    I have been reaching out for a refund for the cancelled Bash on the Bay 2023.I have emailed on several occassions and not getting anywhere.Everyone has been told we could either get a full refund ir convert our tickets to **** show.I want the refund.! As since the purchase last May the card i used was hacked as i stated to them recently to please either mail me a refund check or conract me but they have no "over the phone communication" so...I also contacted my bank but since it "technically was not fraud," they were unwilling to help.I do not have an extra $218.25 to just let this go.Had it not been stated on the news and several other sites that we would be refunded then it would be different but its well known we are entiltled to refunds.Thank you for any help in this process in getting me a refund and have a great day:) uploaded are the order#'s and the news articles about refunds.

    I purchased vouchers for ******************* tickets 11/1/23 which were supposed to be an instant download. I never received an email confirmation at first so I ended up ordering again. I went back to my order history which showed two purchases with order numbers at that point, but no vouchers available to redeem. I emailed the support team about a refund for an accidental order and then to find out why I didnt have a voucher for the purchases in general. They eventually wrote me back a week later and said it didnt show I had any order placed for the tickets and if it was in my bank it might not process, that it might be a pre authorization. It had actually processed the day I bought them. I sent screen shots of the purchases with order numbers from their website and my bank only showing it processing their charges and Ive yet to hear anything back. Last response has been a week ago 11/6/23. Filed a dispute with bank on charges and hoping to get my money back one way or another. This doesnt seem like a reputable company to purchase anything from.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me only because my financial institution helped me when you all failed to supply a product that was paid for and still cant even say when the product would be delivered.  There has been no follow up from this business without complaints to the BBB and my financial institution.  Will not purchase from again though.

    Bogus certificates. the business said the certificates were not valid even though they looked like and seemed to be a typical sweet deal certificate. The business said they did not authorize these certificates.     I purchased one of their gift certificates, but I accidentally put in the wrong spelling of the email address where it got sent. I have reached out to them three times through their website contact link, and not gotten a response. The website is supposed to have a link to download the certificate, but the link is broken. I just want the certificate resent to the right email address.     I purchased a voucher from Sweet Deals for a business that closed a few months later, before I had the chance to use it. I contacted them via email, and it took awhile to respond. I gave them information on the owners response confirming being closed, as well as a sign saying that were not open that had been in place for weeks. They stated they would need 15 business days to research. After I had not heard anything, I reached back out, and have not heard anything. The business is even listed as permanently closed on ******* The cost was $28.95, with $25 for the voucher, and $3.95 for fees.

    I purchased two $500 hotel vouchers **************** and **************** so it was a value of $1,000. I tried to use them but the offer was very misleading and did not say that you cannot use the full amount of each voucher. So when I tried to use it on hotels, first the hotel prices were doubled and sometimes triple what they normally are (I'm a travel agent so I know how to compare prices). Doubling/tripling prices is very misleading also and is legal because they are increasing the price to make it seem you are getting a discount when using the voucher. On top of that, you can't even use the full value of the voucher!For example, I searched for hotel that was normal price $275/night on multiple hotel sites (hotels.com) and the direct site of the hotel (Marriott). However, with this company it was twice that amount, actually almost 3 times that amount, so it was $800/night which should be illegal. To make it worse, I could only use $80 of my $1000 voucher which defeats the price of the voucher because I'm paying more to use this voucher and can't use it all. At this rate, the vouchers will expire before I can use $1000.Again, none of this information is provided when purchasing the vouchers and doubling or tripling prices is illegal. I tried to reach out to see how to get my refund but by the time I received a response, it was a few days after the 30 days, which I reached out prior to the 30 days but they are slow to respond. When I finally got a reply, I was given the instructions on who to contact for refund. Even receiving a reply with that contact took over a week, so now I'm two weeks after the 30 days for refund.So due to the lack of information when ordering on how this works, due to tripling prices (illegal), & due to the delay in getting responses for help on refund, I am filing this complaint to get help on my refund because all of this information on the complaint was beyond my control and knowledge. They are doing misleading and illegal acts

    Email solicitors are required to have a simple, straightforward and direct means to unsubscribe from all email/online contact. The unsubscribe link takes you to a preference page that is ambiguous (at best) and does not clearly state you are unsubscribed from further contact.

    Trans 09/2/23...purchased Mystery Box - Get Minimum Of $75 Worth Of Items!Received yesterday and hoped for some great stuff, but what was in the 12x12 envelope was mostly junk. Some samples, cheap earrings and necklace, and "free" sample size products. I would estimate the total value at maybe $20 on the high side.

    I purchased two Peachy Parking vouchers from Sweet Deals on 8/8/23. When I went to use them on 8/10/23, I was told they were void because they had been used in January, 2023. I want my money back because I was sold used/voided vouchers. I contacted SweetDeals immediately, via email, but they have not responded. They have no phone number to call to get help.
