      ******* was AMAZING and incredibly helpful! Her colleague I spoke to last time did not help at all and she went absolutely above and beyond. I deducted a star due to the general delay of communication from filing my claim 4/9 and just receiving a service date today 4/27

      They do not honor warranty. My claim was legit based on the plan I purchased (a pet plan where the pet put a hole and tear in the couch) and they denied it. When the claim was reopened after explaining the situation, they found another reason to deny it. Customer service has been impossible to reach, I've been chasing for status updates for over a month and still haven't received a call back to discuss my claim. Each time I call my rep or the supervisor is (at lunch, busy or gone for the day). When I do get to speak to a rep, I get a variety of different answers and none align. This is a scam and leaves you with your hands tied unless willing to take legal action and they know it. Save yourself the extra price for the warranty. It's not worth it and I'm not convinced this is a legitimate service.

      Sorry to hear of your furniture damages and your overall disappointment regarding your claim outcome. Your Service Agreement provides coverage for many in-home accidental damages. Unfortunately, your original claim did not meet the reporting requirements as specified in your Contract, the damage was reported 90 days past the required time. Additionally, the original claim included accumulated damage, also an exclusion for coverage. Since it was not damage from a unique/specific incident, it would not eligible for service. Your second claim also include accumulated damages, four different areas affected, again, not a unique or specific incident, and thus also ineligible for coverage. Therefore, we have honored the terms and conditions of your Protection Plan, which would certainly not constitute a scam. It would seem however, that we were below standards in our responsiveness and we do sincerely apologize. Thank you, ServeCo

      I purchased $10000 in couches from ********* in early 2022, and was offered the Servco Pet Warranty. I was told it covered everything from pet damage and because we have a cat, I signed up. After a I noticed that the cat had clawed the furniture, I filed a claim. The claim was denied, stating it only covers tears, and not excessive clawing. Actually I was getting multiple stories from the representative about the coverage, which I assume they rehearse the party line , because there are hundreds of claims that they deny on a daily basis. The warranty is a joke and a fraud, and they have so many disclaimers and loop holes for coverage, that you would be 1 in 100 to be accepted. I asked to speak with a manager and it took 1 week for me to get a return call, probably because there are list of dissatisfied customers. All I got was more disclaimers and a unsympathetic apologies, without for any regard for my claim. This company is a fraud and should never be contracted for warranty. I paid $1200 for my warranty and I might as well flushed it down the toilet, that's how much they cover. I also blame Laz-z-boy for promoting such a fraudulent company and, wouldn't be surprised if they get a percentage of every warranty sale??? I as so upset with this company and there reluctance to cover anything I will continue to tell my story on every social media platform I can access. Nobody should sign or purchase a warranty from Servco or Laz-z-boy, because you will end up in the same place as me and many others that have provided negative reviews for same.

      It's regretful to hear of your furniture damage and your disappointment in the outcome of your claim. The Protection Plan purchased covers many accidental damages including pet damage. However, as detailed in your Contract, only damages caused as a result of a specific incident are covered. After a re-review of the facts and photos of your claim it was determined that the damage was the result of accumulated damage that occurred from repeated use over time and was not a particular incident, and thus, unfortunately, excluded from coverage. Therefore, we are following the terms of your Service Agreement which would not constitute fraud. Our negative reviews are a small percentage and based only claims that were legitimately ineligible for coverage, the vast majority of claims are approved. We are very proud that we maintain an A+ rating for overall customer satisfaction. Sincerely, **********************

      So far they have been fantastic!!! Working with *******. She has been friendly and made me feel comfortable with reaching out to them right away. She made sure I was aware that the stuff they needed from me was received in a timely manner and what the next steps would be. I'm so thankful we purchased the extra warranty.

      Glad I checked BBB, seems like ServeCo prefers to respond to customers through this site.I have been waiting since October 2022 to get my claim addressed. After having our new furniture for only about a month, one of my kids got pen ink on several spots. I called ServeCo to file a claim through our 10-year fabric protection plan that we purchased along with our new furniture from a local store. Last I heard from anyone at ServeCo was in February when I was told that our claim was awaiting "managers approval". Since then I cannot get through to them on the phone, and they have ignored my emails through the email address provided on their site. I even contacted the furniture company we purchased everything through, who were not able to help and also quite rude about it, to be honest.They were fairly quick to get someone from a cleaning/repair company to come to my house at the start of the claim, but all they did was take pictures of my couch. I had already provided pictures to ServeCo to start our claim. They did not even attempt to clean the couch, so it was a day off of work for me for two people to spend 15 minutes in my house. We have been living with blankets covering our new couch ever since.I sent my final attempt to contact the company yesterday afternoon. If I do not hear anything back by the end of the week, I will be contacting the ******** Attorney General. Maybe ServoCo will answer their calls or return their emails.
