Absolutely excellent service from technicians and office administration folks I dealt with. Pricing on replacement water heater very competitive. Installed new tank 25Jan23 in 2-3 hours and left my basement spotless. I plan to use them going forwards.

5 starsThey have been amazing from start to finish. I have multiple properties, and am confident that I have found my "forever plumber" . They just completed the 2nd job for me in the last month, and the entire process has been seamless, their pricing is very reasonable, their work is amazing, their technicians are professional, extremely knowledgeable, and I am looking forward to having them handle all of my future plumbing headaches. ?? I highly recommend them. They have done busted/frozen pipe repair at one property, and a basement "rough In" on another. (Both jobs were top notch ??)Review fromJim S

1 starMan what an experience. I had a burst water pipe on the side of the house leading to the outside water faucet. Would you believe that cost me 900 dollars, 3 separate visits, and 3 weeks to get a pipe replaced that's no more than around 15 feet of extremely accessible pipework? The service fee is a scam really. They tell you it's $150 but you would only pay $100 if you accept their service... what they don't tell you is they have no intention of completing the job on the same day. The guy replaced a small 1 ft pipe patch and then told me he doesn't have any more piping so he would have to come another day to finish the job, on top of that we would have to charge you another service request.... but if you do our membership you won't have to pay another service request. Oh the membership service is $150 dollars, so that cancels any discount you would get in the first place... issue wasn't even fixed on the 2nd visit because they still came back out with not enough piping... were talking about 15ft of visible pipe. How do you go on a job with less than 10 feet of pipe in that big van you drive? The whole thing was a big mess so many more issues... 1 starThey were dispatched to my home by my warranty **mpany. It took them 3 days to arrive to inspect a hot water heater that was leaking. ******** inspected it and said it had been leaking for a while I **rrected him to say its only been leaking since 4 days ago. Also I had only lived in the home for 5 months and I had 2 inspections that proved differently. I said do not put that in the report. He submitted the report that my water heater had been leaking for 6 months. Now the warranty ** wont **ver it due to they think its preexisting. Its not preexisting and ******** needs to prove his opinion. I have proof it was not leaking 6 mos ago. Very in professional unethical **mpany.Review fromSheryl C
