I redeemed points for a reward before they were going to expire because I called customer service and they said I had to EITHER earn points OR redeem points to keep all the rest active for another 12 months. On 06/15/2025, I purchased a $50 gift card online from Buffalo Wild Wings as part of their promotion that stated, Spend $50 on a gift card, receive an additional $10 gift card if purchased by 06/15. I received an email confirmation for my order dated 06/15, which clearly meets the promotions stated end date.However, the merchants internal receipt lists the transaction as 06/16, despite the confirmation being received on 06/15. The promotion did not specify a cutoff time or time zone, only that it was valid through 06/15. According to their stated terms, I am eligible for the $10 bonus gift card.I have contacted Buffalo Wild Wings customer service multiple times, and each time I am told the issue will be escalated, only for tickets to be closed without a response. Eventually, I received an email stating I was out of period despite evidence to the contrary. This contradicts the promotions terms and their own confirmation.I am seeking the $10 bonus gift card as promised by the promotion. I have attached the relevant documents, including the 06/15 confirmation email and the merchants internal receipt, which shows an error.If this matter is not resolved within five (5) business days, I will be forced to pursue further action, including filing a chargeback with my credit card company and submitting complaints to consumer protection agencies.Thank you for your attention and prompt resolution of this matter.Initial Complaint

I placed an online order and arrived at the designated pickup time, only to find that the order still wasnt ready 30 MINUTES past the scheduled pickup time.After waiting and waiting with no updates or communication, I called the restaurant to find out what was going on. I spoke with the manager, (****?) and her response honestly shocked me. Instead of showing any kind of empathy or professionalism, she was rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. When I asked if there was any way we could be offered a refund or a credit for the delay, she snapped, Well, when you have 140 orders drop at the same time, and only 3 cooks here plus myself, what do you expect? I understand that this new business to the area, and theres usually a trial period where they have to workk the kinks out but the treatment we received was unacceptable!!! They have wing days every Tuesdays andd Thursdays so they should he properly equipped and staffed to handle the load.There was no apology. No accountability. No offer to make it right. Just attitude and terrible customer service.We were genuinely excited to have a Buffalo Wild Wings To-Go location in our area, but this experience left a sour taste in my mouthWe spent our money here excited for an awesome dinner. When we got the food back home, my husbands was passing out the food and noticed that we also didnt get the full 30 wings we paid for. I've reached out to *** customer service regarding my account. I was having issues with my account, and I was told to delete the original account and create a new account. I was able to delete my account, but I wasn't able to create a new one. I've tried reaching out to them on multiple occasions about the issue, but they haven't bothered to reply. I took a group of 32 high school students to this establishment for lunch. They were given two weeks notice and we called prior to leaving the Statue of Liberty. Still, there was only one waitress, drinks, orders, and food took forever. Food arrived, cold, burnt, and some orders were wrong. Then, we were told they could not do individual bills and had to bill by tables. This was after we had eaten. Several kids were horribly overcharged and the waitress couldn't figure it out...she kept passing the discrepancy from one table to the next. We were there for over 2.5 hours and almost had an amazing trip ruined. Thankfully the parents of my students were understanding of why we returned over an hour late.We are requesting a full refund for this miserable and disgusting experience. Server Ashley ***** # ***** Claim # ********************** Every menu, should also be served with an alcoholic beverage menu. The condiments, should have included mustard, relish, mayo and been in an All American Beer Container instead of in an All Mexican Beer Container. The fries, that were very brown or discolored, should have been removed from the meal before serving the meal. Every burger, should be cut in half, for the customers upon request. A server, that wipes the table should wipe the debris, into a container rather than on the floor. The near dead, baby birds, on the porch should be reported, to:************************************************************************ The Buffalo Wild Wings receipts, should include suggested gratuity at 15% and 20% and should have been displayed as Plain Burger rather than NO PICKLE SLICES. The meal, was supposed to include a ***** product beverage, rather than only a water. When visiting the Buffalo Wild Wings in *************** I have had multiple bad experiences and witnessed the manager ****** yelling and cussing at customers and employees. I placed an order to the ******* Buffalo Wild Wings on March 28th, 2025 and then my boyfriend visited today May 8th, 2025. During my visit to get my pickup order I witnessed ****** the manager tell a door dash driver to hold on a f**king minute when the man kindly asked if his pickup was ready. When I entered I stood up at the counter waiting to be helped. ****** bursted out of the kitchen slamming the door open and asked me in an aggressive tone WHAT FO YOU WANT He is constantly hostile and aggressive to almost anyone who comes into the restaurant. He is clearly too irrational to be in Management position. During my boyfriends visit today, ****** told him he could not have extra ranch for his order and he was hostile and rude to him saying he cannot purchase ranch because it wasnt on his original order. Not to mention the restaurant is always extremely unclean, including restrooms, they have wet floors with no signs and multiple safety hazards. When the kitchen door opens you can see that it is also very unclean and disorganized. This business needs monitored and needs better management. I feel afraid every time Im in there because of how aggressive ****** is.Initial Complaint

I ordered food using your companys app April 23re but received someone elses order. I called the store in ********, **, and spoke with ****. He informed me that they realized the mistake after the Dasher took the order. **** advised me to call ******** to request either a resend of my order or a refund. However, ******** stated that they do not handle payments; they only deliver food. It seems like Im being given the runaround. Ive attached my order ticket, and the third image shows the order from a woman named ******. Can I please have my refund? _______Some lady named **** assistant manager replied by email with lies saying she couldn't issue a refund because she don't have proof I paid and that she saw a decline on her end. Proof in pics. Then when I'm forced to take the gift card she never replied back got an error email message saying her email couldn't be reached!!!!!!! -Ticket on green sheet is the lady order I received instead the rest is my order and card statement. Y'all that broke y'all have yo keep the customers money? When clearly y'all in the wrong? This is crazyyuy!!!
