      Back in December when I first went into the store to get a product I informed them that I did not want my card on easy pay months later Friday April 7th easy favor set up online account and phones removed I called the store and they replaced my funds unfortunately I had to cancel my card to make sure that doesn't happen again so now I'm behind on bills and unable to purchase household needs and food haven't heard from the corporate office

      Aarons on ********************* in ***************** is so unprofessional!! I was literally 1 day late on my payment and They constantly called 5 or 6 times a day, they will even text you from their personal cell numbers with threats. I have asked them to please not text my phone and they continue to do so. I have asked them to please not show up to my place of residence after 4:00pm because I study for my NCLEX from 4-8. I dont know if this is how they are trained or if they train themselves but it has to be stopped. Its giving me anxiety

      bought a bed signing into contract however bed was used worn thrown together & unstable broke down while pregnant asleep and other occasions after having my baby bed crumbled from beneath us

      Horrible experience! First the workers drilled holes through each corner of the kitchen table set I started to rent to own. It was returned due the incompetence of the workers. Then the portable dishwasher I was renting to own was a nightmare! It didnt work right from the start. Aarons came and got it to fix it and came back saying nothing was wrong with it. Still had issues. Changed from liquid detergent to the pods as Aarons suggested. Made no difference at all!! The workers there were unprofessional. Didnt use a ****** for the dishwasher to bring in or out. Dropped it on my porch. I will never recommend these people! If anyone asks me about them, Ill tell them the horror story.

      This company is terrible. Their employees are incredibly unprofessional. Our coach was paid off in full over six months ago and they continue to falsely bill **. They even come to my home late in the evening after I have asked them not to and to only communicate with our attorney.

      I been calling since October of ************************************************************************* which never happened no response nothing at all called a dozen times get told h*** call when all I wanted to do was pay my stuff off but nobody responds

      I only have 1 star because I have to in order to leave a review. I would steer clear of this Aarons. The manager ******, and the other woman that is in the office there are disrespectful and unprofessional. There is an overall lack of communication, organization and respect for their customers. From the moment the interaction started initially it had been a bad experience. So much so that I asked them to pick up there merchandise the same day it was delivered. I received attitude once expressing this, and had to call 4+ times for them to pick up the merchandise. It took me calling into the regional manager for someone to randomly show up to get it over a month later. I took time out of work twice only for them to never show and have each manager throw each other under the bus about who messed or took me off the schedule. Speaking with the regional manager was also unproductive and Im not hopeful that these two women will be even spoken to, yet alone reprimanded for their blatant disrespect and unprofessionalism. Steer clear of this business and try elsewhere.

      I am filing this complaint because I've reached out to corporate which in return had the stockbridge store contact me and the mgr ****** gave me a run around. I am going to contact the news regarding my matter to get it resolved.

      This company continues to say we have missed payments and is continuing to run our bank cards more than they are supposed to. When told i have the evidence im my bank statement, the manager did not listen to anything i had to say. i had to raise my voice just because he was over talking me. they are charging me prices for brand new items but they are pre owned items that i am renting. ********* phones calls every day as well as calling me before and after hours. Also called and changed a payment for the tv i had to another price saying they were charging me the wrong price and it should be higher than what is was! This place is sterling from innocent people and need to be held accountable for their actions! Maybe a class action suit! Also online accounts does the match up with what they are harassing me for. I dont know what and where they are applying my money, but its not in my account even if i ***** in the store to pay with cash! Always an excuse.

      I am honestly amazed at the level of courtesy afforded me at this location. Most businesses look at the bottom line. Which is fair in business. But this Aarons location understands the human side of things, and is willing to go above and beyond what is necessary to take care of its people. I normally don't give 5 stars cause no one is perfect, but these guys are honestly amazing.
