      So I am renting something from this horrible place and they're trying to tell me I missed a payment my payment wasn't due until yesterday they were coming to my house so week and a half ago this place is a f****** rip-off don't recommend this place for nothing

      Phone Harassment. Based on this company's business practices, I wish I could give 0 stars. This company constantly calls me looking for I guess one of their customers. I have repeatedly told the representatives from Aaron Sales I do not know this person yet they continue to call. I called and spoke to an employee on 8/13/24 @12:33pm and told him the same thing. I don't know who they were talking about and not to call me again. I get another call from Aaron Sales 8/13/24 @ 12:37 pm! This leaves me no choice but to file a harassment complaint.

      This is not against the Aaron's store in **********, **. I love those guys. This is against corporate that hides reviews on their website. I left a review for the Asus Tuff book and compared it to the Asus ROG Strix. I said that I would have paid $100 more for Strix if it had a better GPU than the *** 3050, which both laptops have. I then left a good review solid review about the Asus Tuff gaming laptop. I've been with Aarons for over 13 years and they cheap out on their gaming laptop's specs.

      Needed a mattress for my son, who's here for the summer.. we ordered online, said 3 days.. 4th day came, so I called. The rude female employee snapped a response and said that was only 3 days to be delivered to their store. Ok.. so when can y'all bring it. She then started she didn't like the way I was talking to her.. So she wasn't going to help me.. WHAT THE ACTUAL..... anyway, I get the district office number, they said they'd look into it and call me back in a few days.. That was a week and a half ago. I haven't heard anything. Btw, my son didn't have a mattress that was decent this visit. I will NEVER rent from them again.

      My granddaughter rented a washer and dryer from Aarons upon my recommendation, her Grandmother, who has dealt with Aarons for 30 years. I advised her to get the big one without the spinner. A few weeks after she got them the washer started having problems. They came got it and bought her a loaner. But it was a smaller washer with the spinner in the middle. They kept putting her off about returning her big washer. They left her with that small washer for almost a year when she moved. I told her to schedule Aaron to move her appliances. On the day of moving they said they couldnt come to get it. Only when she told them that she had to turn in her keys and she would leave it, the driver said he would come get them but couldnt not bring to her new address until that Monday. Then he bought her big washer out cuz he felt that it wasnt fair how she was being handled. She is a young single mother 26 years old trying to support her and her child but she made that monthly note. She had being paying religiously every month for a large washer and she actually had a smaller one. The Colony office closed and ************************************* took over their customers. She called the Manager there. And he informs her that was not his business, that happened at the other store. Plus he was rude. So I called customer service line and they had a Regional Manager to call. He said he couldnt give her credit. What?? She has over paid for a product for almost a year. I am so in disbelief cuz I have dealt with Aarons for ivee ********************************************************************************************************** grandparents so their young adults wont be taken advantage of by this company in *****.

      THIS IS STRAIGHT UP HARASSMENT!!!!!!!TIMELINE **** WAS SUPPOSED TO PICK UP MY UNWANTED FURNITURE JULY 4TH.....AND YOU DIDN'T CALL ME BACK OR SHOW UP BUT CONTINUING TO CHARGE ME.. EVEN THO YOUR FORMER MANGER SAID, BY LAW YOU CAN'T DO THAT ; AND **** WERE SUPPOSED TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT THEN JULY 17TH...... YOU SEND A LETTER TALKING ABOUT A OUTSTANDING BALANCE ON MY ACCOUNT YOU FINALLY PICK IT UP ON TUESDAY IN A GIVEN TIME FRAME OF 11AM-3PM,AND YOUR MEN ARRIVED IN A; NON AARONS FURNITURE TRUCK A LITTLE BIT AFTER 2PM THEN THURSDAY YOU CALL ME DEMANDING PAYMENT FOR A MATTRESS, YOU PICKED YALL JUST PICKED UP TUESDAY ALONG WITH MY BED.... FORCING ME TO BLOCK Y'ALL'S NUMBER YALL ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, CROOKED, AND UNORGANIZED, AND SHOULD SHUT DOWN; FOR BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES IN MY OPINION #DONTRENTFROMTHEAARONSONSONDIXIE

      This particular store sold me a broken washing machine that I am 100% positive they knew didn't work. It came with no attachments and didn't bother telling me until it wad delivered at my door. The manager promised to deliver a working machine to me himself the following Saturday between 8a-12p. When he didn't arrive I called the store, he answered and put me on hold and never returned. I immediately called back and another store employee answered and stated he was no longer there. A redelivery was a gain rescheduled for Tuesday 7/23/2024 once again by the manager named ******* himself. This time between 11a-5p. I took the day off from work for this I might add. Once again he was a no call no show and I am stuck with a broken machine and put of a days pay. None of the other managers in the store seem to know anything either. Horrible store, communication, and customer service. I am a long time customer of ********************** **** and have never been treated or had issues of this manor until dealing with this store. Very disappointing. The managers all should be ashamed of themselves.

      ***** so I went to my local store to take back an item I didn't like and I was trying to rent another item all this within a timeframe before they close they had a laptop two of them on display, and I wanted to rent one of them. I was going to use my debit card to rent one of the items and, when I mentioned that I wanted to see the items he sigh If he didn't want to rent to me so I just brushed it off and was like OK so I started filling out the paperwork online and was approved for a running amount so I gave him the information and he said OK hold on. He goes in the back, counts back and tells me that he does not have the charging tables for the laptops, I told him that was fine that I still want them though because I have one He let up a sigh again and came back with another excuse that he does not have the keys for anything in the store because it was locked up in the display so that right there was two red flags for me and I told him that I didn't feel like he wanted to rent to me so I left the storeI've been with Aaron for over 15 years

      I am truly disappointed with Aaron's. I was referred to Aaron's by a friend and I should have not gone that direction. When I got my washer and dryer at the time I was working and loved my unit. Until the big doom day when I lost my job hours and only one working. The account manager is the most incompetent person I have met. Would it not make sense to work with your customers rather than take them to court and take me to court to get back the units. **** both ***** and ******* are the most uneducated people I have done business with. Reached out to district manager and ******* manager only to my surprise they went with there team instead of consulting me the customer. The even tricked me with court fees, thinking I was paying the actually bill. They took me to court over $50.00 all because I challenged there manhood. Worst place ever go is Aaron's , and I'm sure other stores don't treat their customers like that. Ashley ******************** got my new.unjt coming next week.

      I deal with aarons for year until the employee ********************* is a racist he has said so many racial slurs at me and my husband down to coming to your house so disrespectful that he need to be fired. I'm so tired of him with his racial slurs noing that nothing but blacks come and shop. I rarely see white people there. We make there business grow us black people. That man need to go back with that trailer park things he says. It's a shame to have a copy with so much racist, but he wouldn't have a job if it wasn't for us in which he calls u people. I hate that store for them letting him get away with it for years. Had to file a complaint years ago about him and his racial slurs but it didn't matter due to still there serving people the hate he was raised from. He needs to be stopped.
