      *************. Received a bed base with bad glue smell. Reported to mattress firm three times who referred me to serveco back in october 2024. It is now almost march 2025 and this issue is still not resolved. Serveco even had premier consulting come by to evaluate the smell and the guy stated it was from the manufacturers glue but both serveco and mattress firm have been giving me the run around though this 1500$ bed base is insured by them.

      We have a 5-yearwarrantywith ServeCo purchase on a chair through Lazy Boy. ServeCo has folks fill out an online claim form which can be subjective, not getting the whole story.... when read, therefore gives them the room to deny claims. Which they did. I believe ServeCo is a scam, the personnelthey have answering the phones are sarcastic, and deliberately not helpful.

      Serve Co North America is horrible. I purchased a reclining sofa and chair from ****** and purchased the pet protection insurance. Well I contacted ******** and sent pictures multiple times and they denied my claim. Never came and looked at the furniture. The insurance is if they cant fix it then they will replace it for free. Well they didnt do anything ************** is a scam!

We take all concerns seriously and want to clarify the reason your service request was deemed not qualified for service. Upon reviewing the photos you submitted, we observed an accumulation of damage throughout both the reclining sofa and chair. The extent of the damage appeared to be gradual over time, rather than stemming from a single incident. According to the terms of the Protection Plan, we are able to provide coverage for accidental damage resulting from a specific event, rather than ongoing wear or gradual damage.We understand this isnt the outcome you were hoping for, but we must adhere to the terms outlined to ensure fairness and consistency in our service process.If you have any further questions or would like more details, please dont hesitate to reach out.

      I wish I could leave 0 stars! ServeCo is a farce and a scam! I bought a leather sectional with their fake insurance. They said it covered defects or accidents, which ServeCo says they cover, but under some fine print it doesnt cover leather peeling off the couch itself. Tell me that isnt a defect!! I am so disgusted and dont know how they have a BBB rating that is good when theyre this crooked. Makes you wonder about both entities.Dont buy furniture from a company that uses ServeCo for their insurance!! Theyre crooked if they use this horrible lying company. Theyll take your money, but dont cover the products theyre supposed to cover. They make up excuses to not honor their policies, the filthy liars!

I want to take a moment to clarify the details of the Protection Plan you purchased.The Protection Plan we offer covers accidental damage resulting from specific incidents, such as spills or rips, but does not extend to defects or natural wear and tear that can occur over time with everyday use. Leather peeling, for example, is typically considered a defect or wear-and-tear issue, and unfortunately, such issues are not covered under the Protection Plan.The terms and conditions of the Protection Plan specify that leather peeling is not covered under the plan. We certainly dont want to upset our customers, and we always strive to be transparent about what is and isnt covered. If there was any confusion in our communication, we sincerely apologize. We are happy to review the Protection Plan with you and answer any questions or concerns you may have.

      Purchased a warranty for a lift chair for disabled parent. Purchased the 5 yr warranty. Have been on phone with Serveco multiple times to request repair, each time being asked for different documents. Explained multiple times parent is disabled, can not get a picture of the item....why do you need a picture....it's a lift chair. Supervisors are of no help and basically told me that they will not come to home with out photo of chair and paper document of warranty agreement. Basically a scam of purchasing a warranty and Serveco taking the money and not providing any service. Extremely disappointed for my father who now has paid for something that is worthless.

As stated in the plan under "TERMS OF SERVICE," the Protection Plan includes both the document provided at the time of purchase and the sales ticket (receipt). Specifically, it states:"This Protection Plan includes this document as well as Your sales ticket (sales receipt). You must provide a sales ticket (sales receipt) and a copy of this Protection Plan for Your covered furniture to receive service."The Protection Plan document contains an agreement number, which is also found on the invoice/receipt. Both of these documents are necessary to move forward with your request.We understand the challenges you mentioned regarding providing a picture of the lift chair. While the photo is not mandatory for validating the Protection Plan itself, it can help us better document the issue and ensure the appropriate resolution for your specific chair. However, if providing a photo is not possible, we are happy to assist you in finding alternative ways to address this requirement.Please rest assured that our goal is to honor the service agreement and ensure your father receives the support he needs. As soon as we receive a copy of the Protection Plan, we can move forward with a resolution.
