  Be careful when using Floor and Decor sub contractors and NEVER use *************************** In April, 2024, we contracted with ************************** through Floor & Decor to remodel our master bathroom. We paid over $10k. It included the shower. We now received a collection notice for $512.25. The tile in the shower was not installed level. As a result, we had to purchase an additional panel and the shower is visibly not level. It cost us $812.25. They gave us a credit of $300. We explained originally and each of the multiple time we were called that we would not pay. This was the last straw. The entire job had issues, but we keep our word and paid. These are some of the issues: 1) We were promised the job would be supervised. It was not. 2). We were given a 2 week time frame, it took 4 weeks They would come out & do one thing, then leave. 3).The towel rack came out of the wall, the first time towels was put on it. 3) Paint dripping was EVERYWHERE - new tile, new faucets, new tub, new sinks. 4,) The grout on the floor not applied evernly. 5) A large mirror was originally installed over an electrical outlet ( this was moved). 6.) Shutters on door way had to be moved for walls to be painted, the original holes were not filled. 7) The tile on the floor was not estimated corrected. I purchased additional for me to keep for the future. ALL of the tile was used and not accounted for.Each time we were called about this debt. We requested to speak to someone responsible. They listened and did nothing, but call us again to ask "if we were satisfied and to request we pay." Each time, we said we aren't satisfied and will not pay. They threatened us with court *********** said ok. Now, we are threatened with collection action. We have used sub-contractors through Floor & Decor before and for the majority of tile we purchase, we buy from Floor & Decor, but this was a horrible experience!!

  Be cautious about trusting what you see in the showroom. The marble tiles I selected looked great in-store, but after spending thousands of dollars on materials and installation, the outcome was quite different from what I received. ********************************** denied any fault from the manufacturer and refused to provide the manufacturers information, preventing me from addressing the issue directly. This department has been unhelpful. I cannot recommend trusting Floor & Decor.

  Don't shop at this store; run away! They sold us a granite countertop that starting chipping away after 9 days and they will not stand behind it. They have completely stopped responding to us and we have vowed to warn everyone of the terrible customer service.

  Spent thousands of dollars for a remodel. On their website states no receipt or over 90 days subject to store credit at the lowest price. I was denied but they cant do anything because they use a third party company for returns that send you through the rabbit hole. In the end you get what you get this company will more than likely go under because you ****** people off.

  I worked with *** ****** in selecting tile and flooring for two bathroom projects. His patience and knowledge were beyond what was expected. He certainly deserves a promotion or raise! He was helping me, managing and not being pushy. I will always shop here and ask for his assistance. What an amazing employee!

  I would like all to know about my experience with Floor and Decor at the ***************, ******* location. My designer, ***** *****, was exceptional. I had already purchased tile, but due to a change in design required additional material. The product was not available at her location, which meant my project could be stalled and I could have lost my contractor temporarily. ***** went the extra mile to save the day and find the additional tile we needed to keep the crew working and making it possible to finish the job on time without losing my contractor. I would highly recommend you to avail yourself of her services at Floor and Decor.**** ***** and **** ***** 9/13/2024

  My husband and I visited Floor and Decor in ******* last week. We had the pleasure of being helped by ******** and Daerica. ******** and Daerica, enthusiastically helped us with the selection of the backsplash and grout. Thank you ladies for your help, patience, being happy as you worked with us. We appreciate you and the great experience we received.

  I think the people they contract out for installation of countertops are very unreliable. They use haus pro in *******. You cannot even get a fabricator out to measure after paying the fee. I have been getting the run around for 3 weeks. Do not hire them for installation projects. The other problem with them is you have to pay in full up front. I dont have a problem with that but since they are taking so long to measure who knows how long they will take to complete the project. The customer is not protected at all.

  We came to floor and decor to get a prefab granite countertop, like we have in the past. We have always used our vehicle with signing a release of liability to pick up the countertops, but this store wouldnt allow it. After explaining our process, they took the money for the countertop but afterwards wouldnt load it. They also wouldnt refund the money same day so I was out $400 until my bank decided to refund it. *** the manager kept stating that these were company policies but refused to show me the policies, and obviously they were false because we have done this multiple times at other floor and decor stores. Very displeased with the customer service and will not be returning.
