I called three times today & I could not get no answers from ********** was about to give up on the third call but I got help from ******* and she was impressive she cared about my concerns and showed a lot of empathy more than the previous agents I spoke with in this company and also the store where we purchased it I had been trying to get answers all day please tell her thank you & to always keep that smile on her face and I am pleased at how well she did. Most phone agents hide behind the phone and are so rude but I could feel her gratitude and excitement and happiness she obviously loves her job I could not see her smile but I could hear it and this speaks volumes thank you ******* I am unsure of last nameServeCo North America
