      Their warranty is ****. We bought pet protection for our sofa and recliner. Brought home a kitten and she went nuts on the leather, used it as a scratching post. Submitted a claim and we got back denied because of wear and tear over time. These pieces of furniture from Lazy-boy are even 2 years old.
      This was a pet incident and they explicitly said wear and tear. ***.
      We also have warranty for a coffee table. The table wasn't finished properly and we know have a discoloration, wanna guess the response? You guessed it wear and tear not covered.
      This is a ** warranty ** *** ***** **** ****** Buy you stuff on credit card and use their warranty it will always be approved.
      Serveco as a company doesn't care about adhering to their warranty **** **** **** *** ***** *** ****

      I sent a letter to *********************** specifically to point out how professional the gentleman ***** was that came to repair my chair, first of all, he is extremely professional, and very knowledgeable on what he's doing, he's very friendly, very easy to talk to, and was a pleasure to share time with, The chair was fixed quickly efficiently, and is working perfectly, and I could not be happier. Totally impressed with your company's service from top to bottom.

      Purchased the pet protection warranty from lazy-boy when we purchased our couch. Ive been trying to get my claim processed for several weeks. Im currently on the second round of denials, first because they said it was acccumulated and today because there is too much damage. So Ive escalated again. Didnt realize there was a limit to covered damage that could happen in one incident. Bunch of deflection and denial. Seriously frustrated and will continue to fight.
