On 9/20/2022, I made a mobile order for a churro milkshake with Sonic ***** location. When I got to the sonic location, I was told that they were out of cinnamon sugar and also churros and all they could give me was a caramel milkshake. I immediately asked for a refund, as that is not the product I purchased nor wanted. The person brought back a receipt showing the purchase and told me that my card would be refunded. I reached out to sonic's customer service on 9/24/2022, when I had not received my refund. On 9/26/2022, I was told they would not give me a refund but a reward for a slush and a milkshake. On that same day, I wrote back telling them that was unacceptable as I paid for a product and did not receive it and I wanted a refund of my $5.89 and tax.Business Response

I recieved a notification that this was not taken care of but I did in fact speak with ************ myself and she was given an apology as well as a refund for the item she was missing. Seems like it was a miscommunication through her bank which she never received her refund as promised by our SonicApp team but we went ahead and gave it to her in cash the same day I spoke with her on the phone.Customer Answer

A few weeks ago I noticed that I have not received any reward points for any of the delivery orders that I placed online directly through the Buffalo Wild Wings website. I'm missing reward points and promotional bonus points for every order placed through their website since July. Prior to July all of my orders placed through their website properly *****ed me the expected reward points. Since July every single order placed has failed to award me reward points. The business refuses to review the order history information and ***** me the reward points that I am owed.I tried contacting twice via their website's contact form and received no response. I was able to get a contact number from the local restaurant so I called their customer service for their Blazin Rewards program. I provided them with the dates of each order and the description of the qualifying promotions so they could look up the information and correct the issue. They told me I would be contacted but instead of calling me back like I requested they just sent me a boilerplate email saying I need to provide receipts for 2 months food delivery orders when they have every piece of information already available to them because I placed the orders directly with them. on 09/17/22 I placed an online order for Buffalo Wild Wings. Once the order was placed; I was advised that there was a wait time of over 2 hours for the order. I immediately called the restaurant and cancelled the order due to the wait time. At this time I was advised that my card would not be charged. On 09/18/22 the charge was posted to my account. I called on 09/20 and spoke with the same representative is spoke with on 09/17; ******; and was advised that although the charge had hit my account; a manager had already processed a refund. On 09/23 - no refund for the charge of ***** had posted to my account. I called the location back in ******, ** and spoke with manager that advised the charges had not been refund because more information was needed to do so. The information was provided - the last 4 digits of the card used for the transaction. As of now no refund has been received by my financial institution and no refund is pending.Initial Complaint

This is the 3rd time this has happened. I did not order anything from the *********,** and ********** Beach, ** locations on 9/20/22 not to mention at those two locations on the same day. I was double charged **** points on 9/16/22 and **** on 9/24/22. I have demanded that I am contacted for verification before using points. REFUND ME 53,250!I have tired of this happening because I have to spend hours contacting the company to get my points refunded. I have also demanded Buffalos contact me and have no response. I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. This is the 3rd time this has happened and I have repeatedly demanded that I be contacted before use of my points. This is the 3rd time I have gone through this time-consuming episode. Each time I demanded to have text verification before consuming my points and have had no response. I did not even get an email verification this time!!! Their website does not allow the customer to file a complaint; I had to dig deep in order to find something somewhat relevant that I could respond to this conspiracy. Only now do they provide a email address that gives me correspondence. I have spent hours contacting the various locations this has happened only to arrive at no solution. BWW software should have caught this conspiracy with the order on the same day at the relative same time at 2 locations approximately 9 hours from each other.
I have demanded that someone call me each time and have had no response.

My family went to dinner on 9/18/22 at the ******** ** location and wanted to use the gift card we had. The only reason we went to Buffalo Wild Wings for dinner is because we had the gift card. Our server did not tell us their system was down and that we could not use the gift card until she brought the check, had we known the system was down we would have never ordered, left, and came back another time. I would appreciate a refund since I was not able to pay in the way I wanted, I understand technology doesn't always work like it should but our server should have informed us before we ordered. In addition, what if I had no alternate way of payment because of finances and this was my family's nice dinner out, as sad as it may seem to others. This situation was handled very poorly by the staff at the store and did not show any compassion to this situation. The manager did not come out and address the situation, and no other solutions were offered. Also ***** the gift card coordinator (not sure if the job is corporate or local) was not helpful or empathetic. I understand people receive complaints for outlandish situations, but the employee's responses to this are inappropriate and that is not how you run a business.Business Response

They updated their app and now i cant sign in. It gives me an error message as seen in screenshots, and even tho i reset my password it wont work. I had over 5k points which i saved over a year or more, worth at least 25 dollars in food certificates that I cant access. They have no number or email to reach customer service. It seems to be a common theme if you look at their ****** reviews. I would like credit for points earned or my account access fixed.Business Response
