    They have a lot of hard-to-find products at good prices. The products I have ordered have been consistent with the description. No problems with any of my orders. I wanted to order something listed but it was on hold and only members of the club ( I forgot the exact name) could order so that was a little disappointing. I will look here in the future for any of my needs.

    I have purchased several times and the items have arrived as pictured and described. Packaging is good for shipping. Shipping time is reasonable. The website is nice for searching products.

    This is a premier web site for all things related to model railroading. Their customer service is accommodating, reasonable and easy to communicate with. I discovered them via an **** purchase that warranted a little after sale attention and they responded immediately and professionally. As a musician I would say they are as important to the model train enthusiast as Sweetwater Sound is to the music industry. Their customer service made me a customer for life.
