On Monday, February 12, **** @ 4:58 p.m. went to this location my order was (1) 2pc combo leg/thigh, french fries, honey biscuit and drink & (1) 3 pc combo leg/leg/thigh, okra (paid extra), honey biscuit, drink. After I left did not check the order when I arrived ******** down to eat missing the three pc order there was two 2pc orders. I contacted the location three separate times 5:31 p.m., 5:33 p.m., 5:41 p.m. unsuccessful nobody answered the phone. I got on-line after 6:00 p.m. file a complaint on-line with Church's Texas Chicken and uploaded my receipt requesting a full reimbursement at this time I was upset nobody answered the phone to discuss the matter. I went to the drive-through at churches chicken on **** ************ at 2:22 in ***** ******** ordered a spicy chicken sandwich as he had me the sandwich I went and ate in the parking lot as I took a bite the spicy chicken was raw in the middle as I went back into the store and talk to I talked to this black man he said he was the manager, but he wouldnt give me his name as he looked at the spicy chicken. He threw the chicken sandwich in the trash, he only gave me three dollars he didnt even give me all the rest of my money and he told me to call corporate. On 1/16/2024 I made an online order to pick up on my lunch break, when I arrived they informed me they were out of most everything I order. I asked to cancel the order and the woman told me I can do it myself. I contacted churches corporate and they put me in contact with the store Manager, she wanted to replace the meal instead of a refund and I told her that I did not want to come back because of the way her employee treated me and that I just wanted my money back since I did not receive my order. A delivery order was placed on the ******** mobile app on 1/7/24 around 3:30 pm. About 30 mins after that, I was notified that the order was cancelled. I contacted the store directly and was told it was because they could not fulfill the order and to contact customer service for a refund. I also received an email from ******** confirming they cancelled the order. I have yet to receive a refund or any correspondence from ******'s regarding this. I've submitted the request through their website 4 times now and also called their corporate customer service on 1/17/24 and was told my request would be sent to the corporate office for processing. Yes just recently I had applied for a position at this particular location and was immediately gaslighted for the position in the system it says I was hired and I kept hearing from other employees that I will be in the system soon I talked to the ** manager once which was very short I never really had a full conversation with her but my information was supposedly in the system right now I'm a little frustrated because I've seen people put in applications and get hired in before I did and every time I see new faces but mine I don't have anything on my record holding me back and I also have kitchen experience at least 8 years worth and 10 years worth of customer service experience . The hospitality and the customer service from current management and employees is rude and extremely unprofessional and unacceptable I feel like lies are coming from each and every way no one wants to give me a clear answer or contact me about my information right now these locations here in ****** **** specifically ****** and the Hillcrest location and the ***** area code so the management name is ****** and the second person is MJ is that what his badge. No attack on them personally it's just the unprofessionalism and the lack of communication the misconduct of their future employees I wasn't the only one that is experiencing this issue there are others who have gone through the same wish there could be a change at this rate I do believe this churches will not be open very much longer if they can't treat their employees good enough to keep it open or future employees who really need a job and want to work I hope it looks good in the future please address this issue honestly do not feel comfortable with my information just still in the system when there has also been threat to people stealing information from othersBusiness Response
