      I had a bad experience with Aarons. I was purchasing a washer dryer refrigerator and a living room set. After making many payments i realized i no longer wanted my furniture set. I called Aarons to pick up furniture that following saturday. Saturday came and went, Monday Aarons called me saying they came by my house no kne was home. I said i aplolgize i totally forgot. We rescheduled for the following saturday. They gave me a 4 hour window of time of arrival. Saturday came and went no show no call from Aarons. Then when they did come by again I was home however they spoke with my ex that was leaving my home. Gave my ex information about my account took my exs number and started dealing with my ex regarding my account. My Ex had never been on my account. ********************** also took it upon themselves to change my receipt from my payment i made for the items i was keeping and changed the receipt to show i was making a payment on all items Even the items that i wanted to return. Can they do that? They are rude never take responsiblity for their wrong doing? They harrass you if u owe them a payment. Horrible customer service. Violated my rights to customer privacy by starting to discuss my account information with my Ex. Can i *** this Aarons for this

      Where to start with Aarons all they do is call ** every day. They will even call when my payment is not even due. That over price on all there items. They even harassed everyday About a payment we even told them the dates we get paid they still called. They even threatened us about taking our stuff even if we were one day late. They are very racist and they discriminated against us. They never listen to us. They even came to our house at 8pm at night demanding a payment. And threaten to take care of stuff. They are the most horrible place to even rent from. All they do is lie about everything and to the people that rent from them.

      This doesnt even deserve a star AT ALL!! I can understand if I miss a payment then yea you will calling, however why the f*** are you showing up to my house 3 times a week as if youre special. That is not ok and when you do, you periodically BANG on my door and ring the door bell repeatedly. Its very simple, just send it to collections or something but DO NOT HARASS!!! There is no need for that.

      Every since my account was switched to the Metro locations this store has been harrassing me... my items are over 70 percent paid.. I have pancreatitis right now and they still wont stop. I told them im waiting to get my tax refund because i cant work right now. Today they showed up at my house and scared my teenage son and my grandfather who is also sick.. then when i called them back they didnt answer the phone. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE

      Aaron's lied to me about my insurance coverage to appliances I received from them. My address was flagged for infestation, and that it null and voided them from repairing or even taking back any and all items they put in my home. For three months I had told them, they kept saying they are ordering the parts but never came to fix it, never telling me because my home was flagged infested before I even rented from them that they would not repair my appliances rented from them, I found this out after the compressor in the refrigerator stopped working that my house was flagged and they do not have to abide to the rental agreement, they knew this the day I rented from them, but intentionally deceived me and even out right lied to me when to rent you have to pull up the address, all along knowing once the appliance was dropped off at my home they would void all returns and any repairs. The Sales Manager stated on the phone, "I'm aware of that trailer park and the infestation problem", which tells me he sold me those appliances knowing the "problem" and knowing my insurance would be void. I had lost well over $300.00 dollars of food because of their lies to me but then Friday evening they made up an excuse about not dropping off the loaner refrigerator until all my food went bad, they put me in a false pretense that they would be coming and then they did not) The Next day they called me after all my food had to get tossed away, Friday. Then I called them 2 more times about the loaner Refrigerator, both times they said "yes one is on the way." I was informed that my home was flagged as infested and they would not be able to repair or take back or even fix the refrigerator I had been paying for, but if I give them more money they would drop off another refrigerator and they would be doing me a favor.This is a predatory lending scam they have going on. They intentionally deceived me, and were not truthful about their contract.

      I absolutely think they need to replace the General Manager at this store. She is insulting, condescending, and discriminating against her customers based on their finances and addresses. I don't think this place deserves to be in business with the current management.

      I ordered a tv online and did an agreement for $1.00 for 30 days. I then received a call ans was told that I had to do another agreement and pay before the 15th of the month and also pay the full amount in 2 weeks before I can take it home. Why would they try to ******* you into an agreement before when you have already done **********. I refuse to buy anything from them.

      They are basically calling me harassing me everyday about a payment that I told them I cannot make right now. On top of me making a good faith payment for the mattress. I explained my situation telling them that my money got skimmed off my card. I do not know how long it will take them to investigate and I will receive payment to pay the bill.They told me that since I was a good paying customer and that I never missed a payment that I qualified for a two weeks to get my payment in. After I had just spoke to them they called me two days later. You mad a payment for the mattress but not the bed. I explained again that it takes time they told me I had to wait up to 30 days to recieve my money to my card. **** had an attitude stating I did not talk to him which infact I did. He confirming oh now it takes 30 days. Well we need or payment it's not up to us. I will have a manager call you. Now they are calling everyday with the harassment calls.I told them the best I could do is wait until the second where I could pay the whole bill in full. Which is $104 plus $188. They are not trying to hear that. I never been late or missed a payment until this month and been with them for a year. On top of them changing my payment date from the 5th to the 1st of the month without my knowledge. Calling me when my bill wasn't due. I call back and they say oh sorry it's not due until the 5th it's our system. I am tired of the calls everyday. When I first got the mattress it was ripped they claim it was brand new. They ended up bringing a new one and that was ripped as well. They hid it so I couldn't tell.

      I bought a hybrid mattress through them, there had been a few times that I wasn't right on time with my payments but I always caught the agreement up. After calling me nonstop for payments I told them that I was going to catch it up in a couple days when I got my student loan. I paid the mattress off online but when I went into the store they said that the district manager had paid off the rest of the loan because it would be cheaper than going to court. And that I have to pay that back before I can do another rental with them. I have multiple witness from when I paid it off online and I have my bank statement showing that I paid the last $463 with the late fees that were on there and they still keep calling me multiple times a day for payment for the washer and dryer that I have with them that I only owe $148 on. I don't think I should have to pay that $148 since they took $463 of mine saying that it was theirs!

      Where to start.. Had to cancel a $4000.00 purchase cause they lie to you about delivery times.. It went from 2-3 business days to 12 with no type or call or warning to me.Let's see.. Their employees are jerks and when you try to go the right route and file a complaint instead of snatching up ********* who got snappy and smart, making her face a permanent part of one of the stores furniture products.. They do everything in their power to not do anything about your treatment or complaint. Been waiting days for a call from a regional manager.. Tried to call to see what was going on like i was told and twice had to deal with people who are supposed to help you with customer service issues that don't listen to a **** thing you said. If i tell you i wasn't given an issue number.. Why ask me for one numerous times after?!?! I thought it might've just been the store i chose in ****** to try and purchase from but now i see its the company as a whole that is ABSOLUTE TRASH.
