What a SCAM! The sales representative came to our home, took photos, and was in contact via phone with the president of the company. Then she presented us with a contract at a set price and we paid a 50% deposit. An appointment was scheduled for the following week. But later that day, the representative called back to say there was a scheduling conflict and that the person in the main office would call us to reschedule. After several unfulfilled promises of calling back "by the end of the day or first thing in the morning", I contacted the company and insisted they get us scheduled. Later, the representative called back to say they are backing out of the deal as they can't do the work for the price that was negotiated. They wanted to add an additional 50% to the contract price. BAIT AND SWITCH! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

It is unfortunate that you felt the need to submit this review. Many of the things you are saying are not accurate to the events that have taken place.The representatives initial assessment was incorrect. We contacted you within 24 hours of our initial meeting to inform you that we could not perform your job in a manner that was safe for our workers or in a manner that was likely to meet your expectations.
That decision to was made promptly and with written notice to you after reviewing the conditions of the work site and considering your expectations of the outcome. We immediately refunded any money you had paid - also within 24 hours of meeting you.
As was said to you already, we do not have a solution for the problems you are facing at your home and we cannot safely prepare the surface you have because of the condition of the porch.
Most consumers would appreciate that type of transparent level headed advice from a company. We are not sure why you are concluding anything other that.
