    I ordered 2 gift certificates for 25 dollars each, the deal was to get a 50 dollar certificate for 25. I paid ***** on October 25th, the website says they will be sent in 7-10 business days. I was not receiving mail and emailed the business. I only received an automated response. Emailed again at 28 days asking to reissue since they still hadn't been delivered. The **************** person emailed me back asking for my order information, which was included in the communication already. I gave the information again, then nothing happened. I emailed a 3rd time to see if the certificates were reissued, the response was 'No, did you receive them yet?' I told the representative 'no' for the 4th time, and asked to please confirm they are being reissued. Again, waiting over a month later to find out if they are ever going to be reissued or refunded. What a nightmare of an experience.

    I purchased 4 *** tickets on 06/11/2024. I tried to redeemed the voucher today per the instruction. However, all of the vouchers I tried to redeem shows "Voucher code has already been redeemed" on all 4 tickets. I have not redemeed any of these tickets before. There is no vendor phone number to contact. I tried to email them from their website many times but their website keep giving me the errors.

    On September *******, I purchased 3 half price tickets to the *********** from incentRev. I received a confirmation email detailing the order number and a promise of delivery in 7-10 business days. I have repeatedly tried to email the company with no response. There is no phone number listed to call them. I have not gotten any tickets or a reply of any kind.

    I purchased 2 certificates for the Lumberjack Feud in ************ TN from sweet deals a while back and we went to use them this past Sunday and I was told they no longer accept them and I would need to contact sweet deals to get reimbursed or I could pay additional money which was about $85 to watch the show. I would like my money back from sweet deals.

    Payed 85 dollars for voucher at *************** from Sweet Deals. The never mailed the voucher and will not receive support from help desk after multiple emails

    I placed an order through Sweet Deals to purchase stamps (buy a roll, get one free at a cost of $73.00) on September 3, 2024 (receipt attached) and was to be delivered within 7-10 business days. It has been almost 1 1/2 months now. I have been corresponding through email with a ***** ********* of IncentRev with regard to same (not sure if it is a real person or not), but it seems that they are just buying their time. If you look at the last response to me (emails attached), it was asked for me to wait until 10/12/24 to see if I received my order, which I have not. I am not sure if this is a scam, but now after waiting all this time, I believe it is.

    I purchased $200 of gift cards for ********* in ************ on 8/2/2024 for $115.80. SweetDeals sent me cards with Supercharged name on them. I tried to use them and ********* manager said we don't accept these cards. I tried to call SweetDeals and there is no Phone number. I will call my credit card company to put the transaction in dispute because I feel defrauded ! I want my money ******* phone is ************.

    I purchased four tickets for grass seats to the ***************************** concert scheduled for June 13, 2024 from IncentRev Half Off Cer. The tickets were purchased on February 1st with a credit card for $215.96. The day of the concert we printed off the vouchers and were turned away at the gate as the vendor, (multiple levels of people at the venue) said they were not valid. I immediately reached out to the company via their online submission platform (they do have phones) and asked for assistance. There was no help to be had on the day of the concert and we had to leave without seeing the show.IncentRev contacted me via email after I reached out and said they did not have a record of my purchase, and I needed to submit proof of purchase. I supplied them with the appropriate part of my statement. I waited to hear back from them. When I did not hear back, I emailed again through their online portal and their response was that because the ticket expired on June 13th (the day of the concert we could not attend because the tickets were not valid) and that they could not help me. I have complied with the companys request and waited patiently. They are clearly giving me the run around and charged me $215.96 without delivering any goods/product.I appreciate your help with this. I am disputing this charge because the tickets they delivered were not valid/redeemable.Thank you

    I won a $25 gift certificate to the Tangy Tomato on 93Q fm. The gift certificate issued by Sweet Deals expired on April 26th 2024. 93Q advised me to file a complaint on the Sweet Deals help site. I filed a request but Sweet Deals did not respond. I would like to give certificate replaced.

    I purchased $100 gift certificates for the hungry moose for $57.90. The business closed its kitchen on 6/30 before I even received the certificates. They are still selling the certificates for this business online today. I opened a ticket explaining my issue online and it said I would receive an email confirmation with a ticket # and an expected lead time for a response, but I havent received anything yet.
