1 starIT"S A SCAM! I got my furniture at L*** *** and got the ultra-shield protection. When they sold it to me it sounded great and would be easy if I had any issues. I wish I did not purchase the protection plan. I submitted a claim online. On the form it asked how the incident happened and I put unknown because I wanted to talk to someone. When they called me, I told them my son did it on accident. They said they would not cover it because I put unknown on the form. If I would have put my son did it with scissors, they would have covered it. I went around and around with the company and spoke to a manager and supervisor, and they would not help me at all. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PROTECTION PLAN SERVICE THEY ARE HORRIBLE!Review fromAntoinette M.

I can not express enough how happy I am with Serveco furniture protection plan. We have a new rescued fur baby that decided our furniture was his chew toy. They did not give me any problems with sending parts and technician to repair the damaged areas. I have had other furniture in the past with protection plan and they never honored it. But Serveco has been so understanding and phenomenal with their customer care. I can not thank them enough. So 2 &#******;&#******;. Keep up the great work!!!

****** has been the wonderful person I've had the pleasure of speaking with about my claims (on new furniture that arrived with damage). Every time we speak she is absolutely lovely. ****** is well spoken, considerate, empathetic and efficient. Who would think that a representative for Serveco would be able to brighten your day when you are clearly upset about damage to new furniture? Funny enough ****** manages every single time! I definitely had a blessing in being to have ****** as my representative! Thank you ******.ServeCo North America

I have been having problems with my adjustable bed. When I called Serveco, I was fortunate to get ******** on the phone. I say fortunate because she has been working diligently to solve the issue. It has been several months of calling technicians and ordering parts, but she has remain calm, considerate, and persistent. It is hard to find a service representative that takes the time to problem solve things for their customers today. I feel she has been there with me every step of the way.ServeCo North America

1 starI bought a sofa 4 months ago from surplus furniture. We purchased a $300 pet damage warranty from ServeCo. Was told that it would cover cat scratches and dog chewing damages. My dog tore the arm and all 3 cushions. I put a claim in with obvious dog inflicted damages, and they are refusing to cover damages. Telling us that it is not covered.Review fromMichelle B.

I had a bad experience with this company until today. The customer service representative ******* gave me some answers today and that really made my day. We have been waiting for repairs for almost a year and today we finally got the answers we needed. Thanks *******ServeCo North America
