      This person is a fraud. His business is not registered. He is unable to provide service as his spine is crushed apparently and gets his wife or other people to provide the work. He never returns calls or attends to check on the issues. Has excuses for everything. He thinks you can just paint over mold without fixing the problem first. If you use him now or intend to I would definitely get rid of him or find someone else. You will definitely have more problems than before. He has been fired from many management business already

      I was ask this location of Aaron's at this address I am about to post on the BBB ************************************************************************** and I asked for the $25.00 deposit back and they refused to refund ** our money back as well and if this is how Aaron's conducts business they are not going to be in business for long and as well too and I will never conduct business with Aaron's ever again because of there shady business practices and we only had the furniture for a month not a month and a half and so that's why I am contacting you today

      I would not give these business a hint of a star ..they employees are rude especially after you have paid off your purchases which my husband and mother in law and my parents have in fact more one item from here have they paid off...as long has you are paying a payment they are friendly helpful ..they don't explain correctly threw different people for the same thought about the aarons club insurance has long has the payment for the club was made they would fix whatever for gas has long has you pay your payment but in reality it's supposed too be good for a year after pay off...my mother in law paid a dryer off in 2019 has paid the membership fee every month and it messed up I called to get it fixed and was told that the insurance was only good for a year after payoff then she was told by the manger that if she got anything back it would be ***** for one month so it's ok too pocket a disabled persons money shame on them

      I paid cash for a bedroom suite was told it included headboard footboard rails dresser mirror two nightstands chest and adjustable mattress and two lamps it would be delivered free when i was ready for it in a month or so, the transaction went through on my card but was told the receipt would not print out i went back the next morning to make sure they had it in their system that i had purchased it was told yes it was all in the system went back a few weeks later to pick up they told me the adjustable bed and chest was not included and i had to pay a delivery if i wanted the bed nightstand and dresser i said where is the guy that sold me the furniture she told me he had been fired i said well then i want a refund if you are not going to honor the purchase you have video roll it back review it and you will see i am telling the truth she said she would have a manager call me fir a refund waited a couple of weeks no call went back in said no one has called me check to see if you wrote my information down she had not now she is gone after 4 months now i am told they are going to sell the furniture but not give me a refund by ******* which was a waste of my time to talk to they are shady and dishonest this is not a rent to own i paid for it so i guess not only do they charge an ungodly rent fee for customers they also try to rip you off if you pay cash

      I went in on Thursday April 27th. I got approved and paid the 1st month for a refrigerator. I was told it would be delivered on Monday May 1st so i took off work. I got a call on that Monday from ******** saying she was the store manager and i had an account with them in 2013. They had to come and get the couch because i had moved and i got a refrigerator from them before that. I didn't even get these things from this particular store. I asked her why didn't they tell me this Thursday when i paid my money. She said they couldn't see my account only she could and since this was her store she didn't have to approve me. She was very rude and unprofessional. I also got a letter from **** saying i was approved for $160 and to go to that store and pick out the merchandise i wanted after the fact of talking to ********. I asked her how long has she been the manager. She said 2 years. I haven't had anything from yall since before 2013 so that was a lie. She also told me well i have to see if you can afford it after the application was done. Something needs to be done about her. She has NO professionalism in her. My name is ******************************* and i will definitely not be shopping with yall because of her. I went to Rent A Center and did not have any problems.

      Worst customer service ever. The managers never in the store. All the employees keep telling you the manager will get back to you are the manager will make this decision or that decision and let you know but nobody lets you know however a million employees call you a hundred times a day when a payment due they seem to have overstaffed when it comes to collections but when it comes to trying to give people broke merchandise and not fix it or make things good however all of a sudden they don't have any employees. And the manager must be a regular employee because every time I try and call I get told the managers out doing deliveries. I just within the month started a new lease on the ** that crapped out on me within 2 weeks of getting it and took a day or two for a technician to come out and look at it. He got here and spent less than 5 minutes looking at it and told me he would go back to the store and have the manager call me and they would bring a replacement ** over well they had the one that they gave me that is broken fixed. I haven't heard anything in this been over 8 hours the store is now closed I called right before the store closed and was told the manager wasn't in and was out doing deliveries all day. Here I am another day stuck with a broke ** sitting in the dark wow they charge my card every week

      I bought a couch. First of all the couch does not recline properly but I agreed to go ahead and keep it the price I was originally get is different than the price that ****** gave me. Obviously nobody knows what the other person is doing there. I got custody of my grandchildren and totaled my car and was going to be late on my payment. He ended up at my house he was rude I gave him my credit card to make a payment of $150 instead he went back to the office obviously writing my information down and took out $317. This was not with my permission. This took food out of my grandchildren's mouth. Free ****** was very rude. I will never ever go back to Aaron's for anything. They have no clue what anything is worth in there they give you different prices for different furniture and then they change them. They had no right to take more money than what was agreed to out of my checking account/ debit account. How dare them think they can write down my information and take it back there without my permission.

      Not caring about my needs, made 2 payments accidentally on the 3rd of April and I'm still waiting for a refund.I was told it's out of their hands. I didn't get a refund, my bank hasn't received any about a refund and I was told it's nothing they can do for me

      Due to unfortunate circumstances my husband lost his job and we are barely making ends meet. I have severe anxiety and they know this. That doesnt stop them from being incredibly rude and aggressive. Pounding on my door at all hours, calling us several times a day, and not giving a **** about our situation. They scare my kids, basically calling us losers and being so rude I shake. I will never EVER use them again. How is this legal? How is treating us like criminals and making me cry and and using threatening language legal? Do the employees go to a special training inn how to shake a customer to the core? Ill never understand how they can live with themselves on a customer going through hard times. Life happens and sometimes you have to give someone a little leeway. Were TRYING OUR BEST but they dont care.
