      I just had a very pleasant, informative and helpful with a Serveco NA representative. Her name was ****************** was requesting information on Bet Tech BT **** and the possibility of service being available to look at a couple of issues we're having with the bed. ******** was extremely helpful in providing information and phone numbers to call and arrange for a service. She even went beyond some of what I was asking and that was even more helpful. A pleasure to do business with your Company thanks to ********.

      I reached out to Serveco regarding a warranty claim for a sofa we had purchased from *********************. ***** who was the **************** Representative was outstanding. She made every effort to research the status of the claim. After reviewing their system notes ***** actually called the store which is ********************* and they had an open order for our parts which is delayed. ***** is a breath of fresh air as so many Customer Representatives these days would not have put forth the effort to research the claim status. Thank You *****. You are a Rockstar and I hope Serveco appreciates You as much as I do. Thank you again.

      I filed my claim at the end of December and I have still not gotten my furniture repaired it is like pulling teeth to get get any kind of communication from them and it definitely seems that they are doing anything they can to avoid honoring their warranty.

      Hello!My experience with Serveco was fabulous. I had the pleasure of working with ***********************. She couldn't have been more efficient, professional, knowledgeable, and personable. She was a delight to work with. Serveco is lucky to have her as part of their staff. I am disappointed that my ******** recliner needs servicing, but she made the whole process easy.       Took from 4/3 when I first called Lazy Boy with my sofa problem. Poor communication between LB and Serveco. I had to send Serveco copy of my receipt. ticket number as this info is not transmitted when warranty purchased. Once it was verified I had warranty,? I had to send pictures of problem three times. At 74 years old I had to lay on floor to provide numbers on a tag under the leg rest . I probably made 10 calls before a service company assigned. They were contacted for appointment only to find Lazy Boy parts were never sent or arrived at my home. This was an awful process. The service company and tech were wonderful once I went through all the Serveco process. I have a 5 year service contract with them. I hope next time things go better.

      It is my opinion that ServeCo is either highly incompetent at running their business or go out of their way to avoid fulfilling claims. We filed a claim on March 27th and it has still not been resolved despite repeated phone calls. The last call was 3-4 weeks ago and they stated someone would be in contact with us to clean our couch from a urine stain. I would AVOID this company at all costs unless you have unlimited time to contact them to follow up on them fulfilling their responsibilities as a company.

Unfortunately, because there was no warranty provided, this caused delays.       They do not honor warranties! I had 3 tears from one specific incident just like they say they cover but they would not cover it because it was preventable!

      It is regretful to hear of the unfortunate damage to your furniture. We do strive for customer satisfaction in all matters of subjectivity. However, the Service Contract terms explain that coverage is for accidental damage resulting from a specific or particular incident. After examination of the facts In this case, we do not feel the damages are consistent with a specific, particular incident. Thank you, ServeCo
