My SUV was booted at 11:30am due to the kiosk was broken when I parked in the lot. I had forgotten to pay online as I was at work. Then I remembered around 2pm and paid online. Got off work at 4pm and my SUV was booted. Call the guy and he charged me $108.00 to remove the boots. My SUV was only in the $8 lot for 8 hours, I don't understand why I was charged that large a fee for some hours of parking. I'm a loyal customer and I park in the lot everyday Mon-Fri. I can send any receipts if needed, please refund. Thanks,************Business Response

Jun ***** Parked for < 5 min at intersection of 12 Street NE and Peachtree on Juniper to pickup my DoorDash. I walked back to my key as Agent #**** was booting up my car. ** engaged him in a verbal confrontation and he immediately pressured and intimidated me into paying the fine without any explanation before I had time to investigate and respond to the booting. Pursuant to city limitations, towing is valid but only if appropriate signage that indicates towing can be seen from all parking spaces. My pictures indicate that a sign to pay was deliberately placed above the booting enforced sign. I did not seen it and upon turning into the parking lot, there was also zero indication that this was a paying lot. He jangled the keys to unlock and continued to mock me and harass me, I went into the car and understood my options. I ended up calling the dispatch to get the key and it took him over an hour to arrive despite reported waiting times of 20 minutes. Based upon his demeanor upon arriving will corroborate that Agent #**** was highly amused and laughing as he took a speaker phone call from the dispatch agent while informing him of my ticket. I had waited over thirty minutes before calling the dispatch agent for a second time. Video records Agent ID #**** laughing at me after leaving me waiting for the boot for over an hour. Agent also blocked me from leaving until I held the horn on my car in the parking lot. On the way out of the parking lot, I was looking at my phone at navigation and he was inches away from smashing my car until I pressed my horn again to prevent his car into mine at a high rate of speed in a parking lot with over ****************** the picture, he is wearing the navy blue polo shirt and khaki pants blocking my car from leaving flirting with women while on the clock. He also called me a dumbass b**** for failing to reads signs that indicated booting that were deliberately covered.Business Response

Boot Man Inc is a car-booting company, working with or as part of Premier Parking Enforcement in *******, **.On May 17, I parked in ************** ************************) and used the Legacy Parking app to purchase 2 hours of parking. When I returned to my car before two hours were up, my car was booted and the Boot Man rep was still in the parking lot. The Boot Man rep said I did not have a parking session, and when I showed him my parking confirmation on the app (screenshot uploaded) he said, incorrectly, that I had to click another button on the app to start my parking session. I paid to be unbooted (photo of receipt uploaded). After some investigation, I found that I had a receipt from Legacy (pdf uploaded), and that the button on the app indicated by the Boot Man rep had nothing to do with starting a session. I filed a dispute the same afternoon, May 17, with Premier Parking Enforcement (pdf uploaded).More than 10 business days have passed, and I have not received a refund or any communication from the company.I was booted in error, misled when I contested the boot in person, and have not been refunded within the time period promised by the company on their dispute form.I want the entirety of my boot fine refunded to the card I used to pay.Business Response

I paid for 45 minutes of parking on Maple/***** Street in *********** using a **** ending in **** which per my bank AND EMAIL RECEIPT is time stamped at 3:20 PM ** for $11.50. Despite this, I was booted and the attendant came across the street into the business I entered to say I did not pay for parking. When I showed the attendant my phone which said payment authorized he said he didnt receive this alert on his phone until 3:45 PM CT and therefore would not remove the boot without payment. He said since the boot was applied before he was notified of my payment I had to pay for its removal. Signs posted in the lot say boot removal is $90. He charged me $135 on **** ending in **** to remove the boot, saying this included $45 in parking charges. I had already paid for parking prior to leaving the lot. Please do the right thing and refund the $135, as parking was paid at 3:20 PM CT prior to boot application. Furthermore, this predatory behavior is apparently a pattern, as the owners of the business where I was shopping stated the attendant has done this to 3 other women this week alone.Business Response

