      I have had issues 3 times in the past 2 months at store # ***** located at **********************************************. One issue is none of the managers or employees know how the rewards points work and constantly commit fraud by claiming a purchase is required in order to redeem a reward. This happened 3 times, even after they were corrected and shown the fine print. This last visit on 11/4/24 at 12:30 resulted in the same issue. The usuall manager was out and the fill in manager responded rudely saying "I am the manager bro". He was very rude. He is the guy with a gold grill/teeth. The restaurant was very dirty the past few visits as well. No hand washing. Touching cash and the directly touching food, etc. The "manager" also ran off with my receipt this visit and refused to provide me my copy. I cotacted corporate using thier contact form on the website and was told on the website I would receive a call from the manager of this location. I never received that call and what is the manager going to do besides ignore his wrong doings? Corporate needs involved; if not a lawyer and the health department.

      I have contacted the cooperate office concerning the issue at their Church's Chicken located at ************* on at least four differences occasions. I have talked to ******** one of their intake persons about the incident and she once again found rhe complaints and stated that the incident have been ESCALATED TO MANAGEMENT TWICE AND AS OF OCTOBER 22, 2024, NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE!! ACCORDING TO HER ONLY MANAGEMENT CAN RESOLVE THIS. THIS B.S. HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR OVER 4 MONTHS. I HAVE BEEN OUT OF THE COUNTRY TWICE AND BACK AND STILL IT IS NOT RESOLVED. I HAVE NEEN IN THE HOSPITAL FOR ONE SOLVEF MONTH AND STILL IT IS NOT RESOLVED.       My account with Church's ******************** was access by someone in *************. The person placed an order for $98.29 on October 19 at 6:45 pm (Oklahoma time) Order number# *****************, the person then deactivated my account at 6:52pm. I found out about the order when my bank's fraud department notified me. I them looked at my email, I had the received the receipt of the order followed by the deactivation email notice. I had been calling the restaurant since then, ALL of my calls have gone unanswered. The order had a delivery time of 8pm, had the restaurant answered my call we could have stop and cancel the order. Instead, the order was delivered, and the perpetrators stole my money, created hardship for me as I had just started a job, left me with no access to my money and two of my bills are late. Still the restaurant has not picked up the phone for resolution. I had to file a police report with the ************************ as per ******************************* stated that it is out of their jurisdiction.

      I placed an order online on the business website on October 3, 2024. When I went to the restaurant to pick up my food, the lobby was closed. I went to the drive thru and the employee said they ran out of food and I would have to call the corporate office to get a refund. I've called Church's customer service number 16 times for the past 3 weeks and each time the representative verifies my information and says they are escalating it to senior management. It's going on 4 weeks and I haven't had any contact from the company and still haven't received a refund. I just want a refund of $29.40 for an order that was never fulfilled. The restaurant location is ******************************* *****************.

      Im writing to report an issue I faced at Churchs Chicken on 10/19/2024. My drive-thru order showed a $7.99 special, but the manager, Bri, said she couldnt honor it due to not having the code, which I felt was false advertising. I requested fresh chicken tenders and noticed food being handled without gloves. When I asked for a refund, Bri refused and told me to return the next day. I found this unacceptable and believe it needs investigating. The number provided to reach the District Manager, ****** *******, led to an automated system. I hope this can be resolved.

      Church's is advertising the ORIGINAL RECEIPE IS BACK, Well today I was there it is even worst than it was before now you are serving chicken thats not hot to order and condiments they are charging for 10 cent for hot sauce, please send someone from State *********** to check this store out and there workers are not wearing hair nets nothing to protect the food. These resturants are going down, No one is overseeing the quality of the store./ag

      On 9/22/24 I went through the drive-thru of Churchs Chicken Restaurant, ***************************************************** My purchase included 10 piece chicken (*****) and a separate purchase of 3 jalepeno peppers for an additional $2.40. Because I ordered the peppers after I made my initial purchase, the employee was irritated and I believe she purposely did not put the peppers in my bag. When I got home, I discovered that what I thought was the peppers being put in the bag, was instead the 3 free packets of hot sauce. I contacted corporate on their website, the next day and never received a response. I sent out a tweet of my complaint on ******* and was given a response asking when the complaint was made and was assured they would look into it. Since that time, I have not heard from anyone and I sent several messages and received no response.

      My account was hacked in which I had a email sent to me stating my account was accessed from a different state. They ended up ordering $127 worth of food through the app using my card Information. I was alerted via text message in which i immediately reached out to door dash and the driver. The driver had to reach out door dash through his end to cancel the order. The order was cancelled and the hackers never received the food. I tried to reach out to the store it was coming from to stop the order BUT the number is DISCONNECTED! I reached out to churches customer service which is horrible about 3 times within the last 2 weeks for my refund and each time there is NO UPDATE! I need my money back which because I have not received my refund I have incurred late fees for my rent! Where is my refund from hackers accessing my account in ******* and I live in ********* food was ordered that was cancelled. Why is it easy for my account to be hacked on your app? Also, this is fishy as I just made a complaint via ****** review and your support email 1 week prior to this happening! At this point I believe this was retaliation for complaint and access was allowed into my account. I am seeking legal matters at this point.

      We went to order 2 of the 10 piece specials. We wanted one with Mac and cheese and okra, and one with fries and mashed potatoes. We just signed up, so we wanted to redeem the 3 piece tenders for my son. The app would not let us select the non-spicy tenders, so we went inside. They tried to tell us we had to order the okra and Mac and cheese SEPARATELY because they were premium sides. We told them we know they are and all it is is an up charge ($0.50) per side on the app. She said she couldnt do it and we had to pay $4 per premium side and order separately. They were very rude and one cashier just threw her hands up and walked away, calling the manager. The manager was rude and said the same thing. I ended up having to order the one 10 piece with classic sides and the tenders at the register and place a pick up order on the app, just to not pay $8. While we were in there waiting, they were rude to every person that came through drive through or walked in.Ive been in customer service for 16 years. People can be difficult, but if you choose to work in customer service, you need to be kind, professional, and do what you can to help customers. This is at the ************* location in ******, **.

      Church's Chicken, address *********************************************************************************** *****, Store # *****, Date 9/26/24 Time 07:11. I have talked to customer service three times now. They have have sent the complaint over to the correct department three times now, no one has cared enough to return my call. I was overcharged and did not get what the promotion says. I have gone over all the pricing with the customer service people, they have even said it does not make sense. The chicken was not at holding temp at 135. I am a serve safe food service manger. I expect more out of restaurants than the quality of food I received. The chicken was almost cold, almost hard like it was over cooked. There wasn't really any chicken outside the over done batter. I did not get any biscuits, gravy and the large sides were maybe a 1/4 cup of **** slaw and mash potatoes. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income. I can't eat out often, the fact that I paid $27. for this upsets me . I could have eaten anywhere. The fact that no one cares enough to return three of my calls starting from 9/28 really upsets me as well. Poor customer service!
