      The absolute WORST place you could ever do business with. After trying to get out of cricket for a WEEK, they are still not sure what to do. There is a thousand different departments and no one can transfer to the other. I cant call them if they call me, I have to be on hold for 30 minutes for them to HANG UP on me after I asked to speak to a manager since my issue is still not resolved almost 2 weeks later. DO NOT GO TO CRICKET WIRELESS!!!!!!!!!! Cannot stress that enough!

      DO NOT USE CRICKET!!! DO NOT FALL FOR IT!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Worse than **************** They will NEVER refund you for overcharges or faulty service! It's in their policy! A manager told me they put in a ticket to investigate it, it was all lies! No one could ever find this ticket! Their systems are broken and they blame it on your bank, then charge you extra, late fees, service fees, when it's THEIR system that is broken. The Cricket stores HATE their own company and try to tell you they have nothing to do with it and CAN NOT HELP YOU. After two days of no help, no service, no refund, no nothing, I had to cancel and go to T-Mobile! Now I pay $90/month for a Brand New $800 phone plus phone service and 100G 5G Mobile Hotspot, and UNLIMITED 3g hotspot after that. I was spending roughly $200 a month with cricket for less! AGAIN, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, ,NOTHING BUT LIES AND STEALING YOUR MONEY. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! TOO MANY BETTER OPTIONS. Just look at how many 1 star reviews they have... more than 3 times all of the other reviews combined!!! Most people feel the same! Save yourself the hassle! I had to call them every 2-3 days to renew and pay for more mobile hotspot and **** near had a stroke everytime I had to deal with them! NO MORE, FUUUUCK YOOOUUU CRICKET!!!! EAT MY ASSS!!!!!

      PEOPLE BE WARNED!!!!!!! Cricket has absolutely the worst customer service!!!!! I purchased a phone and the cs agent transferred all my information to the new phone. The problem is that I could not call from any of my contacts. Somehow2 she had saved my contacts list to my email and I couldn't access of my contacts. I took the phone back the very next day but the girl was not there. She knew she made a mistake in the process of transferring my information and did not know how to fix her mistake so she dodged me for several days. the other ** agent offered to fix the other girls mistake but failed in doing so. I asked to replace the phone because they couldn't fix the problem. They were out of that particular phone model so she offered me a different phone., The next problem was the phone was a different size and I had already purchased a case and screen protector for the original phone that they messed up with, so I had to spend MORE MONEY for another case and screen protector which I was expecting her to offer to cover the cost because of their MISTAKE NOT MINE!!!! She charged me full price and would NOT let me return the 1st case in the original box for a refund. I will never do business with Cricket store in Hurst, Tx again because they are incapable of correcting their mistakes and forcing the customer to cover the cost of their MISTAKE!!! They are cheating their customers and certain people steal phones from the store and sell them illegally out the back door!!!!!!

      Went to pay for a extension on my bridge payment and they wanted the rest of my bridge pay amount to extend my service another week then I still had to pay again to get the rest of my service how is that a extension sounds like a scam to me to rob us of more money. I do not and will not support cricket anymore after 5 years of dedication to them. I will turn my phones back on so I can transfer my numbers to ******* better service and better customer help.

      This company has double charged me twice in two months. They have refused to give me the money back even though I am no longer a customer because of this. All I get from customer service is I am sorry. I am not the only one that is a victim of their shady business practices.

