      They are not worth the time, money and aggravation. They are not professional, make mistakes, not proficient and a waste of time. I am still waiting for a callback complaint from the representative of this company. I will not hold my breath. They want you to report an issue within 5 days but they take months to fix the issue. I am still waiting..

      My claim was rejected because you must give them an exact date and explanation of what happened. It's an easy way to deny a claim. The claim process is meant to benefit the company not serve the customer. Rather than inform me up front that the claim would be denied without a specific date and idea of what happened, she simply submitted the information, knowing that it would be rejected. I will never deal with this company again. Buyer beware!

      We apologize for any confusion or misunderstanding associated with your Contract Terms and Conditions. However, your Protection Plan Agreement is based on damage that occurs as a result of an accident from a specific incident. Damage that accumulates from repeated use, as was reported, does not meet the criteria per the Terms and Conditions of the Service Contract, Also, the damage cause must be known as only certain types of damages are covered as listed in your Plan document. Regretfully, after inspection and review of your specific claim, it does not meet the criteria required to be eligible for full service. Thank you for your understanding and decision to trust ServeCo for future qualified needs.

      Your response is not truthful. You never inspected the damage. The damage was not from accumulated use. I never said that to customer service. Our sofa is gently used.. The damages are obvious tears or punctures.to the top of the back cushions, not the seating area. If your company truly cared about evaluating claims, you would have requested pictures instead of the minimal time spent with the questions. You did not inspect the damages so you do not know whether or not it qualifies. You rejected the claim solely because I could not specify the exact date it happened.