I used a parking lot owned by premier parking and used theirs online system to pay for my parking. There were two divided parking lots with two different company logos displayed. It was unclear which parking lot belonged to which company. We proceeded to use the online portal accessed by a poster displayed facing towards the parking lot we were parked in. When we returned to our car there were boots on out tires and a violation sticker in the drivers window. The sticker stated the car was booted at 1:46 pm. We have phone records that show we didnt even arrive to the parking lot until 2:15 pm. Also the violation sticker is from the same parking company we paid on the online portal, premier parking. They claim to be a different company and claim we paid the wrong parking company. But the violation sticker and the company parking lot all say premier parking. They force you to pay them to remove the boots from your vehicle to leave. They say they will charge you $90 for boot removal, then they charge you an additional $40 (for a grand total of $130) for parking, even though youve already paid for parking! The parking receipts, and parking lot location show that the same company that owns the lot is scamming people that use the lot by booting their vehicles and claiming they did not pay their company. The people that booted me were premier parking, and I paid premier parking. But they claim that I parked in a park first space, even though their online access is facing the park first parking lot. It is misleading and a scam to entrap people and hold them hostage in the parking lot until they charge you to remove boots from their vehicles.Business Response

Attached are the parking fee payment and receipts for boot removal. The same company that boots the vehicle is collected fees for parking violations after you pay the parking lot fee for parking!Business Response
Date: 05/17/2023
I believe the attached pictures make it clear we are not trying to scam anyone. The signs indicate where to pay, include the operator's name and logo, and inform you that the spaces with numbers belong to Park First. Unfortunately the neighboring operator has posted a scan to pay sign on their property that faces our lot. I believe you are directing your frustration towards the wrong company. We are willing to refund the $90 boot fee however you are responsible for the parking fee. We do, however, need a copy of your actual credit card receipt for the boot fee in order to refund the $90 back to you.Customer Answer

Ive sent this file of my receipt of payment twice now, can you see the image?
My frustration is that premier parking is booting my car after I paid them for parking.
The signage in the parking lot is misleading and obscured from view once in parking lot at this location.
However, I will accept a refund for the boot removal fee as compensation at this time.

However, without the credit card receipt and payment details we can not refund the $90. The only images I can see are the same 4 images she keeps resending of the parking lot, no receipts. Unfortunately our hands are tied and we have no way of refunding the $90. Please let me know how to proceed at this point or send ** the receipts if you received them that I can not view. Thank you.

I can see your pics but you keep sending the same 4 pics of the parking lot and not the credit card receipt. Unfortunately we do not have cc **** in our system for a *** with 798 in the tag #. If you can please send the actual credit card receipt instead of image of the parking lot. We can only refund the credit card that was charged. Or verify the date of the boot and the correct last 4 of the credit card that was used for the boot removal fee. We do not own the parking lot, you may have used cc**** for the parking ticket, but not for the boot removal fee and we are not the same company. Thank you.Business Response

Complaint ID ******** - *******************************. Have been waiting on correct confirmation from ****** with the correct cc# and agreed for a refund. In the meantime, after we replied with agreeing to a refund she filed a chargeback online with ********************. If we were to lose the chargeback, she would have been refunded twice. Since she has done this after we agreed, instead of refunding her, we will accept the chargeback and the refund will go back to the credit card that paid for this boot. Therefore, please let her know and close this complaint. Thank you.Initial Complaint

When booted, the agent claimed we were in the wrong lot. We pulled up maps for the lot we paid for, and it directed us to the lot in which we were booted. When asking the agent to prove differently, he couldnt and didnt. There was also no attendant to assist. When I complained to the company, they did nothing to prove that we were in the wrong placethey just said we were. No accountability. Feels like an intentional set-up. Very sketchy.Business Response

