do business.I do not recommend doing business with Aarons.

  I have purchased a washer and dryer 7 months ago the dryer tore up a month ago they continue lying about when my dryer will return I have giving these people over a **** dollars for something I cant even use I call them they keep lying I would never recommend anyone that works hard for they money to get anything from these fraudulent people at this point I will just need to contact an attorney to get the results I need i guess its really sad that these people do customers that way

  My window was busted out by delivery and Im still waiting for night stands and headboard its been almost a year. I have called several times and nothing has been done. Worst rental company ever

  Got a sectional from them with payments of 139$/month. When nearing the end of the loan I received a call asking if I would like anything else from them. My answer was no but I figured while I had them on the phone I'd ask them what's the balance left on my current loan. I was specifically told I had five and a half payments left. So once I got to the final month I got an email from Aaron's saying my final payment of 97$ was coming due. So of course I called because half of 139 is not 97. They said since I was told half of a payment was my final payment they would honor that and only charge me half. I said well I'm set up for auto pay so how can you guys ensure it won't take the 97. The guy at Aaron's told me to let it process and they would make sure it doesn't charge us the 97 instead just 70$. Well it took the 97$ and when I called them to tell them they changed their story to " we can't refund you since it came out and only corporate can approve those kinds of things" so they lied in order to get the 97$ even though THEY were the ones that said my final payment was supposed to be a half a payment. They must not be able to do math cuz half of 139 is NOT 97$. Bad enough they already made a profit of 1500$ on us for a junk couch. I will go without before I ever get anything from them again.....ever.
