HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! Purchased an electric loveseat from ******** 14 months ago. The right side stopped working. Went on line 7 days ago and put in a service request, added the pictures they asked for. 3 days later I called and was told they needed more pictures. Sent those. 3 days later called again, was told she would send over a request to their parts department to order the parts and it would take about 10 days. HOW DO THEY KNOW WHAT PART TO ORDER WHEN NO ONE HAS BEEN OUT! ALSO, I am 70 years old and my husband is 85. DO YOU KNOW HOW HARD IT IS FOR US TO CRAWL IN AND OUT OF THIS! AND IT'S GOING TO TAKE, WHAT, ANOTHER MONTH IF WE ARE LUCKY! i will NEVER buy another service contract with this company!

I recently had the worst experience with ServeCo. I bought a Lift Chair from Lazy Boy in Oct. 21 and purchased a 5 year warranty that was through ServeCo. In Sep 23, the chair started to make a noise when trying to raise it. We called on Oct 4 to file a claim. We had to send pictures to have the part ordered. My husband had a cardiac event on 10/17 in the chair and the medics had a difficult time getting him out of the chair. My husband passed on 10/18. After not hearing anything from ServeCo, we had to call and resend the pictures on 10/26. The motor arrived on 11/10. An appointment was scheduled for 11/24 to have the new motor installed. The technician, *******, didn't arrive until 5pm and tried for 2 hours to fix it unsuccessfully. The chair was left in the middle of my living room, flipped upside down. I babysit my 2 great granddaughters, ages 3 and 7 months old. This was a hazard to them. A different technician, *****, was scheduled to come out on 12/8 and never showed up after the arrival time kept getting pushed back later and later. I called on 12/9 and finally got another appointment made with the same technician *****, on 12/14. On 12/14, ******* showed back up and again, he was unable to remove the motor and indicated that he did not know how. On 12/21, ********* was scheduled to come and ***** showed up indicating that ******* didn't do it right and now it could NOT be fixed. After calling on 12/26, 1/2, 1/5 and 1/10 to find out about getting a new chair, we had to send a copy of the receipt. That same day, the director of Lazy Boy, ****************, called and they said they were having another technician from a different company come out. ****** from Premier Furniture arrived right on time at 8am on 1/11 and was able to completely fix the chair and do a full look over in 49 min. ServeCo needs to provide better training to their technicians as this caused a lot of stress on me during a difficult time of grieving the loss of my husband.

Do I have to post a negative review to have a response by this company to fix my reclining sofa? When I contacted them on November they sent a technician to my house on December 6 to check the sofa because the mechanical part stopped working in one side. He said that he ordered the part and will be delivered to my house. After waiting few days I started to call and emailed them and the only answer is that they are waiting for the manufacturer. After waiting for more than a month they have not fixed my sofa yet.

We understand the frustration that comes with waiting for a repair, particularly when it affects the functionality of your furniture.
To provide clarity on the timeline, we want to inform you that the necessary parts may take up to 4-6 weeks for delivery. In addition to our efforts, we have engaged with the retailer to expedite obtaining an ETA for the part from the manufacturer. This information will assist you in planning for the arrival of the part.
Once the part is in your possession, please feel free to reach out to ServeCo, and we will promptly dispatch a service technician to proceed with the necessary repairs.
We understand the importance of a timely resolution, and we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you have any further concerns or inquiries, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team directly.

Upon reviewing your case, it was noted that the initial claim was created on 8/8, with reported damages categorized as "unknown origin." Unfortunately, the service contract does not cover damages resulting from an unknown origin. Despite this, as a courtesy, ServeCo proceeded to order parts on 8/25 to assist you.

It's important to mention that parts delivery can take up to 6 weeks, and we appreciate your understanding in this regard. Subsequently, on 10/25, a new claim was submitted for additional damages to a mechanism, and the necessary part was promptly ordered.

All required parts have now been received, and a service order has been generated. You are scheduled and confirmed for service on 1/25.Following the visit, our team will reach out to you to ensure that there are no further concerns and that everything has been addressed to your satisfaction.

It took almost 4 months to get my chair repaired. I personally had to call the manufacturer because Serveco told me that the manufacturer wasnt responding to them for parts. I contacted the manufacturer to find out the manufacturer had responded the day they were contacted by Serveco. They sent me the email theyd sent to prove it. Once I sent the email to Serveco and pointed out that they were dishonest with me they ordered the part. Id even sent emails to upper management asking for a refund since they were not doing what I contracted them to do plus their dishonesty, they did not even attempt to respond to me! I would never recommend this warranty service to anyone!

Do not expect service from Serveco.Purchased a Lazy Boy chair "*****". A part on the foot broke and it will not recline.Contacted Serve Pro on December 4th 2023.I keep sending them e-mails and have called 4-5 times. They ask for pictures, I sent pictures, they sent me parts and then asked me to send them pictures of the parts! they sent me e-mails that someone will contact me in 24 hours- but no one ever contacts me. It's 12/27/23 and still no word. I really don't want to give them 1 star but I have to to be able to post here ??

