On 12/13/24 I went online to order delivery of Church's Chicken to my home in the amount of $15.39 from their location at **************************************************************************************. The email confirmation said "pick-up." I am disabled and was not able to go pick it up, which is why I ordered delivery.I immediately called their customer service **** at ************ and canceled the order. They confirmed the order was canceled and stated a refund would be issued. I have now spoken to three customer service ***** over a one month period, and still have not received my refund of $15.39. Im beginning to think that Church's Texas Chicken thinks this will just go away and they will keep my money. I can assure them that it will not.Initial Complaint

On 12/30/2024, Church's Chicken sent and email regarding a deal starting from the same day (12/30/2024 - 01/13/2025). The advertisement read, 2 classic or Spicy Chicken for $4. I went to the churches chicken on *** blvd (*******************************************************) at 8:20 pm on 12/30/2024, but they said they ran out of chicken. So then I went to ********************************************* location. There the cashier Ms. ****** told me that it was false advertisement. I showed her the email as well as the *** but she said she is the "Shift Lead" and she was given no direction by the corporation or the owners. If that be the case, its a false advertisement. She charged me $5.95 to 2 sandwiches. If they are overcharging the advertised price from me, then hundreds of customers may also be lured into this scam. Being a large chain, 1000 of customer may be affected since emails and apps have false advertisement being projected. This false advertisement is also being advertised on the website at **************************************. Their corporate address is ************************************************************. On 12/13/24 we went through drive thru ordered and they gave us our order we live about ***** minutes from this place. They forgot to include one item we ordered which was Large jalapeno bomber I called the number on the receipt same day. a guy answered I told them about the issue and then he said oh sorry you have the wrong number so he gives me another number **********. I call to no avail so I decide to reach out to them same day by ********. I just want my refund on what I paid for but didnt get. They have answered me at first but stopped just keep looking at my messages but no resolution has been given to me.. I need a refund make me upset with how poorly they have treated me.. they make me feel like Im the one that made the mistake..Initial Complaint

I placed an order on November 7 3:00 pm through the churches chicken app, but I received the wrong order. I contacted Church's Chicken and DoorDash, and they assured me I would receive a refund within ***** days. However, after waiting the full period, I still hadn't received my refund. I called again, and they repeated the same promise to wait another ***** days. Fast forward to today, and I still haven't received my refund. Im not going to keep calling repeatedly just to get what I am owed. Ive contacted Churchs Chicken multiple times by phone and filed numerous complaints on their website, but I feel like Im being ignored. This has left me feeling extremely frustrated. If I dont receive the refund soon, Ill have no choice but to file and dispute these charges. This has been the worst customer service experience. I placed my order, and the cashier read it back to me to confirm. When I approached the window, she repeated the order again, and I specifically reminded her that I ordered a pepper pack. However, another employee insisted that my peppers were already included in the box.I ordered 2 legs, mashed potatoes with gravy, and a pepper pack. On 11-2-2024, I made one order through ************************** for delivery. Upon delivery, there was one sticker on one side of the bag and staples on both sides. The majority of the order was lukewarm except the fried okra and biscuits; they were hot and fresh. I suspect the chicken and mashed potatoes were packaged first and later the other items were bagged. The spicy chicken in the family-sized box looked a bit old by the skin and the meat, and the texture of the meat supported my thought. The family-sized fried okra was like a medium-sized fries in portion. The spicy two-piece was brought as original, and thigh was undercooked at center where the large bone is and they were lukewarm, too. I suspect the order may have been compromised because of the different appearances of order 1 bag and order 2 bag (pictured at one angle). I reported this dissatisfactory order to first doordash (reference no. ********) on 11-3-3024 and later on 11-8-2024. On 11-20-2024 I made a report with church's texas chicken corporate office and requested a refund. Nothing but an emailed survey and a failed phone call from the **************************** church's texas chicken location (12-2-2024) resulted. No one left a voice message. November 4. I placed an order for a pickup. I received a confirmation email and a time for pickup. I go through drive threw and was rudely told my order was picked up. I decided to walk inside to speak to someone in charge. I informed a team member I did not doordash my order. And she continued to try to convince me doordash picked it up. I showed the confirmation email for a pickup and she then informed me the order was never actually made. This was also the same line she used on the older lady infront of me as well. So thats two orders that were never made. I offered to stay and wait for my order and was told they were then out of chicken. So I asked for a refund as I had already paid for the food. The team member became even more rude telling me theres nothing I can do. I dont know what to tell you I informed her I just wanted my money back if they couldnt fulfil the order. She refused. **** me to submit a form online. I then went online and requested a refund and have been calling every day trying to get a refund and have yet to receive my money back for the food I never received.Initial Complaint

Date of transaction, 11/9/2024, purchased a 10 piece family dinner with 2 large sides, ************ and mashed potatoes, but received a half full large ************, 2 small ************s, and a small mashed potatoe, no biscuits, and a large cheddar bombers, not sure how many, ch8cken was still pink in the middle, so no chicken was eaten, but when took back, they tried to say that there was 7 pieces which is a lie, took the food back, but states it would take a few days for money to return, person taking order/food was rude, this has happened more than once, last time they only gave 9 pieces of chicken which was not fresh, they never answer the phone to where you can let them know they made a mistake, and correct it. We have limited restaurants in this community, most that sell chicken, we shouldn't have to pay for baf services, and on top of that, paying for things we didn't ask for. **************** is a distant memory, and thats unfortunate. I found pleasure in providing great service when i worked fast food, and made it my business to actually provide what the customer asked for, not give them what i want them to have. Its hard enough to buy out to eat when money is tight, but to go pay for something, dont get what you asked for, then its half done, been sitting forever, or just greasy from sitting under a lanp for a period of time and soggy. It should be a priority to serve fresh, fully cooked foid at any establishment when being patronized, but to pay for something, and its not something you would serve your family is diabolical, and fast food is kot your thing.
