      Today November 5th, 2024., I went into Buffalo wild wings located in ******** at ****************************** At that time, I attempted to use my coupon which stated that I receive free 6 piece wings with a purchase of $10. They said that they cannot honor the coupon, but did not explain why. I called customer service ************* advised me that once my number was put in, the coupon would be honored as long as the requirements-were fulfilled . So I gave my number & the establishment still charged me full pice& only gave me a Tuesday offer discount. I called customer service for support & also to let them know that the app is not allowing log in& needed a manager. I was told that there was no manager. My issue is, how is no manager on duty, I called at approx 12pm., how do I get r use my rewards & why arent customer service & the store locations able to resolve simple requests. The entire business needs training. I would like to get my rewards & use my points. Please resolve this issue ****. Lastly, the business in ******** on Flatbush at the above address I gave earlier, gave me my ********* was not pleased. I ordered 2 six piece wings-one lemon pepper with dry rub& one spicy garlic with a side of fries. They gave me all drums. I would not order all drums, because I rather flats, but I expected it to be mixed..The fries were cold & very salty. The dry run on the lemon pepper was way too much & also very salty. Very disappointed.

      I used to have a buffalo wild wings rewards account under the email ******************** and updated it to ************************ many years ago. The phone number associated with it is ************. For about two years, I haven't been able to login to my rewards account to place online orders. I've emailed support numerous times and had no resolution. I called support and was told my only resolution was to open a new rewards account with a new email and phone number. I was told they won't revert to my old email; They won't escalate to a higher level support. They won't notify the office of the ceo. That is ridiculous. I only use my primary email and phone. I'm not going to change my phone or open an email just for this account. BW3 should have some way to remove my account and redo it.

      I would have sent in this issue by their website but I cannot access it without popups blocking the use of their site.I took my kids to eat last night as a last dinner before I have to go into the hospital and the service was great! ******* our server was very helpful and kind considering my illness. But this isnt about service. As we were eating our food, our tummys were getting ******* so we decided to take the rest of our leftovers home. My son is the only one who was able to finish his food and by the time we got home, he was ******* to the toilet. We were scared to eat our leftovers after we saw his reaction. I dont know how food born illness works but, that was fast which leads me to believe the kitchen is serving spoiled or rotten meat in their burgers. Ive attached my receipt, unfortunately for us we lose a restaurant we love. Email me when we can come back because the health and safety issues are cleared up, until then Im gonna need (at the very least!!!) an apology and a refund for what were still dealing with the next day.

      This Buffalo Wild Wings 'GO' location in ************* is operating a seemingly fake to-go restaurant scam. See details below:1. On October 5, 2024 I placed an order at 6:45 PM through the ************************ website for a 15/15 Wings Bundle.2. At 7:41 PM this order was delivered by a third party (********). The order did not contain what I ordered. It contained one box of fries and one box of tater tots.3. I called the store two times between 7:45 PM and 7:47 PM and no one picked up.4. I contacted the headquarters *************) at 7:50 PM. They took my information and promised a refund.5. I placed a second order at 8:03 PM through the Buffalo Wild Wings app on the ****** Play Store for a 15/15 Wings Bundle.6. At 9:25 PM this order was delivered by a third party (********). The order once again did not contain what I ordered and instead contained one box of fries and one box of tater tots.7. I attempted to call headquarters at 9:25 PM but it was closed.Given I received the same incorrect order both times, I believe this store is intentionally serving fake orders out of this location. It has now been over 3 hours since I placed my first order and I have no food I can eat and no one I can contact for support.

      Repeatedly ordering from BWW through Doordash has turned into an exasperating routine due to consistently missing items like drinks, carrot/celery sticks, or cookies. After this happened for the third time, I've made it a practice to call them with every order. My calls serve a dual purpose: to ensure my chicken is both wet and crispy, and to remind them to verify that my order is complete. Despite these precautions, the mistake of omitting items often reoccurs, yet I persist in ordering, hopeful for a correct order next time. On occasions, I report the oversight to either BWW or Doordash, though sometimes I choose to overlook ********, my order was the usual - 6 traditional wings, blue cheese, ***************** French fries, and a bottled ****** Following my routine, I immediately called BWW after placing the order, reiterated my preference for the chicken, and requested checking the order completeness. I recognized the employee I spoke to (Ive spoken to her on the phone before) her customer service skills could use improvement..Anyway, unsurprisingly, yet disappointing, my order arrived without the ****** The delivery driver confirmed it was missing and never handed to her. Additionally, the chicken smelled slightly rotten, as if improperly stored, and the chicken was neither crispy nor as wet as requested. The carrots and celery tasted stale, indicative of poor storage. The entire meal tasted and smelled off, leading me to tose of it.Despite the ongoing issues and if I choose to order in the future, my hope remains to receive a complete order that adheres to my specified instructions. The transaction occurred 9/28. I ordered from the *** in *********, ******** on **********. Please, see the receipt attached.