      Cricket wireless will not unlock my phone so i can change carriers i have gotten the run around for over a month DO NOT SIGN UP WITH CRICKET WIRELESS THEY ARE TERRIBLE

      Have been a customer almost a year I have 3 lines through cricket I was on the phone with them because they have changed my personal information and I was asked to verify my debit card that I was paying my phone bill off of when I did I got a message on my phone send it cricket wireless tried to charge my debit card while I was on the phone with a cricket wireless supervisor so I've reported it to my bank and I prepared to push full legal actions to the fullest I have ever intentions of getting a situation handled and trust me it will be handled also contacted the manager of cricket at customer service and he tried to play it off even though he seen the record on his computer that's how everybody's getting an information given out cricket cash out and time they should be a full investigated and close permanently they give other Banks a bad name and other phone company and us as Americans should have to deal with people like that and it's a disgrace that we have to I have every intentions of contacting the better Business bureau and have you fully investigated and have you held accountable for the crimes that you committed

      Cricket wireless is the absolute worst phone service company. They are not for the customer, they are against the customer. I purchased a hotspot device and added a 100 gig plan of data for $55. I was told I could buy data as I needed it. Come to find out that's not the case. My kids homeschooling and online activities used all 100 gigs within a week of purchasing the hot spot. I went online, paid $55 more dollars believing it would add 100 more gigs but it did not. I called customer service and they told me it doesn't work like I was told by a cricket representative. I had to wait till the following month for the 100 gigs to reset. Our families needs didn't allow to wait till the following month, so I asked for a refund of the $55 dollars i had just paid and to cancel the hotapot because i didnt like how they do their intternet hot spotservice. The representative said they don't do refunds , and that I would have to call my bank to do a dispute. That was the only way of getting my money back for a service I paid and could not receive untill the following month. So I did. They never canceled the service and I got charged again for it. I called cricket again and they said sorry no refunds no matter what. It's our policy. I was on the phone with them for about 2 hours total to pretty much get told, yes we took your money for a service you didn't get or use even tho you told us to cancel but we didn't. And no you're not gonna get your money back cause of policy. Is cricket doing that bad , that they are really stealing and ripping people off. I'm paying for their mistake. And was just basically told kick rocks. It's $55 dollars it's not gonna make me or break me , but they should be embarrassed by their "policies" and the way the treat their customers. You best believe i will , tell anyone and everyone to stay away from cricket wireless. And cricket wireless needs to change their slogan to "WE NEED YOUR MONEY MORE THEN YOU DO"

      Today is 10/07/24 7:13PM Ive been trying to get a transfer pin since 10 AM this morning, first ***** I spoke to and put it the wrong phone number for me to receive a call back so that I can get the transfer pin, this is due to me losing my phone two months ago. They have refused to give me the transfer pin number so that I can transfer my phone number to another carrier. I have been getting the run around since 10 AM this morning with promises that theyll be calling me shortly and have yet to do so this company *****. The customer service ***** and they all are liars.

      Buyer Beware!Getting set up on Cricket was a nightmare to start things off. I ordered a physical Sim card online when setting up my new account only to be told 6 days later when it did not arrive even after a confirmation email had been sent that Congratulations It Was On The Way! There was no tracking number though. After two trips to the local Cricket store, 2 chats and, finally a phone call, I find out that because I had an iPhone with eSIM capability that there actually was no physical SIM card sent even though I was offered a choice on the initial order page. Once finally getting set up yesterday, I went online to add the watch plan as instructed and to wait 8-24 hours after activation to ensure my account was fully set up. No can do. I kept getting an error message on my watch app when following the online directions on the Cricket website.Several calls later today to a foreign customer service agent which was difficult to understand with the language barrier, and a very poor quality call connection for a follow-up call, I finally asked for a supervisor. After being on hold for some time I was disconnected. Called again, went through the whole phone tree, wait, wait, wait process to be told by ******: You signed up for the 12 month plan, paid up-front ($310 for 12 months @ $25 per month) the discounted line so cannot add any other services. Sorry NO refunds, No help, and No changes to your plan that Ive had for ONE DAY. He then told me to, Have a nice day.Even if one wants a watch plan with Cricket it would run you $60 for a single line then an additional $10 a month for the watch plan for a total $70 per month.I've never heard of a company that denies a current customer advertised additional services and punishes the customer for paying up-front. Even if I missed something in the initial sign-up, its appalling that I was not offered any other options or customer service support especially as a brand new customer.