Thank you for reaching out to address your concerns and for allowing us the opportunity to clarify the claim process. ServeCo received the claim on 11/27 and began the process of triaging to isolate the part needed for repair. The request was sent over to our parts department and parts were ordered on 12/3 and an email was sent advising us that the estimated shipping date was 12/12. There was initial confusion when the part arrived, that maybe not all parts were received. We did reach out to you to advise you that the part ordered (drive toggle) had been upgraded and the part received was in fact the correct parts and no other parts needed. A service order was set up and I see a scheduled date for 1/5 for installation. We attempted to contact you but had to leave a message we will reach out after your service visit to ensure your expectations were met and there are no further concerns.

I had filled a claim for a cut on my sofa's arm which was cut accidentally by one of my kids on September 2023 didn't get any answer for 2 months , I called the customer service to check on my claim , the sale representative told me that we already sent you an answer on October , I checked all my emails including junk and deleted ones to trace of any email from them , So he said that he will send you an answer this afternoon. As confirmed in the Afternoon I got a negative response saying that my claim is not covered under the guaranty , it's due to wear and repetitive use of the Sofa.I asked them to send at least someone to check it out and figure out if it was accidental or just from repetitive use, they came back to me that we reviews your claim again and is not covered by the guaranty,Just to let you know that this Sofa is still in excellent condition we barely use it and is sitting in my basement never has been used and there is no sign of repetitive use on it.I shouldn't buy this extended guaranty from them because is useless and they are doing nothing at least to determine the nature of the damage ,they just go by pictures we are sending to them in the claim .I am really disappointed .

Absolute waste of money. So much fine print in the terms and conditions that allows ServeCo to make just about any claim ineligible. I have kids and pets. My child made a stain with a popsicle, and a separate incident with some icing. Then my dog had dry skin which led to Some bleeding on his back that caused another stain and because I reported them at the same time but using 3 separate claims each with the date the incident occurred on, they say now all 3 claims are ineligible because its considered accumulation. I also did not wait to report these claims. Unfortunately they all 3 happened in a relatively short time frame. We purchased our furniture and received it early November of 2023, and I reported these claims towards the last week of November 2023. I couldnt think of a bigger scam than this insurance policy. ****** wont even try to work with us. I asked if we could just have one single stained cleaned and that I will pay a local company to clean the others and they still said absolutely not that none of those claims will be cleaned by them.

Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience with ServeCo. We understand your concerns and appreciate the opportunity to provide clarification and address any confusion. ServeCo received three separate claims related to distinct instances of staining, including a ********* stain, popsicle stains from children, and cookie icing stains. It's important to note that the service contract you purchased specifically covers services for stains related to a single specific incident, and unfortunately, it does not extend to multiple stains from unrelated occurrences. Recognizing the confusion you expressed about your service contract, we empathize with your situation and have approved a courtesy cleaning as a gesture of goodwill. The cleaning was completed on December 21,2023just before Christmas. In our ongoing commitment to your satisfaction, we have attempted to reach out to you to ensure that the cleaning meets your expectations. Regrettably, we were unable to connect with you and had to leave a voicemail. We genuinely value your feedback and would greatly appreciate the opportunity to discuss your experience further. Your satisfaction is paramount to us, and we want to address any remaining concerns to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Denied my claim that is clearly covered in my Platinum warranty purchase. This company is NOT a company anyone should trust. July 29th filed claim. Sent them photos. Agreed it would be covered. Waited to hear back. NOTHING. I contacted them to check on claim. They said a new cover was ordered and it takes up to six weeks. After about eight weeks, I called to check on the claim. I was told the item is discontinued and that they would send a technician to see if it could be repaired on site. Never heard back from them. Called again. They were still looking for a technician! Assured me that problem would be addressed. Called back several weeks later to check on the claim. They informed me on December 5, 2023, that the damage was not covered!!! From July to December it was covered. NOW it's not???? I purchased their best Platinum Plan that clearly covers pet damage! THIS COMPANY IS A HUGE JOKE! THEY TELL YOU IT'S COVERED FOR MONTHS. THEY NEVER CALL YOU BACK, THEY THEN TELL YOU YOUR CLAIM IS DENIED. THEY TELL YOU FOR 5 1/2 MONTHS IT'S COVERED, THEN CALL US LIARS, AND DENY THE CLAIM. DO NOT TRUST OR DEAL WITH THESE THIEVES!!!!!!!

      ServeCo North America

      Date: 01/04/2024

Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We understand that there was some confusion regarding the cause of the damage initially reported as pet related. Upon reviewing the photos, it became apparent that the damage was more consistent with cracking/peeling than animal damage. We acknowledge the frustration this may have caused, especially considering the initial commitment to parts for a repair. ServeCo took the necessary steps to confirm the cause of the damage by sending a service technician for a thorough inspection. Upon receipt of the technician's report, it was indeed recognized as pet damage. Despite the unavailability of the required parts, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Consequently, ServeCo has initiated the process for a complete replacement of the sectional, and the delivery is scheduled for next week. We understand the importance of a seamless delivery process and will reach out to you to ensure that everything goes smoothly. Your comfort and satisfaction remain our top priorities.

Hello, thank you for taking the time to provide feedback regarding your experience. I empathize with the frustration that can arise when expectations are not met, and I want you to know that your feedback is incredibly important to us. I can confirm the part was ordered and shipped; the delays came from confirming part availability. To assist with restoring your trust in ServeCo we have ordered the casing with seam-related issues that did not meet the criteria for coverage under the service contract you purchased. In our attempt to reach out to you, we left a voicemail and would greatly appreciate the opportunity to discuss your experience further as we want to ensure that we address any remaining concerns to your satisfaction.
