      These geniuses spent weeks harrassing me for a piece of furniture I never even signed for. They threatened me, banged on my door and even called police on me when I told them to leave my property.They are the most immature/ridiculous company I have ever dealt with.When I told them to go look at who's name was on the rental agreement, they finally realized they had been wrong the entire time, and didn't even bother to apologize.I was being nice, paying for a piece of furniture for my ex gf until we broke up, so my name was in the *** system. I had never signed anything, yet they took it upon thmenselves to harrass me for weeks preaching how obligated I was.Completelely ridiculous.Even the police officer was stunned by how they conduct business.STAY AWAY FROM THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY!!

      I have been paying on a new GE washer and dryer. Less than a year ago the washer broke down. After a month of waiting they came out and swapped units for a temp use. Aprox 6 to 8 months latter same issue wet here 1 month not working. But they want there payment. They then swapped units again currently sitting in there store for over 2 months now said it needs parts. I asked what was broken, why did it break again. There reply is they font know someone else is doing the warranty repair.0they have 2 stores one store does the repair. I asked them what date did they swap the units this time they do not know. Call other store. Called them they don't know. Management needs training. They are having repairs done and not know what is being done to correct issues. Pour service. I will never buy there again

      I leased a used washer and dryer from them..first time used it there was something wrong with the washer, I told them I didnt want the washer and dryer because it was messed up already, , they had a new set I told them take, in place of the used one, I had already paid the first month so they told me to pay the difference for the new set, I paid it, I paid a total of ******, they decided to not send the new washer and drier because the crew told them they had a hard time getting the other one in my house, so they ended up with my 1****** dollars and I ended up with nothingI have called they tell me they will call me back and never doI would like you all to step in and get my money back, I dont have money to just give them.for nothingI have bought from them before, paid my bill on time and in full, and they did me like that..when I went to them for a washer and dryer I gave mine away, than I ended up going somewhere else to get a washer and dryer and paying out more moneyPlease help me get my money back from ArronsThank you

      I have been trying to get my mom's couch fixed since December 2023. We had a person come by to look at the couch and said we needed a part. Now while I understand that this is a 3rd party. The woman advised me Aaron's would need to order the part once it was in they would be on contact to schedule another visit. So she requested never heard anything called in January 2024 spoke to a man who said the Ferry store was the store to talk to. The part was never ordered so ******* had to order the part. February came and the part was still not here, she keeps telling me after a conversation she would call me back she never does. FINALLY, in March this part comes in. I hear nothing til the end of March 28th to ask if they can drop off the part on the 29th.NOTHING came. She told me she'd call me back never did. Worse customer service, even worse communication at this point I don't even want this couch I want it returned and our money back for what we paid. The couch is still not fixed the part is here, but never sent. I would never in my life recommend this company to anyone. This is such crap!

      Cooperate is trying to say I have their merchandise which I don't and they trying to get money out my account I filled with state attorney General and fcc about them keep harrising me it's not the store it's the Cooperate office if this keeps up I'm calling my attorney

      They are very aggressive when trying to get a payment that is only 6 days late. They harrass and talk to you in a very demeaning tone. They show no empathy or remorse for their actions.

      Aaron's is a c*** company.i had a mattress and box spring I was going to pay monthly on.they were both supposed to be brand new.but the box spring had a big slice in it.the guy delivering it said he would let the office know and have a new one ordered for me.my date for the ezpay was the fourth of each month.i had gotten a new debit card a week before they were supposed to charge my card .so on the second of the month they charged my card ,my old card .I told the manager I just wanted them to come pick the stuff up.made an appointment for the first of the next month..I called late morning to see what time they were coming and was told they over booked and wouldn't be able to come for 3 more days .I had other furniture coming that day and they still don't care.if you have an issue they have the worst complaint department.they write out a ticket and Then you have to wait till the district manager gets around tk calling you in a day or two.aarons is a waste of money.for the price of 2 payments I got a brand new mattress and a new complete bed fram.amazon is so much better.

      I wish I can give them zero stars cause they keep harassing me about late payments when I told them I was in a very bad car accident which I was hospitalized for 2 months and now they are now threatening me to take me to court for stealing. Like I don't steal I make my money and pay my dues just like most people do. but I have been trying to catch up my payments but they keep adding more late fees. y'all people need to give customers a break but all y'all doing is creating drama for everyone and I hope some of you lose your jobs

      The manager will call and call after youve made arrangements. Have contacted corporate and issue was acknowledged. When payment declined on autopay for wrong card information payment was still submitted a few hours after declined and next day I had someone knocking heavily on the door for failure of payment after confirming with their supervisor about payment representative just left didnt apologize about the mix up. Very horrible company to work with.

      Hi. I was working on my credit. I ask Aaron's if they reported my payments on time to the ************** I was told. If you don't make your payments they do.Once the contract was paid in full they do.So after two years of paying on some furniture and fulfilling my contract I call and tell them I haven't seen it appear. They told me they DONT report it ONLY if your delinquent. So a paying customer that works hard for payments on time just doesn't matter but if I tried to skip out on payments they would report it. This makes ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE to me and I will NEVER rent anything from them again! Poor business for the person who was trying so hard to build my credit score up.
