      Aaron' is not customer service friendly. I rented a ******* ( washer and dryer set brand new) July of 2021. On January 4th 2023 the motor failed in the dryer, I was told repair no longer than three weeks because they prefer in-house repairs (not my choice to wait that long and In house sounds fishy) They brought a loaner out it was not like the one I had ( mine. was newer and digital) this one was not. By the way after my first review they called not to say dryer repaired but to offer one similar to mine. I just want what I had my lease is up in July 2023 , will I have my Dryer back, only God knows and how long will it work? I have called every week after the 3 weeks was up, today they say it will be two more weeks. I believe they should bring me a new dryer. I do not want to get it back from them and the inhouse fixer just to have it go bad again or perhaps after lease paid in July of this year it then falls apart again. They never call with updates as the person on the promises they will. That was not true which is why I keep calling. Robert the store Manger is terrible at his job, he shows no empathy, no concerns nor appreciation for a consumer. I truly believe he thinks he is doing me a favor. This Aaron's on Main Street in Reynoldsburg Ohio should be ashamed of thier store and self.

      Aarons sent a strange man to my home today acting like he was coming to collect my payment I had missed. Aarons refused to email although my email address is on the contract. I rarely answer my phone, however, not one text had been sent. I chatted online about this situation. The whole thing is very unprofessional for a so called big business . Beware of this company. The interest is outrageous, if you are late one day you will be harassed, and accused of missing multiple payments. This business should be shut down. I will never buy anything else and I have been a customer for many years. If they want to treat a customer like a criminal then I will do business elsewhere. Dont think you can chat and get a straight answer. They do business like it is **** not the 21st century. You can text and email and get an instant response.

      This place over charged my account and used a credit card that was not authorized. I called then and asked for a refund and they said no that I owed them additional money. I asked to talk to the manger and I was told he was on the road coming to my house. I explained they werent authorized to use that card and you over charged my account and I want my over charge money back and to remove the card they used. I was told no they wouldnt do that. I called the customer services number they are pleasant and have escalated my Concern but no one is contacting me back to recalibrate the issues and get my funds back. I also feel the new management and customer service agents in this store has made a terrible impact. The old staff were great and helpful and understanding. The new staff is dismissive and prefer to threaten people when they call about their account. I want my money back that was over charged and I want to work with someone else with my account since the stir employees are doing what ever they want and using credit cards that werent authorized either.

      Worst place to even rent anything they lie about taking out your old stuff for the new and they take your money out before the date they give u worst customer service I have ever in my life

      I leased a smart flat screen television and included the repair or replace service. After a couple of months the television wouldnt turn on Aarons picked it up and said it would be repaired, I went to the store and saw it sitting in a corner untouched. I have had no television in over 6 months and have continued paying for it without having been offered a replacement or lender. I no longer even want it.However, I do want my money that Ive paid when I didnt have possession of the product. Im very disappointed.

      Let me start by saying **** and ****** are AWESOME! ***** on the other hand needs to take some ******s in customer service cause his empathy skill suck! We did a promise to pay a few days after my due date unfortunately due to unforeseen situations my ENTIRE family came down with the flu.. because of this I was unable to move, breath, and basically do ANYTHING So the promise to pay was set for the 7th ok so I should have till end of business on the 7th.. nope he started calling at 10:27am, and then again at 7:10pm I was in the hospital on 11/7.. not really able to answer when I cant breath, have no voice, and a fever of 103 11/8 no calls, 11/9 first call was at 8:28am and then again at 8:55am I had a small bit of energy I called.. needless to say ***** has the emotional range of a teaspoon and could care less that my CHILD has a fever and cant move.. I can barely breath as we are talking and was running a fever.. nope told me Well I had the flu shot so either pay today or I will be showing up and removing the stuff.. I was able to borrow the funds to the go on the app which refused to take my payment.. in edition to, he tacked on a home visit charge when one didnt happen which leaves me no choice to make up with a 103 fever and go in to the store while we were starting to have the beginning affects of hurricane ****** to pay when I got there ****** was there (thank god) and she helped. In their system the $10 home visit fee was not on my acct so she took the payment.. ***** needs a serious ****** on how to be a human being to others if this is the kindness, and humanity he shows people karma is not going to be kind. If it wasnt for **** and ****** I would be returning it all!

      I leased a fridge a month later it stopped working instead of fixing it they left it in my house for over a year left another fridge they said because I had some roaches they couldn't fix it. Ok i get it. But now that I got behind on one month payment I was getting 2 3 4 calls a day even while I was in the hospital and just got released from the hospital I answered the call today and the guy had a bad attitude so I hung up they would have done the same to me. He called back with his attitude and said they can't do buisness with me but sure are willing to come get there trash now because I'm not even a month behind on my bill. They sure are willing to come get the c*** now roaches and all go ahead take it. That just shows that if anything breaks they are to lazy or stupid to fix it.

      ***** ZERO!!! WARNING!!!I WAS APPROVED FOR $525 MONTHLY FOR MERCHANDISE WITH AARONS IN *******, *******. I ASKED FOR A REGULAR RANGE *****, NO FLATTOP! THE RECEPTIONIST SAID SHE HAD ONLY ONE. I QUICKLY SAID I WANTED IT. THE ***** WAS DELIVERED ON THE 28TH OF SEPTEMBER. IT WAS A FLATTOP. I CALLED. SPOKE WITH **** WHO STATED, I GOT A BETTER *****. I TOLD HIM, I DIDN'T CARE, I ASKED SPECIFICALLY FOR A REGULAR RANGE AND I DID NOT WANT A FLATTOP! WE WENT BACK & FORTH ABOUT THIS. I ASKED FOR MY CONTRACT TO BE CANCELLED, HE SAID HE WOULD. I ASKED FOR MY REFUND BACK ON MY CREDIT CARD, HE SAID YES. TO THIS DAY 10/13/2022, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY! THERE IS MORE! THE SECRETARY LIED, PAPERWORK CHANGED, **** IS A ********!!!

      The installers damaged the door entering my home. They took pictures and promised repair. Sent to manager to confirm damage.Months later, they lost all ********************* action taken to make repair ???????

      The recording says that they work with customers and "adjust payment schedule". In actuality rep said we can't adjust every month, which is not what I asked, and talked over me as I was clarifying my final payoff info. I felt like she was condescending almost like she felt like I couldn't afford it. I like the item b ut didn't like being talked down to
