      This is the second time I had issues with making purchases and not getting my full order. On visit I ordered 15 wings, I got home I only had 10. I paid for the order of 15 wings chartered for the 15. Next visit I ordered a drink did not get the drink again did not get what paid for, told the management, and said there was nothing they could do. Therefore, you continued to take my money but refused to give me what I ordered. My last Oder amount was $45.00

      On 4/18/2024, I went to the Sonic located at ************************************************************. I placed my order in the drive-thru, a Sonic #1 meal, and requested the burger to be freshly cooked and I didn't mind waiting. I received my order to find the burger was not freshly cooked and the cheese stuck to the burger as though it had been from the day before, nothing was hot. The woman came to the window and took my payment/debit card. When checking the order and knowing the burger was not freshly prepared, I told the woman, this is not a freshly cooked burger and I'd like my money back. She in turn told a person, who came to the window and said she was the manager and saw the burger freshly cooked. I told her it was not, and I'd like my money back. I gave her the order, back and she gave me a receipt that showed $10.15 refunded back to the card but she never took my card to have the money placed back on the card. I have been checking my bank account for a month and a half now and nothing has been credited to my account. This has been over a month since this has occurred. I called the ph# on the receipt 1-866-ok-sonic, that being **************. I have spoken to three people at this corporate phone number, and no one has helped resolve anything. The last person I spoke to whose name is ******, he tried to blame it on my bank and told me I need to check with my bank to see if the payment is being held up from being received on the bank end. Before speaking to ****** on 5/28, I spoke with a woman named ***** on 5/13 and I forgot the person's name who I spoke to before *****. I am so ****** off. I feel so disrespected and taken advantage of. I've never been treated like this before, and I hadn't eaten at Sonic in many years. Times are veery hard for everyone and I don't have money to give away and to top everything off, ****** from corrupt hung up on me.

      On 5-19-24 the app would not let me do an exact reload and add .74 to my gift card to pay for my drink. I had a valid credit card on file. The app customer support couldn't resolve my exact reload issue. Can you please combine the two cards $1.05 + 1.31=2.36 so I can pay for my next drink without hassle.

      I made an in App purchase from Sonic but did not notice that the pick up location was set for *******, **, not my actual location of *******, **. There was no way to change the location or to cancel the order in their app. I reached out to their customer service and was assured that they would rectify the situation & apply the credit to my Apple Pay. The charge went through on my credit card and no indication that any reversal/credit has actually been initiated by Sonic. I have now gone through the process TWICE with Sonic contacting their customer service and filling out their form with all of the information and yet, they have not applied the credit. I told them that I would contact my credit card company & the BBB if they did not rectify the issue so now I am doing just that.

      Visited your store located at **************************************************************************** today on Wednesday, May 8, 2024 at approximately 3:30PM. Ordered a number 3 combo meal. The meat smelled bad and tasted old and terrible. Did not finish. Asked for manager, could tell there was none openly around. Carhop girl was very friendly. Food was inedible. I'm now waiting for the stomachache to start and want a refund please. Despite living 5 minutes away from this location, I have spent the past 3 months going to a location in *********, ** due to this being the same situation months ago when I last visited this location. I was hoping it would have changed and been different. I'm not sure what is wrong with the quality, perhaps how it's being stored or what at this location. My check number is #******. Stall 18, Tray:T1. I would like refund back to original payment method from this check, my **** debit card ending in *****. Thank you.

      we visited Sonice in *********** on 4/13/24 and why were were waiting for our food the electricity in the area went out and we were told that we needed to come back the next day for a refund. We are from **** and was leaving first thing the next morning to go home and so called and was told a refund was issued and its been over a month and no refund. We have sent multiple emails and made multiple phone calls and keep getting promised that a refund will show up but over 30 days is too long.

      I went to the Sonic drive in on 5/3/2024 around 8:15 pm on **************** in ******** Tx it was the last for half off sonic blast my email said can order in the app mention treat or you order through drive in the young lady wouldn't accept even though I showed her the email asked for her manager he refused to talk to me said he was busy, I have been going to this sonic over 15 yrs and never received that type of service before.

      In 5/13/2024, I placed an online order for Buffalo Wild Wings. I received confirmation that my order was placed and credit card was charged. I arrived at 5:45 pm to pick my order up showed the employee my email receipt. He came back and said he couldnt find the order he later called a manger over to help locate the order she was u able to find it either after I showed the receipt and the credit card being charged for it. She stated, not my problem the ordered not here, if you want to order it again youll have to pay for it again. She was rude and very unprofessional and dismissed my concerns and told me to dispute it with our bank. My husband called her to ask what happened and she said I already told your wife its not my problem and if the internet goes down dont blame them, he told her that the internet didnt go down and it was taking out and my wife showed you the credit card statement showing it was pending. She said we are just gonna go back and forth about this and hung up. No apologies or any reasons why the order was lost if though I shoulder her multiple times. This has been the worst customer service I have ever encountered.

      I ordered 30 wings this evening, 5/14/24 and spent $65.00. The wings are TINY. I was very disappointed to see them like this. Ive been dining at BWW for a long time and never seen them this way. For the price I paid they should be meatier.

      They accepted my order through DoorDash and then would not provide my order to the driver they had assigned. Completely unprofessional. Then they went on to say they told the driver it was there when he was on the phone at the time confirming this to be untrue. (This is for the location *************************************************************************.) The correct store location was not found in the bbb search option nothing generated.
