      I had warranty work done on my tractor. I called for a week to see when they could bring it back. Every time they said the paper work was not done. Finally after a week and a half I asked if I could hire a truck and come and get it myself. When I got there they ushered me into the managers office. He told me I could not have my tractor because the paper work was not done. I told him I was not leaving without my tractor. He told an employee to chain my tractor up. He then told me the only way he would release it is if I gave them 450.00! I paid it and eventually got my money back after contacting the corporate office. I will NEVER do business with them again!

      Just got my ***** from them recently. They didn’t supply me with the 3 point which comes with all ***** models. The staff was rude the manager even more so. I’ve contacted JD and they are going to start a case on this matter. I believe they sold it and are now talking to me like a child and not doing what’s right! They get zero stars from me and steer clear of this ag pro in ******* ** they are horrible!!

      We are sorry the customer is not happy with their experience at our ******* location. This tractor was purchased used in **** of 2022. Our general manager did offer to help the customer find a set of lift arms for the tractor, but was unsuccessful in his search.

      Sold me a used tractor they knew was junk. When I bought the tractor it had 2434 hours and was told when it was traded in it had been completely gone though and serviced. Since I bought the tractor it's been in the shop 3 times and now only has 2438 hours. It was not serviced or gone through. I have pictures for proof. The hydraulics would not hold my bush hog up. That was another fix. Got the tractor back and made a half a lap and the belt broke and tractor run hot (back in the shop). Now the tractor will not go in forward or reverse.

      A miserable business for employees and customers. Bought up every JD dealer within an hour radius of me and cut long term employees pay and vacation, which in turn left, so are understaffed and with the lack of experience they are incompetent for service and repairs. Been without a cylinder for my loader for over 2 months as they couldn't figure out the warranty process and now lack of techs to do a basic repair. Previously been a loyal JD consumer but switched to a Toro mower to ensure service and repairs can occur in a reasonable time frame when covered under warranty. Selling my JD stock also due to this too big of distributor ruining their brand.

      I only wish we had checked the customer reviews, prior to taking our **** ***** Lawn Tractor to Ag-Pro, 6725 Asheville Hwy, Knoxville TN 37924. If we had, we never would have dealt with them in the first place.
      On June 6, 2023, we took a part in, needing help, with either repairing the belt and pulley ourselves, or needing their help. They said it would be easy enough for us to do it ourselves. WRONG, major parts would have to be removed first. So, we called to ask about bringing it in for service. They quoted us a price of $189.00, plus $150.00 for them to pick up and deliver. So, we borrowed a trailer from a friend, and took it in. After several days of not hearing back, we continued, with no avail, when we did talk with someone, we got the run around. Finally, almost a week later, called once again, they said it was ready, and the cost would be $348.10. They said we needed another pulley.
      We got it home and re-attached the deck, my husband started mowing, in about 15 minutes, the complete electric clutch blade starter mechanism fell off. We took the part to Ag-Pro, spoke with a manager, and he said it had nothing to do with what they did. REALLY, they had it for several days, apparently someone forgot to tighten something up. The manager stood his ground, and we were furious.
      Unfortunately, other customers have had the same issues.
      Beware of this business!!

      We are sorry the customer is not satisfied with their service experience at our Knoxville location. According to our records, the customer dropped off mower without the deck on 6/13/23. In the afternoon of 6/13/23 we called and gave them an estimate of $300 plus service accessories and tax, which included removing and replacing the belt, and replacing a pulley that was seized up and had play in it, which is likely what caused the belt to fail in the first place. Customer approved the estimate on 6/13/23 and we told them we would call when repairs were complete. Repairs were completed on 6/16/23 and customer came to pick up and pay for the repairs. Please let us know if there are additional questions or concerns at this time. Thank you.

      This response from AgPro still does not answer the complaint that within 15 min into mowing, after receiving the mower back from service, the complete clutch mechanism fell off. Obviously, something was not put back properly.

      The lackadaisical response seems to be typical for this business, based on numerous other customer complaints.

      I tooken my lawn mower in on May 12, 2023 for a new blade and was told if it cost 50.00 that I should get a new lawn mower. AG PRO had my mower for a whole week. Then I received a text not a call that my mower is ready for pick up. I got there about 30 minute later, And was told the cost is 62.85. I told the cashier for that price I could get a new mower, Because she was the one that told me about the 50.00. I would never go back there. I feel they scam me because AG Pro never told the price before they did the work, Because if they would told, asked me I would have said no and when and got my mower back. NOT HAPPY WITH AG PRO.

      My local Ag-Pro in Brunswick, GA is THE CAT'S MEOW!! Great people who do exactly what they say they will do and keep the lines of communication open, always with a smile & patience.
      Last Friday, May 12, I took my almost 3 year old John Deere E110 lawn tractor to them when it just suddenly stopped, after I heard a snap. Because I cut 4 acres & got rid of my sheep, I had bought the PowerGuard Protection Plan extended warranty for $343 which adds two more years or up to 400 hours. Lo & behold, the camshaft had broken, so a new engine was ordered, as well as new starter & ignition coil, all under warranty. I asked that my tire be fixed, so they plugged it, and that my blades be sharpened or replaced if necessary, as they are the originals, so the new blades were installed, the deck leveled & it was washed. It's now Friday one week later, and they are currently delivering it to my home. So, in a nutshell, I've received new motor, starter, ignition coil, fan, oil & air filters, spark plug, new blades & clean tractor........My bill was $157.00 for the blades & tire repair, which I feel is very fair. To the polite folks who answer the phones, to Josh, the Service manager who kept me up to date, to the mechanic who fixed my beloved mower, Thank you all!!! Hope I don't see y'all this summer hahahahaha, but if I do, I'll know I'm in good hands.

      Ag-Pro Athens, Ga is happy to sell you equipment. However, when it comes to warranty service they cannot find the time to fix the item that's under warranty. I'm completely dumbfounded and frustrated with the way the service department handles their customers. If you're looking at equipment with a good reputation of a great service department, RUN from Ag-Pro in Athens, Ga.

      Had my tractor for repair for 4 months. Got it back after paying 294.00 for repair work that was not done. I tried to find out why work wasn't performed. They will not answer my phone calls to resolve this issue after I was told they would send a someone to look at it. Three times I called and was told someone would come and look at it. Now they will not talk to me. What a way to run a business!

      Purchased a JLG G5-18A out of their rental fleet. When machine was delivered, machine had safety issues and a bent fork time bar they failed to mention when purchasing. Called corporate support , no response.