The overnight tickets expire at 10am. My car was booted at 9:00am is what **** said. Not only does that make no sense I was the only one in the lot that even had a ticket on my dashboard typically none of the students oh for them but I chose to and was rewarded with a boot. It took over 2 hours for someone to arrive and the man who did arrive was degrading and harassed me. He was sexually explicit and threatened me after taking a picture of my license plate Ill be waiting for you. Im sure he assumed because he mumbled I didnt hear him but I did. I wish I recorded the encounter so that taking this to court would be easier but I was hoping that there was some kind of footage the employees wear. I received an email and sent them the information and everything that was asked of me and then they stopped responding. I think its quite foul to boot college students for no reason and then send out predators to handle their situations. I was then mocked after saying I dont want to talk with him J just want to pay and leave okay so its gonna take longer. how dare you? The behavior that occurred was completely unacceptable. I also called dispatch over 12 times because every time I either got hung up on or told 20 minutes that again turned into 2+ hoursBusiness Response

On 4/3/2023 we parked in a lot that said public parking and we was there for 20 minutes we came out and a company put a boot on the tires. There was no where or anyone to pay when we pulled in. The man on the lot said he works for a 3rd person company and that they did not know how long I had been parked there and that was no where near the truth. He done this to not only us but to others out there. He charged us 120$ to take that boot of the tires. I feel that they was doing a setup and it is not right. If they want you to pay to park then they should not have public parking and they need to have someone out there to pay or a box to pay.Business Response

The consumer is providing false information. The location operates as a paid parking lot. Signs are posted at every entrance and throughout the lot indicating the need to pay to park.Customer Answer
Date: 04/06/2023
There was no where to pay in the parking lot and no sign that says to pay. The gentleman who put the boot on my car was in the parking lot and could have told us but chose to stay silent and then charge us the outrageous amount to take them off. If there was somewhere to pay I would have and I was in that parking lot for 20 to 30 minutes by the time we finished speaking with him. So if there is somewhere to pay on that parking lot they need to send a picture or something because there was nothing there that we could have paid at even if we wanted to. No box to put a ticket in that showed anything it was validated or just nothing. Then the gentleman put the boots on the car and said I tried to leave without paying. That is the lie, the parking lot had a public parking sign and did not say anywhere we had to pay. I would ha e been more then happy to pay to park BUT they need to show where in that lot was there somewhere to pay. They basically stole 120$ from us and now they want to accuse me of lying. That is unreal and uncalled for and not very professional. Please this can not happen. My husband talked to another man on the lot and he said they did it to like 2 others. They are a scam and just trying to make money. Also I ha e parked in this lot before and they did nothing but this time they decided to. It is outlandish what they ate doing. I feel they targeted us because my husband is Hispanic and the other people they put the boots on was Hispanic as well, this is a racial profile they did to all of us and it does not need to be let go and they need to be held accountable. Thank you so much and please make sure this injustice does not keep happening.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: the man on the lot never gave us time to pay. He had the boot on the car before I ever came back. And he never once told us to use our phone to pay or we would have and he was on the lot the entire time. I think this was racist and entrapment and should not be allowed. They atleast need to refund the boot fee due to the fact that they trapped us with this and never gave me the option to pay. They did it to others not just us. If they would refund the boot fee it would not be so bad due to the man on the lot just sat there and watched everything and did not try to speak to us and let us know. And how did we know that we was supposed to pay that way if we are not from there.
Sincerely,

I parked at zone #***** on 3/11/2023 at 8:41pm and paid for 24 hour parking which ended at 8:41pm on 3/12/2023. I was booted by Boot Man Inc/Premier Parking Enforcement within the 24 hour PAID time frame @9:08pm on 3/11/2023. I contacted Premier Parking for the boot removal they advised me that they will be sending a dispatch out yo assist. I explained to the dispatch that my vehicle was incorrectly booted, the dispatch advised me that I still had to pay regardless and I would have to submit a dispute. I went online to submit the dispute on 3/12/2023 @ 10PM- still no response. I have also tried contacting the number provided on Premierparkingenforcement.com and left several voicemails for ****; those voicemails requested a call back & I have yet received a call back. My rims was also scuffed from the boot being taken off aggressively and I am requesting compensation for damages.Business Response
