      Dont do business with the Poughkeepsie Aarons . They delivered a bed and claimed that they had no tool kit to put it together. Poor management from the store manager ***** ******. Go to rent-A-Center or order from Wayfair.

      Horrible. Placed an order because of the 5-7 day delivery guarantee and was lied to multiple times about the delivery. I was told by 3 different customer service representatives and the store that the delivery would be completed today, day 7. I called to check the status and was told the delivery truck was not able to get to the store this week and it would not arrive from the warehouse until the 28th. Terrible business and I feel completely cheated and defeated. I could have had another couch from a different company well within the time frame if I was told honestly from the start what to expect. I would never do business with them and will be sure my friends and colleagues dont make the same mistake I did. Extremely rude, unprofessional, and everyone blames everyone else. Seems like a scam to me. If I could give zero stars I would.

      Order a refrigerator they deliver but they damage the water line said I had to get someone to fix it but it's a rental and under rental they supposed to fix it they were in a hurry to deliver and get out .Refrigerator was a little to big to set in place mention to take it back and exchange for a differ one that would fit better than forcing it in determine to make it fit squeeze it in there for didn't hook up water line said they didn't do that mean while I'm left with a damage water line done by them and don't want to fix I'm very unhappy with this almost a ******* refrigerator and can't use the ice maker not even offering to reduce the price ********** i don't recommend them.

      They dont follow protocol my id number and social was used on a account ive never rented through this company before when i called the store they said they only need an id number, where customer service states they require physical id with matching address which wouldn't be possible as ive never lived at the address or in the city it is in they pretty much gave a whole run around about the situation youd think theyd have a fraud department but apparently not

      Very unprofessional! ***** ***** common sense she quick to go off the deep end very disrespectful. Everybody in the whole store has distasteful attitudes. highly dont recommend this store unless you wanna deal with a bunch of adults who act like their running a mean girls business.

      I was given damaged furniture over a year ago. I was told I would pay 2300 for it. I'm now being told I have to pay 4000. The furniture I had at first is still on my contract even though I have a complete difference set. I was never offended from someone to come out and fix it nor was it fixed before it was shipped to my home. This is in ******* *******.

      **** the ** for the ***** location is very unprofessional and racist and should be fired threatening cops and jail time for stolen furniture and degrading to women

      The store supervisor is setting false/misleading follow-ups. I have made a complaint regarding factory furniture and issues with items that are covered under warranty. The store would set a false arrangement and never research by or home visit as promised. Please be aware this is not a reliable business to purchase. I was falsely promised a follow-up multiple times by the store manager. Please beware that the company doesn't provide quality for proper business resolutions.

      I started renting here but have learned they are loan sharks 15 months ago I rented a TV and an Xbox the Xbox 89 dollars a month. .that is the cost for renting a brand new Xbox. However mine was used.. I tried to rent a dining room table. It was beat ***** showed 69 dollars a month so for a previously rented table, they wanted me to pay 50 dollars a month for 18 months.Arrons in ******* gets 3 and 4 times there rent because they rent new items as used. **** has a law where a rental place can only charge the rent left on an item. I am talking to indiana govenors office trying to bring that law to *******. I have no problem renting new. When poor it is best way to get items I do not begrudge them making a big profit an Xbox x sells for 499 renting it is over 1600 dollars. However if somebody rented before me let's say 10 months they now get 2500 for thar item. It was released in 2017 . So chances are been around for awhile every time it is returned it is rented new
