      Dropped my mower off for its first service and was given a price of "60-70 dollars". I was contacted today and told it was ready and the bill was 129.08. When I asked about the doubling of the price I was advised that "the technician looked over the unit good". I was under the impression that the unit is "looked at" as a part of any normal service and was never told that if the technician "looked over the unit good" would double the price. I will not go back there again RIP OFF.

      I purchased a John Deere X350 w/ mulch control attachment & wagon for $5000 at Ag-Pro *********, TN. They delivered the tractor mower today (3/9/23) with one of the blades fallen off on the delivery truck. The driver said to just use a wrench & screw blade on under the deck. I screwed the blade on & engaged the mower blades & BOTH BLADES FLEW OFF in 2 directions & almost cut my son's leg. I called Craig T******* (General Manager) & told him about the incident & requested a refund on mulch control attachment installation & delivery fee. He REFUSED to give me a refund & said it was human error & he can't do anything about it. He refused to offer any type of compensation or free service!!! I WOULD NOT BUY MY JOHN DEERE TRACTOR MOWER from this location!!!!

      Mr. Joffe, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. After this occurred, our store picked up your mower and got it back to you as quickly as possible. Our General Manager also sent a free service kit at that time. We hope we can earn back your trust in Ag-Pro Maryville.

      I would NOT recommend Ag-Pro Williamston especially the SERVICE DEPT. Seth (Service Dept. Mgr.) & Nicole (Assistant Service Mgr.) is just as bad. Nicole did not listen to the complete instructions I gave her when I dropped off my Zero Turn. I get a call 2 weeks later from Nicole to tell me that the belt was put on wrong. Then I talked with Seth same day because Nicole handed Seth the phone and he told me the exact same thing about the belt. They want to charge me almost $300 for a belt that was put on wrong. Ag-Pro's service dept. just serviced the Zero Turn on June 16, 2022, and marked on my paperwork they (Ag-Pro Williamston) checked all the belts. Ag-Pro Williamston Service Dept. are the ONLY ones that have touched my Zero Turn. It's a SAD situation that Seth tried to call my husband a liar. I called and talked with Seth the day the belt came off to find out how to get the Zero Turn up on the trailer. Seth explained to me where the release mechanism was on the Zero Turn. My husband and I did not know there was a release mechanism to move the Zero Turn. Then Seth and John Deere have come to the conclusion it was debris that caused the belt to come off after telling us that the belt was put on wrong. Only have 62hours on my **** ***** and will not warranty it or eat the cost when Nicole (Asst.Service Mgr) DID NOT LISTEN TO MY INSTRUCTIONS before doing anything without my APPROVAL. **** ***** Corp. Office is making excuses for the Service Manager, while Seth lied to **** ***** Corp Office about the belt. DO NOT RECOMMEND AG-PRO WILLIAMSTON AND ESPECIALLY THE SERVICE DEPT. DO NOT GET YOUR LAWN MOWERS SERVICED THERE. SETH (SERVICE MGR) & NICOLE (ASSISTANT SERVICE MGR) DO NOT TRUST. I HAVE FILED 2 FORMAL COMPLAINTS WITH THE BBB ABOUT THIS AND ABOUT JOHN DEERE.
      SERVICE DEPT. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE.

      If I could give a 0 I would. I had to have my lawn mower fixed it wasn't running right. Three times I sent it back because they didn't fix the problem. I was charged delivery fees each time. I was also not given a call to let me know what was wrong with it the 3rd time and just assumed I wanted the problem fixed. $2,100 later I could have put this money toward a new one. The lady in the service department was condescending and rude. It really put a damper on the "**** *****" name that I trusted. Won't be back.

      Ag pro in millersburg ohio sold me a trailer for over 7,000 dollars I had to wait nearly 4 months for a certificate of origin which should have been with the trailer. Different things went wrong and one was dangerous . To get it fixed it had to go back to the manufacturer I had to wait over a week and threaten legal action to get it back from them I had more problems today and was told by the dealership they only sold coyote trailers and didn't know anything about them. I am done with any ag pro dealers period

      **. ****, we are sorry for any inconvenience. Unfortunately our hands are tied until we get approval from the manufacturer (******) on the warranty work. This is the same process we would have to follow with other brands we sell as well since we are just a dealer and not the manufacturer. Our general manager tried to discuss this with you.
