****** was so kind and patient with me as I looked for the information needed so she could place the order for the part to fix my love seat. She was very efficient and placed the order immediately. I'm looking forward to having my love seat recline again!!

Horrible company and customer service is beyond lacking. We paid for a pet warranty on our couch as we have several dogs.
Well they ripped a hole in the couch while my husband was outside doing yard work. Well since he didn’t actually “see” it happen , they won’t cover it. Apparently we have ghosts in our house that rip holes in couches ?? And then the customer service rep hung up on my husband.

Your disappointment is regrettable. However, an accidental Service Contract was purchased, and as such, only a damage occurrence from a specific/particular incident is covered as noted in the Plan terms. Therefore, since we were informed that the damage occurred over a few days, the claim was determined ineligible. We apologize for the unfavorable results of your claim.Review fromMarian D.
