      ServeCo came to our house to fix our lazy boy couch after we notified them that the new LazyBoy parts had arrived at our house. ******* installed them but told us there were some parts missing since the chair foot rest would not fully retract. A month later, another tech shows up, fiddles with it for an hour and states that parts are not there. He said he would order them. A week later, ServeCo sends us an email saying 'they hope we are happy with our repaired couch". All this is over a 90 day period. Pitiful way to run a company.

      They are not great to work with. they take forever to get back to you, once they finally get back to you and request the needed info, they stall things by asking you for the same exact info over and over again even after sending confirmation each transaction that they have received the info. I had to email them several times myself, and have lazy boy email them 3 times before service was finally scheduled. Also, in a previous service request, they denied the claim because the damage was more than 30 days old, however that was only because they took so long going **** and forth. They wound up denying service because the stains happened on more than one date. even tho they were all reported within 30 days, they had to all be reported individually immediately after they happened. I feel like they do anything to get out of providing service. They finally denied the claim because I tried to clean it myself before reporting it. how would i know it was stained unless i at least tried to clean it? bogus. my second request which did take 3 weeks to resolve, was serviced. ten service *************** is fantastic. serve pro just *****. different people give you different info and they give you the run around. But if you are diligent they finally come through and replace the issue, but they dont go down without a fight

It's worth noting that in some cases, ordering a specific part can take between 4 to 6 weeks to receive due to sourcing and shipping logistics. However, we were able to expedite this process and order the required part without the need to send out a service technician separately.Once the part arrived, our team swiftly dispatched a service technician to address the issue. We opened the service order on May 16th, 2024, and scheduled your service appointment for May 20th, 2024. We understand the importance of timely resolution and made every effort to expedite the process while ensuring the quality of service provided.While we regret that our efforts did not meet your full satisfaction, we are pleased that the issue was ultimately resolved, and you can now enjoy your furniture as intended.

      They came out to fix my lazy boy recliner it was squeaky when I reclined it all they used was wd40 I see all the bad reviews I hope I dont have those problems if anything else happens. The service technician was nice he didnt have gloves so I gave him a pair to use he was patient and understanding about my medical condition

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you and appreciate the opportunity to address this matter.Upon receiving the service request on 4/3/2024 ServeCo proactively triaged the concern and identified the necessary part needed for a successful repair. It's worth noting that in some cases, ordering a specific part can take between 4 to 6 weeks to receive due to sourcing and shipping logistics. However, we were able to expedite this process and order the required part without the need to send out a service technician separately.Once the part arrived, Serveco was notified on 4/22/2024 and a service order was opened, we found that the initial two service orders were created and scheduled for a service technician to visit your home. Unfortunately, on both occasions, our technician arrived at the scheduled appointment time, but no one was available at the residence to facilitate the repair. The service technicians only option on both occasions was to take a photo of the home and submit a report stating this service order would need to be rescheduled due to the consumer not being home, per protocol. Having to reschedule the appointment twice caused a 3-week delay as the initial service order was scheduled for 4/30/2024, then 5/11/2024 and the final service order was successfully serviced on 5/23/2024. While we regret that our efforts did not meet your full satisfaction, we are pleased that the issue was ultimately resolved, and you can now enjoy your furniture as intended.

      I purchased a couch through Steinhafels. They talked me into getting the insurance on the couch specifically because it covered pet damage because I do have animals when I called to put a claim in. I said Im not sure but Im pretty sure my rabbit did it because he was on the couch and because I said I wasnt sure now they wont cover it. Its semantics. I know it was my rabbit, worst Ive ever dealt with in my entire life. I talked to a service person. Her name was ****. They told me originally they werent gonna cover it and then she asked me to resend her some pictures via email and when I did, she blocked me then I Got another email from her saying that she was going to order the parts and that she would contact us when everything was To be serviced. Then I got another email again saying they werent going to cover it. Its the most ridiculous company Ive ever dealt with in my entire life very very unhappy. I will never Buy anything from ************ again

      I am still waiting to have the issue with my very expensive bed resolved after being rushed by email to submit proof of purchase address etc... I have yet to receive a response as to when someone will resolve my issue, I will not only never ever purchase from them again but I will warn everyone who will listen about my experience. I will be filing a complaint if my issue doesn't get resolved as I am still paying for my purchase and refuse to continue to pay for defective product.

In order for ServeCo to process the service request we need to have the consumers street address; we sent an email on 5/9 and another one on 5/13 but according to our records we have not received a follow-up. While on the phone we were able to confirm your shipping address and now we can move forward with processing the service request and ordering parts needed to resolve the issue. The part will be shipped directly to you, once received please give us a call and we can dispatch a service technician to install the part and test it to ensure that the issue is resolved.       I had the exact experience that ***** on 5/2/24. The BBB should really not give a A+ rating to a company that makes the customers do all the work while they sit on the phone. I too purchased pet warranty and they did a song and dance to get a 10 minute repair done, I made 7 phone calls and wrote and responded to 21 emails. I was given 3 days to respond and they gave themselves 90 days for response.When I showed the technician who made the repair another problem, he told me I has to make a new claim. I had to again send the same information to them (waste my time) to email the same pictures of the couch, tag, serial number and damage. That is ridiculous.The repair man was great but he of course doesn't work for SERVECO. They have a lot of nerve even using the word "SERVE" in their name. What is the point of a rating from BBB when it is not true,I am leaving one star because I can't leave none.
