      Though it took a long time to get the part I realize that isn't your company's fault. I love that when I called to report it's arrival I was able to talk to a real person and that she was so nice and and so helpful.

      We had a technician attempt to repair our Cocktail Table and Dining Table on March 1st and we were not happy with the results. We were told that ServeCo would reach out to us regarding this matter and we haven't heard anything so we decided to contact ServeCo and we were told that we need to speak to a manager and one will contact us within 24 hours - It's been over three weeks and still nothing no matter how many times we contact ServeCo. This is ridiculous - We paid for a warranty and we're not getting the service that we paid for.
