      I have an issue with the recliner side of my sectional. I sent in a claim via email and was contacted in a timely matter to make an appointment. I had a rep come out that took weeks to set up, and tell me it is a manufacture problem with the frame, and some one would contact me. It’s gone downhill since then. Weeks went by so I finally called customer service and was told I supposedly was sent an email, which I never received, explaining that a part was being sent to my house and that could take up to 12 weeks to get. Once I receive the part I then can call and make an appt to have someone come out to fix it. I can’t understand why the customer service is so poor with the amount I paid for this warranty. This has been going on since March!

      I purchased a Lazy Boy in ********** ** and purchased the warranty for poser 5 years and the leather warranty the electrical system has not worked in the long run. Three times SErvco came and replace parts since my purchase in 2021. I was told this last time 8 Would have to pay 200 dollars for service and the shipping of the part, since they already had replaced the parts before. In June 2023 sera o came and replace a part and the electric failed . I called and was told it was past the 30 day time for their warrantywhich I was never told about nor received any writing statement to that effect. I was told I would have to par another 200 dollars service and shipping of whatever was needed. Serval has never thoroughly. He led the electrical components to see where there is a short or a crimping. The unit cost over **** dollars and has had the same problem. ****** stated I would have to live with the chair not working and I could not select another chair without electricity from the Lazy Boy Store.The paid warranty is fraudulently stating they will repair the chair or replace it.

      The young lady ***** was fantastic. Polite, listened and was so helpful. She really took that extra step and helped me send two photos to whomever. I am not cell savvy. She is great for the service *****

      15 weeks since I made my claim. Only response is part is coming from ***** and they have no way to track it. I have researched and the part can be purchased through Amazon and be delivered in less than 5 days. This has to be a scam.
