      On 22 March 2025, my family and I stopped at Buffalo Wild Wings to grab a bite to eat after shopping. We waited 20 minutes for our seats. We were seated and waited another 45 minutes for our food to be brought out to our table. When we finally received our food, the salad was at room temperature (not cold at all), the wings, fries, and fried pickles were all cold. My husband informed the waitress of the issue, she took the salad back to the kitchen; however, based on the lengthy time we initially waited, he instructed the waitress he no longer wanted the salad and will just eat the cold wings. The waitress came back to the table with the same salad she took back to the kitchen and instructed us that her Manager said the salad was this way due to the grilled chicken on top. My husband informed the waitress that it was unacceptable since he had ****** salads with grilled chicken at other restaurants and it was good and he does not want this room temperature salad regardless of what the manager said. The waitress asked if he wanted it hot, took the salad back to the kitchen again and after five minutes, the Manager came out to our table with the same salad, repeating that the salads temperature was due to the grilled chicken on the top of the salad, then coughed right over the salad, and we pointed out to the manager that he definitely do not want the salad even more so now that she has coughed over it. She stated she tried the salad to see if it was cold and it was ok because of the chicken, we still have to pay for it, and that if we filed a complaint with corporate that she would be calling us anyway and no real resolution would happen. My husband informed the manager, ********* (she gave us that name when we asked for her name), that we do not have a problem paying for anything, but the problem was not rectified at all. The waitress finally came back to the table and asked if we needed anything else and we informed her, only the bill and we paid $89.47 and left.

      We purchased a meal on 1/26. The next day when my wife went to eat it she felt something hard and spit it out. Turned out it was a bird beak. It didn't help that she's 18 weeks pregnant and it caused her to be sick as well. We've reached out via email and ******** and nobody from buffalo wild wings has contacted us

      I placed an order online for pick up through the Buffalo Wild Wings app. Went to pick up and the store was closed down. Could not reach anyone by phone. Corporate number couldn't help. Tried reaching out via social media and they couldn't help. Literally no one could help. I was charged $62 and received nothing. I finally spoke with someone at the store today and they were incredibly rude and unprofessional. Never even apologized. They should have stopped online orders. She should have at the very least apologized and offered an explanation. I get things happen and if she would have offered the refund with an apology and explanation, that would have gone a long way. I'm a reasonable person. But I can't believe how rude she was. Locals are what keep you in business in this town during the off season, you should try treating them with respect. And when things happen, being prepared by turning off your online ordering system.

      The issue began roughly 8 months ago. I tried accessing my rewards account with this company and needed to update my phone number. I attempted to update the number several times over the course of months by entering it into the online system and kept receiving an error. I called the ************** and updated it with them back in December. The system continues to only show my old number and I cant access the account without verifying the number upon login. Ive called countless times, theyve escalated it on multiple occasions and said that their tech support team will email me. Ive never heard from anyone and the problem persists. Ive emailed them screenshots to the support email and have received no response. I called again yesterday 02/12/2025 and was told that theres nothing more they can do except attempt to continue escalating it to the same department. I not only have promotions in this account but I also have complimentary items/credit as a refund in relation to a prior bad experience in restaurant. I just want to be able to access my account so that I can utilize these things and the company hasnt offered any recourse. They have explained that this is an access issue that theyre experiencing with multiple customers.

      I placed an online order of 20 wings and fries for $18.48 at buffalo wild wings on December 27, 2024. Half way into eating my meal i noticed there was something in my food and i grabbed it and there were 2 feathers in my meal. I called the establishment right away to let them know my concerns and they told me i had to take the food back. So i sent my husband to go take the wings back and he asked for a refund and they refused to give a complete refund because we had ate a few. which was before we even saw the feathers, if we'd known we wouldn't have even ate them. They said they would only give us back half our money or take a remake of 10 wings. It's a bit concerning we come to eat and find feathers in the food which makes us question how sanitary they are in a place that sells food. Poor customer service, I contacted corporate and was told i would receive my refund latest by the end of the week and here i am still waiting on my refund, very upsetting.

      On 1/18/2025 the server that was behind the bar added an $11 tip on my receipt. I had already tipped her $20 in cash. The card I use is not my regular card I use it for travel and going out. So I only put money on it when I use it. Her writing this tip in caused me to have an overdraft. I would like all my money reimbursed completely. This is unacceptable and an inconvenience. As a consumer I feel violated and have no trust in this company whatsoever. I would also like to receive communication from corporate on how this company is going to be held responsible for their employees stealing.

      I placed an order on my desktop for an order at the Buffalo Wild Wings in ************** ZIP Code *****. On my phone app I had app applied to get 500 bonus points rewards prior to placing the order. After I place the order on my desktop, I checked my app. I was signed into the same email address for my rewards account on both my phone app as well as my desktop app. I did not receive the bonus points nor is the order showing up on my app on my phone. I reached out to Buffalo Wild Wings on 12/26/24 for support. They said they only deal with Rewards. They cannot help me with applying the bonus awards. He said I need to wait 48 hours for it to pee, but its been well over that and they have not appeared. She said she would reach out to IT and let them know to fix my account but nothing has been done as usual nor have I got a response from them.

      On 10/11/24 at 1:45pm I placed an online order for $18.34 for the *************, ** location. My gps could not locate the store so at ***** pm I called to cancel the order. I spoke to a young lady named ****, I believe, who told me the order had not been processed and it would be canceled. It was never canceled. So on 10/31/24 I called the customer service line and was told they would contact the store to refund me. I received an email confirming this. To this date, I have not received a refund.

      This is regarding the Buffalo Wild Wings located at **************************************************, which is not listed independently on this site. I have been dealing with *** customer support for a week now and still have no resolution to this; no refund on either my order or the coupon I used. This is from my ****** review that explains what happened and how this store ripped me off:"I placed an order after 11 PM on Sunday due to their website and ****** both saying they were open until midnight. When I went to pick it up, the person at the cash register told me they were closed, pointing to the store hours on the window -- which, even there, said they were open until midnight on Sunday!They did not have the courtesy to call me or cancel my order, I simply found this out when I got there. I was refused a refund and told to contact the Buffalo Wild Wings website to get it (which makes no sense; the store itself should be able to refund an order placed directly to it through their own service). When I did do as they said, *** support told me that I DID have to contact the store to get it, so things seem to be in limbo, and I probably won't be getting a refund outside of disputing the charge with my bank.Additionally, I wasted my six birthday wings on this unfulfilled order, and so far I have had no luck in getting those back either. Terrible first experience with a store I was excited to have so close to me."

      Theft/misleading customers/ taking advantage of customers under the influence. I went into ********************** on Nov 23 5:11pm to the bar and spent *****. The bartender knew I was drunk and took full advantage of me and messed up my wings the same day about an hour later I requested a refund from the manger of that establishment and he told me that day (nov 24) that he issued me the refund and its going to take about 5-7 business days. We are now a whole week later and I havent received my money back and each time I call the restaurant or the customer service number that keep delaying and delaying and delaying my refund. The problem is they never processed my refund because my bank would have notified me. So not only did the manager not provide a resolution to my problem, he blaintinly lies to my face and says he processed my refund and whole time he didnt even process is it and the customer service number just keeps saying there going to escalate it! This establishment has people in there that think they can get away with commiting crimes thats why if this matter doesnt get resolved, I will be filing a lawsuit against Buffalo Wild Wings. Im tired of this restaurant misleading me and disrespecting me which is why I have not gone back
