      ***** and his team are top notch. They are well aware of the inconvenience remediation needs are to their customers, and go out of their way to over communicate during the entire process. ***** is a terrific guide making certain the clients and insurance companies are treated fairly. Additionally, they work incredibly hard and efficientlyno matter weekends and/or evenings. I highly recommend ***** and his team at Quick Restore.

      Quick Restore LLC, who's billing company is ******************, is anything but quick. We had an emergency Oct. 31 with the pipes in the bathroom and family room... My aged Mother couldn't climb stairs to use our other bathroom so she had to stay elsewhere. I pleaded with Quick Restore to please hurry and fix the bathroom because it was hard for her to be away from home. On Dec.8 she entered the hospital, came home for hospice care but sadly passed away. We had her funeral on Jan. 20 and the bathroom is still not finished... The last time I heard from our project manager was Jan. 16th. I've tried to send texts asking for an update. I reached out to the original agent when we signed the contract and he said our Project manager agreed to contact us. It is now 16 days without any contact with our project manager. He's done this before but I think this is the longest... The family room is finished even though there are places in the painting of our wall that have streaks. We aren't able to use the shower because we are waiting on a shower door. I even purchased the shower fixtures on my own because it was quicker, even though that will probably not be reimbursed. The plan was that we would just get a sliding shower door from the hardware store. But when the tile work was finished, the shower bench reached over the ridge where the doors were supposed to be, so now we need custom shower doors. It may eventually be beautiful, but that was never how it was supposed to look or cost... Our hallway ******** tile has been trampled and filled with dirt. There are cracks and places where the finish was lifted off from tape and machinery being rolled or dragged inside. We are waiting on word for some kind of repair. Our furniture has been piled in different rooms since November, the last of it waiting to go back into our bathroom and into the hallway. This project has dragged on needlessly with very little communication. I do not recommend Quick Restore LLC.

      Absolutely incredible service! My technician ************************* was very polite and a very hard worker. Great young man and super easy to work with! I dont typically leave reviews but this guy definitely deserves the praise. Would highly recommend!

      Quick restore was great! I suffered a sudden water loss and ************ team came out to help me. ****** explained what needed to be done and helped me understand the repair process. Very helpful and polite man! Would recommend QR to any of my friends!

      We had a broken pipe by our kitchen cabinets. What a nightmare! We called a plumber and he recommended Quick Restore and ****** came out and helped me through the whole insurance process. ****** and his workers helped me through the entire process. Highly recommend!
