      Been calling and waiting on assistance that obviously will never come since June 2022, every time I call them it's always either someone was sick or submitted pictures to another department or looking for a company with the parts. When spending over $15,000 on furniture of course you get extra protection, then when something happens, you are given these lies, the most recent lie is that since Noone had the parts to fix what is broken, they claimed to have issued a refund in the amount of $199 which was the fee I paid when purchasing the dining set, WELL surprisingly that hasn't even came, and this was since end of June 2023, which they said it would take at least 3 months to receive, I guess that special ink they used to write it hasn't dried yet. What's devastating is I purchased a dining set and bedroom set, added this warranty with confidence and ease knowing my furniture would be covered, now I have 2 chairs that are broken, paid $4000 for dining set, 8 chairs and a table, what will $199 fo to help even if this company did send which obviously they didn't, they are clearly taking people's money, I doubt they even tried to come up with a solution since I filed my first claim when my first chair broke, I pray Nothing goes wrong with my bedroom set, which is *************************. I hope this company gets what's coming to them for giving false hope while Just taking from people. Taking my money and wasting my time. If they couldn't help, why let this linger that long giving false hope, just say that, better yet just say ServeCo is a fraudulent company and please don't expect anything....WORST COMPANY EVER... SCAM!!!

      Im very frustrated with this company! They will just take your money away and not fix the issue. I bought a sectional for $3000 got the insurance cause they offer it, so I paid almost $500 for it. My sectional got ink stains, so when I filed claim they send this guy to try to clean my sectional on 3/2023. No luck and he also used a roll of my paper towels and ask to used rubbing alcohol for the ink removal which it did not even work. He took pictures and send them to company letting them know he couldnt removed the ink from sectional. I have call them 2 times and spoke to them about what is next step and they said both times they are waiting on manufacture to get back to them, so they could send me a new cushion or cover. We are now in 10/2023 almost a year and havent heard from them. I try calling multiple times and they kept me waiting on hold with just music on for up to 2hrs. Today was my last attempt calling and ** still on hold writing this review for 1:42hr. This is honestly ridiculous.

      We apologize for the consumers frustrations regarding the delay in her claim. Parts have been ordered on the consumers behalf and the consumer has been contacted and updated. The consumer confirmed she can self-install the removable seat casing and the claim has now been closed.

      The Lady that I finally was able to get in touch with was very helpful. But am I opinion this process could be a whole lot easier. Let's wait and see if they do everything they say they are going to do. If so, I will be very happy.

      This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. 8 month old couch that the my dog put a hole in the seat. I thought big deal that's why I bought the coverage that is called pet coverage. On their flyer states rips, tears, chewing is covered. They tell me they won't cover due to a stain near the tear. Are you freaking kidding of course there is a stain the dog is not normally on the couch but got up there one afternoon. Will continue to fight them until they do what is right a cover what they say they cover

Our aim is to provide comprehensive coverage for a wide range of issues, including those caused by pets, as clearly outlined in our pet coverage policy. This claim has been reviewed by all parties involved, and it has been mutually agreed that the photos submitted for review show numerous stains that were not previously reported. To maintain the furniture and preserve the integrity of the warranty, each incident must be reported within the specified timeframe in the warranty. Our service contract does not address damages in isolation; we evaluate and service the entire piece and cannot overlook unreported damage/stains to focus solely on the specific damage you are requesting repairs for.       I put in a claim to have my **** dollar Lazyboy recliner fixed in August 2022. Ive called several times but no service the extended warranty is a waste of money and I have an expensive chair that doesnt work and is useless.

      We had an adjustable bed base remote due on us, and we received a free warranty replacement that solved our existing problem wonderfully. Overall result was positive, though communication on part of customer service could use a bit of improvement.

      For all the customers who reviewed serveco (lazyboy) that gave above a two, you should be ashamed for lying. Im not only a customer who was duped into purchasing this warranty for my sectional couch. I paid a premium hoping to get exactly what I paid for, but to my dismay they gave false claims and only sent cleaning product to get rid of stains. Outside of BBB many customers gave 0 stars for the exact same fraudulent experience. I am writing to everyone who shops at Lazyboy, do not purchase from Serveco. They do not back their warranty, false advertisement, and horrible customer service,

      The customer service was absolutely awful!! I have been talking back and forth with *******. she said oh yes let me set up someone to come clean your carpet then she said I didn't have service which on my receipt it says I do so I said something to her about it and all of a sudden she " couldn't hear me" and hung up on me. She was absolutely awful and rude!!! Terrible customer service and company!!!
