      We've dealt with Aaron's twice and we're on our second time with a couch and bed. The issue I have is with the couch. We didn't have it a month and the zipper broke. When I went to call Aaron's about it they told me they could fix the problem with the cushion but when I asked to get something different they said I had to start a new contract. I went to call again about the cushion and get told "The manager wasn't in". They didn't have the manager call me or anything I feel we wasted almost $1,400.00(for a 2 year contract) for a couch that's on the verge of falling completely apart. Considering they claim that repairs etc are supposed to be in with the contract for their products

      Worst business ever! Our due date is supposed to be the 15th of every month, an $80 bill. They have somehow messed up and put us due the 1st of the month. The local office closes at 7pm CST and they have the audacity to show up at our house at 8:05pm CST. *** asked for a phone call from the district manager twice and have still never heard from anyone. Upon calling the cooperate number Ive been provided a ticket number? Thats it! No solution to the poor service. I was hesitant about doing business with them again after our first experience but was told they were under new management and new employees and that it wouldnt happen again and this experience is worse! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COOPERATION!!!!!

      They took our refrigerator for repair. It took around 2 months to get it back. The day we were supposed to get it back they said they couldn't deliver it because we were 2 days late with our paymen, 2 days!!! I even took the whole day off without pay to wait for them to deliver it. Once we got it back there were 2 additional dents in the door and the light inside doesn't work anymore. They call my wife at work and embarrassed her in front of customers. I will never do business with them ever again. Bad business practices and threats are not the way to conduct a company.

      Aaron's told me I would have my television in 5-7 days. It is setting in their store in ***********, *****. They're refusing to deliver it for at least another week. I believe it is because I'm a disabled Firefighter/EMT. I was put on disability because I was blown up in a vehicle while saving someone's life. I have 4 fusions in my spine, a new knee and a rebuilt ankle. On top of that while recouping I developed high blood pressure and diabetes. Because I am on disability Aaron's puts me on the back burner and refuses to deliver my products on time. Even though I've already paid off other things and I am in good standing with my payments. They always have an excuse as to why I have to wait. I was willing to give my own life for the life of another but in the eyes of Aaron's I am just trash because I can't work anymore. I would still give everything thing I could for another but Aaron's wants to watch me suffer time and time again. I just want them to keep their word and deliver my product and I will continue to pay my payment. Discrimination against disabled people is illegal and Aaron's refuses to make it right. They are nothing short of disgusting to disabled individuals.

      Where to start. I bought a brand new ******* washer and dryer set in May ******************************************** early 2023 and Aarons sent a ******* technician to fix it right in my home. About two months later the washer started shaking really bad and making loud noises with ever cycle so I called Aarons to report the problem and they sent one of their technicians out. He came and didnt wait for the cycle to run and instead told me to take a video of the shaking and I did that on April 17th and sent it to them. I had to call them to ask if the received the video 2 days later and they said they would schedule someone to come pick it up and they would drop off a temp washer. I got the temp washer and they had my washer for over a month then dropped it back off to me around May 26th after it was paid in full. That same day I did a test load and long behold the washer was doing the exact same thing. I called furious complaining and they told me that they would send someone out. They sent a technician that came out and said we needed a part. Two weeks pass by and I call and ask whats going on and they tell me that they are going to send the same guys out and I told them that we needed a part. They sent the technician back to my house and he stayed in his truck because either part was never ordered and it wasnt under warranty. I am still furious because it the washer was fixed in April it would have still been under warranty. I moved and my washer was still broke and I asked them what they were going to do and finally in early August they said they found another washer and they came to drip it off. I did a test load a when I was going to check on it roaches were coming out of the washer. We counted and killed three and took that washer outside the same night! I called angry and the manager who I had been dealing with told me that they would fix my washer and bring it back. It is now August 21st and I got my washer back Aug 19 and it does not work. Never again

      My first visit was flawless. However, I called 3 days later and canceled my contract and requested the items not be sent. Spoke with the manager there and he credited 1 payment. I found 2 more in my account after he spoke with "consumer affairs". I asked for consumer afffairs phone number and he responded with " there is no contact phone number or email. If you have an issue still call your bank and take it up with them. Its been 4+ days since the 1 refund was made and I double told them to cancel contract... Items were never delivered." Received an email today they are going to take more money out of my account. Now I had to cancel my debit card. File a dispute with my bank and wait to get the rest of the money back. I'm appalled and will never do business with them again!

      No stars. I am not happy with this company at all. I purchased a cooling memory foam king ******** from them. I told them form the day I received it there were problems. For one it was a 6' ******** when it was supposed to be an 8". It was very uncomfortable. I tried sending multiple texts to this company. Never received any action. Out of evrything i sent and phone calls. I only received one call back. It was supposibly a manager. He was gonna look into it and get back with me. Never heard back. His email was also not "not found" after that conversation. I still paid the bed off, even though I didnt want it. I cut it in half and using it on a twin bed. Still *****. But, I did not want my credit ruined because of their negligence.

      they are con artists.do not go through them they said they came to take a TV back because we did not call them the day before and we did we have proof on the phone record!!***** clear of this shadow business

      Hello, I am writing this email to inform you of an employee with a horrible attitude and a nasty mouth. The Aaron's on ***** in **************, **, I had switched fridges for a better payment amount for myself. When the fridges were swapped out the one they left was not cooling right. ******* worked ok but the fridge was staying at 45 degrees. That's not good because bacteria can grow and groceries won't stay fresh. So I had called back in the morning to just have my original fridge back because the basic white 2 door old school fridge was not cooling properly. So they did they came and swapped out and delivered the original one I had got which was the ******** Well the ******* was cooling in the freezer portion but the upper part stayed at 80 degrees a good ****************************************************************************************************** when I was telling her about the fridge not cooling and it had been 3 hours we had had it and it was 80 for those 3 hours. She said "We are not going to be doing this back and forth" EXACTLY WE WILL NOT GO BACK AND FORTH! Then she hit me with the "What do you want me to do about it?" I handed my husband the phone before I got real ugly with her. Well when you have delivery guys driving crazy what do you think is going tp happen to the merchandise in the back? Prior to being a customer I was almost T Boned by one of the delivery trucks and I did notify management about that. In the end its us customers who suffer and are dealt with this BS. I don't appreciate her tone.
