Buffalo wild wings does not pay their employees a paycheck. only sometimes. I know of two locations that do it, ************* and ***********************. as servers it is our right to 3 dollars and hour PLUS tips. and many people are working for free.Initial Complaint

Today I went to Buffalo wild wings and had open seating at the bar. Several bartenders looked at me but did not talk to me and did not serve me. Customers after I came in were served and talked to normally by the staff. I really hate to use the race card but the people that they were waiting on were all Caucasian and I am not. I had to leave the restaurant due to no service it's a 40 minute round trip drive that I had to waste trying to eat dinner.Initial Complaint

I was dining at the *** in **************** on 2/29/24 and I received second degree ***** on the back of my hand/s from the water that came out of the automatic faucet in the bathroom. I called the location two days after the incident when the ***** began to blister. The manager I spoke to offered no apology or solution, she just said that no one else had complained and that she would look into it. I then called the corperate number and filed a complaint. I have emailed them a complaint with pictures of the ***** on my hands, I have called the corperate number repeatedly, each time being told that they will escalate my claim and that someone will get back to me. I called the location directly to speak with the district manager and they told me they couldnt give me their number, but would take mine and have them call me. It has been two months since the incident occurred and I have not been contacted by phone or email by ANYONE regarding the situation. I did go to the doctor to have the ***** looked at and I would like *** to reimburse me the cost of the appointment. This is a long complaint about our dining experience tonight (04/25/2024), at the Buffalo Wild Wings at ************************************************. Families that came in after us, put their name on the list, and got a table before us. It took 15 minutes for our waitress to come speak with us. She never told us her name, but our receipt lists ******* as the server and ******** as the cashier. She claimed that she didn't know where our server is, but that she will take over, yet she was serving every table around us when we sat down. When our food finally came out, they brought everyone's food except for mine, which took an additional 10 minutes to come out. Overall, the food was fine. Our drinks had been empty for at least 10 minutes and our server was nowhere to be seen. When she finally came back, we asked for refills, and she disappeared again. She came back 5 minutes later and said that "the tap looks dry" so she was waiting to get our refills. Another 5 minutes passes and our refills finally come. Keep in mind this was BOGO boneless wings day. We had asked if we could have the 'free' wings in a to-go box. She said that she will have them ready to go in the to-go area when we're ready to leave. It comes time to pay and she confirmed with us that our to-go wings were all packed and ready to go and she'd go grab them when she brought our receipt and card back. Well, guess what.. she disappears again! She finally comes and tells us that the employees in the to-go section threw our food away since it was sitting there so long. She told us that the employees TRIED TO PULL THE FOOD OUT OF THE ***** CAN AND REPACK IT, but she convinced them to remake it! They ended up giving us a food comp and then a 25% off credit, but also added an additional BOGO 15 Boneless onto the receipt that we didn't order. Our original total was $79.47, and the receipt was correct. After a $22.98 and $13.87 discount, we only received a refund of $19.88 because they added the third on.Initial Complaint

On Sunday afternoon, March 10, I visited the Sonic on ****************** in ********, **. Was just looking for a light snack while running errands. All I ordered was a Coke and tater tots topped with shredded cheese. The following is what transpired:- 2:32 - Order placed thru mobile app - 2:38 - When my order should be ready, according to the app - 2:49 - Still waiting. I hit the red button.- 2:52 - A lady comes over the speaker to take my order. I inform her I'm checking in on my order which should have been ready over 10 minutes ago. She asks my name, and that's it. No apology or acknowledgement. - 2:54 - Order delivered. No apology or acknowledgement. After the order was delivered, I open the bag to find my order is wrong. My tater tots are smothered in nacho cheese. - 2:55 - I hit the red button - 2:57 - A man comes over the speaker to take my order. I inform him I finally received my order, but that it was incorrect. He asks what I should have received. I tell him I ordered tots with shredded cheese and received tots with nacho cheese. He's says okay, and that's it. No apology or acknowledgement. - 2:59 - Order delivered. No apology or acknowledgement. After the order was delivered, I open the bag to find my order is wrong yet again. My tater tots are smothered in nacho cheese, again. - 3:00 - I throw the tots away and I leave. How much more of my day do I need to waste just trying to get a quick snack?The following day I attempted to contact the *** *********************. To date I have received no response an no refund. My order number was *************. Obviously I expect a full refund. But I'm more interested in hearing your thoughts on the level of customer service I received. Those quotes are intentional, as I believe it to be rather generous referring to what I received as a service. I'm also interested to see what additional recompense you believe to be appropriate for wasting so much of my time on such a simple thing.Initial Complaint

I have had two separate issues with Buffalo Wild Wings. The first was a problem with the management. I filed a formal complaint on their website. Was given no response so I called them on their corporate phone number. I was on hold to speak to my first representative for quite some time and after speaking to the representative, they placed me on a hold and after holding for probably 2 to 5 minutes, I was hung up on and I was not, given an attempted call back. The second issue is I have been trying to resolve an issue with my rewards points not linking to my account. I have contacted their Blazen rewards phone number multiple times and have not been given a resolution. I then contacted the corporate phone again to see if this issue could be resolved and I was told someone would contact me within 24 to 48 business hours and over a week later I have still not received any information. I have been a long time, patron of Buffalo Wild Wings and thoroughly enjoy 99% of my experiences there however with my recent experiences being so negative and seeing that they have total lack of care for their customers, it makes me not want to give them more of my money.Initial Complaint

There was one other party sitting about ten feet from us and they were extremely loud and obnoxious. The waiter (he did not wear his nametag, or else I would know his name) did not serve us in a timely manner, but rather sat down on multiple occasions with the party that was drinking, and chatted with them while on the clock. He continued to serve them beers and at one point handed out several shots as the evening started to spiral out of control and go down hill.Later, an older man who was from the drinking party, comes over and says to my friend "boy, you better pull up your pants and stop showing your @** crack. It's disgusting and nobody wants to see that." I simply told him to leave him alone and he replied "I will come over there and beat the $hit out of you." I threatened to call the police before yelling for the associate, who is standing by the door towards the inside of the facility, chatting, who comes over and breaks it up. Furthermore, they did not ask the party to leave, yet lets them stay inside and continues to serve them alcohol.The woman with the said man came back out three separate times and continued to disturb us while we were eating. We were there two hours trying to finish our meal.My friend's mother and step father called the restaurant and complained to management about the concern. They refused to control the issue, saying "they are regular customers". So are we. Although we were reimbursed for our meals, I strongly suggest that the Better Business Bureau looks into the alcohol tolerance polices of Buffalo Wild Wings (as most bars in the ************* do) and put restrictions on how many alcoholic drinks they are allowed to serve to intoxicated customers. They nearly had a lawsuit on their hands because they have no alcohol limit and I implore that the corporation of Buffalo Wild Wings will consider an alcoholic drink limit, for the safety of their customers, and for the prevention of any legal trouble this might cause in the future.Initial Complaint

I was an employee at a local Buffalo Wild Wings for about 4 months in 2023. I stopped working there and moved to another apartment shortly after. When W2s were sent out, I didnt receive mine (Im guessing just a mail mix up, due to me moving) so I went to the location I worked at. They told me there wasnt really anything they could do and gave me the corporate number to call and request another copy of my W2. This was in February. Since then, I have been calling the corporate number, a couple times a week, and the majority of the time I end up being on hold for hours. I think there has been two occasions that I actually did talk to someone, and they told me both times that my W2 would be emailed to me. I still have not received it and its been almost two months.
